Our stay was wonderful, and we’d especially like to thank Mr. America at the bar. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. His kindness and professionalism made our vacation even more enjoyable.

Very large with many facilities. Many green areas as well which is beautiful. Amazing staff and a nice beach. We celebrated a birthday and the staff were really helpful in arranging a surprise celebration, which we appreciated alot.

Having recently stayed at this hotel, I am pleased to offer a thoroughly positive reflection on my experience. From arrival to departure, the staff exhibited a gentle and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a seamless stay. The rooms were outstanding—both perfectly clean and impressively spacious. The outdoor experience was equally refined; the beach was beautiful, and the dedicated service at the shore was exemplary. Furthermore, the dining options exceeded expectations, presenting a diverse variety of well-prepared and flavorful cuisine. This establishment maintains a commendable standard of hospitality.

My absolute favorite hotel in Egypt! I stay for three days every year, and as soon as it’s time to leave, we’re already thinking about our next visit. Huge thanks to all the staff!

This is my 5th visit! The beach is spectacular. The Seaview room is spacious and they provided a very nice crib. Food is delicious as usual, especially the bakery. The staff are professional and nice at the same time.

The hospitality was beyond amazing

The beach is beautiful with crystal-clear water, and the pools were also quite pleasant.

Our loyalty to Caesar Bay Resort has been unwavering over the past four years, however, our recent stay has completely shattered our trust and admiration for this hotel. We booked a 2-night stay expecting the usual comfort and service. Instead, we were met with a room where the AC barely functioned. After requesting maintenance, what ensued was nothing short of a nightmare. The maintenance team lingered in our room for over 5 hours, yet the issue remained unresolved. Despite our pleas, the hotel refused to change our room, citing a fully booked status. This led to an agonizing wait in a stifling environment. Only when we escalated our complaints did the hotel miraculously discover available rooms, conveniently after 11 PM, claiming a guest had just checked out. The rooms initially offered were subpar, so after pressing them again to find something suitable, a sea-view room, again miraculously, became available. By the time we moved, it was almost midnight, effectively wasting our entire first day. The original room, where the AC was broken, had multiple issues. The bathroom door was non-functional, the shower was clogged, and more. It is unbelievable why we were subjected to the original room's ordeal when better options were apparently available. Adding insult to injury, the hotel initially promised us a late checkout as compensation for our lost time. But once we moved to the seaview room, this promise was revoked, under the pretext that the room was booked the following day. Despite offering us a full board upgrade as a gesture of goodwill, it did little to resolve the core issues of our stay, it was a superficial fix that didn't address the time lost or the inconvenience we endured. Ultimately, the upgrade was practically useless in making up for the disruption and discomfort we experienced. This experience was a complete debacle. The management's handling of the situation was appalling, and the condition of the first room was unacceptable.

Enjoyed the spa. Plenty of great staff. Would come back!

This was our 2nd visit to Caesar bay and I was happy to see that everything was still at the high standard it was 2 years ago in our first visit. Even though the resort was fully booked the staff was very attentive to our needs, food was exquisite and both beach and pool were kept clean. Kudos to Hani our housekeeper who gave my daughter a flower every morning and Ahmed who greeted us with drinks at the reception, remembered my son’s name throughout our stay.

Entertainment and animation was all in Italian which was a bit odd for a resort in Egypt and we felt a bit left out but the kids still enjoyed dancing with everyone. It would be nice if Egyptians are more recognized.

I did not like their dinner and desserts although there were many varieties but did not meet my expectations.

All thing was amazing. Food , restaurant, sea view, pool, reception was excellent . All the staff team was excellent . The room was clean & wide . Food was tasty & variety. Cesar bay is an excellent hotel and the staff very kind especiall the restaurant staff and the reception staff.

the staff members are very friendly and helpful specially Alaa at the reception who has been with us through out the stay making sure we are comfortable and don’t need anything further. we were greeted as well with a nice fruit basket, nuts and chocolates since we were celebrating our late honeymoon trip there. Thanks Alaa and we will definitely do it again!

The only issue is the lack of wifi in the rooms, but I know that they are working on it.

This was one of the best stay ever, starting from the welcome at the reception with refreshments towels and welcome drink. They offer us a free upgrade to a sea view nice room very close to the pool and the beach. The room was very nice and it has fruit platter, nuts, chocolate snacks and drinks in the mini fridge and all these items complimentary from the hotel. The animation team is great and very friendly 'Ahmed, Marvin, Alisa' and they always communicate with us every day for the day activity and night shows which was fantastic oriental dance show and international show were very good. The guest relation Norhan is a very professional guest relation representative I have ever meet she takes care of every thing and keeps following up with us if we need any thing during our stay to ensure our satisfaction and she really helped us a lot. Thank you all to made our stay rememberable

The animation Team was perfect either Egyptians and Italians , Room was Super Excellent Big , Clean and with a great Sea view , everyday they were surprising us by a sweet snack which was nice and Elegant .. Hope that next year will come again .. I think i finally found my final destination in my Summer vecation ❤
