Very nice hôtel, modern and clean. The area is a little bit sketchy.

Hotel was beautiful as were the rooms, you are living right in the downtown core so you will get the usual downtown noises from a city that never sleeps. It’s close to a hospital so you might get some ambulance or police sirens. Beds are comfortable and I’d come back again for sure

Clean and walkable

The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We were provided with a room upgrade when they found out I was celebrating my birthday. A bottle of wine was set up as well. Thank you again! Room was terrific, love the hard wood floors. Only concern was the neighborhood, did more Ubering than walking. Thanks again for a great stay.

Great service

The hotel was great for what we needed. It’s new, clean, had very comfortable beds, laundry and was conveniently located to walk to the mall, restaurants, Scotiabank arena, St Lawrence Market, etc. The rooftop lounge on the 14th floor was an added bonus, nice place to hangout on a rainy afternoon. Only negative was that we were finally able to check in 2 hours after their check in time. Only offered free drinks in the restaurant/lounge while we waited another hour.

Lovely stay!

This hotel and their staff is fabulous. a very beautiful place to stay. Loved our room, very spacious and comfortable accommodation's. Valet parking was a wonderful treat & we were allowed to keep our cark there a few hours after check out. Only downside is that is it beside moss park. Recommend ubering at night and if you have to walk around, please only do so in the day light!

Internet was poor

The hotel staff seemed confused on many levels and not fully able to solve issues as well as properly inform on various questions. More importantly there is a bad air circulation issue. I had to request a room change as I was woken in the morning by nausea and migraine brought on my a deep smell of gasoline in my room. The elevator also had this intense smell. I decided to check out a day early as I could no longer handle it.

Check in was seamless with very friendly staff. The amenities of the hotel are great and easy to access. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Will definitely stay here again.

Good new property

Great hotel, rooms large, modern and new. Friendly staff, great breai. Good gym. Note: it's on the edge of a sketchy area with drug users and homeless across the street. However area is gentrifying rapidly. Very close walk to main shopping and restaurant areas. I sill highly recommend it.

Room is a bit small and kind of noisy at night for the price we paid. We were there for the blackpink concert venue. The room new and clean daily. The hotel is brand new and very close to downtown. It is recommended for people who doesn't mind smaller room size, but want to stay very close to Downtown Toronto and Eaton Centre.

Located on the fringe of a sketchy ‘hood… odd spot for this kind of hotel

We appreciated many things about TOOR. Staff were top shelf, cleaning staff was top shelf, bar was perfect and the sound track to the lobby was absolutely on fire sometimes. However only feather pillows. Those are not great… especially for those of us allergic.

Great new hotel in the downtown Toronto. It is a short walk to the Eaton Centre. Room very clean, staff helpfull. Didn't love the locatioon due to the homeless people nearby, however it was patrolled and everything did feel pretty safe.

Lovely Stay at Toor hotel Clean rooms, comfy beds, and super friendly staff made our visit a breeze. The location was perfect close to everything we wanted to explore. Great breakfast, relaxing vibe, and thoughtful touches throughout. Would stay again.

Steph was extremely accommodating to my needs. Traveling as a handicapped person is never easy and they made it extremely easy by going out and getting a handicap shower chair for me. I truly appreciate the effort

I like the way everything is tough full organized.

I only stayed one night but this hotel checks all of the boxes! Clean, comfy and still close to everything you need downtown. The hotel is stylish, as are the rooms. My room was small but had floor to ceiling windows, and equipped with modern amenities like a Nespresso machine and power black out shades. The staff was helpful and friendly. I especially loved the in/out valet service. Will definitely stay again!

Place was great. Feels very "condo-like" for a downtown hotel of that stature. The area around is alright. It's main selling quality is the location in the middle of everything.

I didn't get the chance to visit the hotel because they told me there was a problem with my room when i was already at the reception for check-in, they had to move me to an other hotel in the area. We didn't get any information on why they couldn't take us anymore, but they did cover the difference for the booking in the other hotel since it was more expensive.

Hotel is beautiful, views are great. The terrace was absolutely lovely, the area around the hotel is a little sketchy there is a government military building where homeless like to gather on the corner as well as a salvation army and shelter across the road. That being said we walked by a few times and were never bothered people mostly kept to themselves. You are also just a stones throw away from the eaton centre which is fantastic for shopping. Again I never felt truly unsafe it can just be a little unpredicatable with homeless and drug users nearby the entrance to the hotel.

The location is very shady, it is a close walk to many amenities and downtown but it is next to a park where a lot of homeless people hang out. Saw some sketchiness in our walks home. Reason we chose to stay downtown was for walking convenience but I would not feel safe walking late at night here. The rooms are nice but small, the view and access from the terrace was nice. The check in desk is small and they’re slow. Our room was not ready at check-in time we were asked to wait at the bar but the drinks were not complimentary. The blinds in the room did not work properly and were a pain to close at night. Coffee and water all provided and complimentary self-serve laundry available. No kettle or microwave in the room. Lots of little snacks/drinks for a price took over the counter space. The hotel itself lacks some accessibility with some of the buttons to open doors only available in one side of the hotel or from the inside. And some of the buttons in hard to reach places covered by a table. The accessibility button to open the terrace door did not work as well.

Nice boutique hotel. Very clean and friendly and helpful staff, good spacious room. Spent a lot of time waiting for the lifts, which discouraged me from using the facilities on the different floors too much.

The hotel is amazing. Bed is super comfy. The area around the hotel is slightly sketchy and you’ll come across Drug addicts and weird people. I don’t recommend this hotel for families with children.

This hotel is beautiful! It’s new and the staff are fabulous. The rooftop terrace offers a great view and the staff encouraged us to use it. It’s large and it’s great to eat any food you’d like to bring up. Lots of tables and chairs. Pet friendly. Doggy area on terrace. Restaurant is the best! And workout room is open 24/7. It’s got great equipment. Walkable to food and shops! Highly recommend

Upon arrival we got the wrong room and had to switch over which took a while Trying trying to get up and done the elevators took a long time Not enough carts for baggage The rooms were very clean

Conveniently located to most places. Staff were helpful. Downtown Toronto is an expensive area hotel wise but this one was better priced.

Clean, modern, and a rooftop fire hydrant for your pooch!

The hotel is in a good location just a short walk from many shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The only negative aspect about our room was the black out blinds which were electronic and adjusted via a control panel. The blinds had a tendency to move up and down of their own accord, sometimes in the middle of the night. We asked for a maintenance engineer to have a look, he did so and assured us that the problem was fixed but we continued to have problems with the blinds.

Paid extra for a top floor city view and got to stare at an empty lot. Disappointed

The floors were a little dirty and needed a more thorough vacuum/mop. The extra sheets for the pullout bed seemed like they had not been washed and were just shoved into the armoire by the previous guest. Some stains on the bedding. The room key stopped working at exactly 11am so I got stuck in the stairwell. The valet attendants, front desk staff, housekeeping were all very friendly and lovely!

I was really happy with the hotel it is central but not right downtown. Easy access for driving, Uber or the trains. The hotel had a great gym and very nice rooms.

Good location close to public transport and other things to do. A bit loud with sirens due to being down the street from a hospital, but that's expected in downtown locations. Clean and stylish place.

Staff always eager to provide good service. Good restaurant menu and service. Better information about menu options and order follow ups would be great for breakfast. Information about using the card to operate the elevator would be helpful for first time guests. Better marking of hotel entrance would be helpful to avoid confusion with the suites entrance. Would be great if flies and fruit fries could be excluded esp. from eating areas.

The staff here are amazing! They were helpful and very friendly. The area around the hotel can be a dodgy late at night or early in the morning, but that can be said for most places in downtown Toronto.

The hotel is modern, clean, and well equipped. I was also very impressed by their staff and service.

The hotel was great. The restaurant inside the hotel was fantastic. The staff were great and always greeted us with a smile. Our entire stay was fantastic. The only downside to staying here is the location. Very inconvenient for transit and unsafe with the Salvation Army across the street and low income housing right beside the hotel. I wouldn’t stay again at the hotel just because of the hotel location. To the TOOR staff, thank you!

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Close to so many amenities. The view of the city at night from the 14th floor terrace was amazing. Would absolutely return.

Staff is very friendly. Facilites itself is very comfortable, spacious and convenient. The breakfast is very nice, gym is spacious. Because there are facilities that serves the homeless just across the street and close by, there are homeless people gahtering nearby. they are not bothering anyone but naturally as a tourist I want to be in an envirenment not to face the hard reality of those not so fortunate folks.

The staff was absolutely lovely and the room was clean and modern. However, our air conditioning did not work which was disappointing in a new hotel. Also, south of the hotel down Jarvis was a little sketchy. Safe and easy walk to Dundas Yonge square though and very cheap Ubers to union station, Rogers stadium, etc. We did end up walking to Union Station down Church and felt totally safe. Would probably stay again but would hope for the AC to be fully up and running.

The service is excellent and everyone is very accommodating. The hotel is very well kept and very clean. If I were to have any complaints would be the homeless hanging around down the street. Walking by feels very intimidating. But other than that, no complaints.

We received an unexpected upgrade. Our room was cozy and comfortable with all of the conveniences of a luxury hotel.
