Central but not noisy

Everything was at our fingertips we loved it can’t wait to come back again when we come back to the city we will be staying there again thank you so much for the hospitality. We will highly recommend it to our friends and family for sure. Thanks again.

There is nothing I didn’t like it was excellent

I knew it was expensive to stay in Toronto at that time in the summer. The quality of the hotel and the room far exceeded my expectations. We loved the view from the top balcony over the Eaton Center into City Hall

À proximité d'une route centrale, on entend les bruits des véhicules de la ville parfois assez fort.

The staff went over the top to ensure the parking and check in were less stressful as I am not used to being in a big city. They were exceptional in ensuring everything was up to standard and that there was everything we needed . The view looks right out to the nice patio they have for guests . It is right across from the Eaton Center , location is so central.

The location is really great infront of Eaton Center. Queen station is right at the door. Staff were very considerate to check me in early at 10am. The 2 bedroom suite is very comfortable and spacious.

The service was exceptional! The man at the front desk was really nice and helping with the parking. Everything was easy and smooth. The location is great, the apartment is clean and close to everything. I strongly recommend this place!

La amabilidad de su staff y El tamaño / equipamiento de las habitaciones. La ubicación definitivamente es privilegiada.

Las cortinas dejan pasar bastante luz, es algo a considerar si eres de las personas que la iluminación no te deja dormir. Las almohadas también podrían mejorar - tener mejor consistencia las haria más cómodas.

Good hotel, perfect location!

Удобное расположение - отель в центре города, у станции метро - из отеля мне было удобно передвигаться по городу, рядом точки сбора на многие туры на Ниагару и прочее. Внимательный и отзывчивый персонал - со мной предварительно связались и встретили у наружной двери. Клининговая служба ежедневно готова была убираться в номере, но мне это не потребовалось. Укомплектованность номера - стиральная и сушильная машина, плита, духовка, утюг, посудомоечная машина

Не было полного акустического комфорта. Напротив номера здание у которого холодильные машины или что-то подобное, которые работают круглосутчно и выдают непрерывный шум. В номере не хватает второго ряда окон, который бы обрезал этот шум (я был в отелях, где это применялось и шума не было вообще) . Т.к. отель в центре города, я морально приготовился к шуму, но уровень был выше моих ожиданий - это не был стандартный фоновый шум центра города. Для сна приходилось использовать силиконовые беруши, которые я взял на всякий случай, т.к. это был центр города.

Tolle Lage direkt in Downtown von Toronto. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, wir haben sie allerdings nicht benutzt. Ebenfalls besteht die Möglichkeit, im Apartment, zu waschen. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt gegenüber im Einkaufszentrum zu einem Vorzugspreis zu parkieren, was ein grosser ein grosser Pluspunkt. darstellt. Man erhält eine Ein-und Ausfahrtskarte, sodass man das Auto trotzdem immer benutzen kann. Hervorheben möchte ich die grosse Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter an der Reception. Jedes Anliegen wurde schnell und effizient beantwortet. Wir werden für unsere nächste Reise nach Toronto auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Tout était parfait , au delà de ce que j imaginais. Le Check in rapide et clair . Les équipements de l appartement étaient complets et la propreté irréprochable. La proximité de tous les restaurants et commerces.

This property is superb. We have just returned to Ireland after spending 5 nights there.5-9 Aug 26. The staff could not have helped us better. They are just amazing. The apartment had absolutely everything you could need. Complimentary tea, coffee, water, every toiletry available. Bed very comfortable, streaming tv service and your right in the middle of many downtown attractions.

L’emplacement est idéal! On se sent comme à la maison et il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour cela. De plus, le personnel est charmant, serviable et très sympa.

Matériel électro ménager ainsi que lave-linge et sèche-linge un peu vieillissant. Mais tout à fait fonctionnel.

Mall right across the way; tons to do in the vicinity. There is a patio and a business centre. The hosts were great and allowed us to leave our bags there since early check in wasn't an option. I really appreciated that.

Some of the vagrant population is visible here and made me hesitate about staying out too late. Definitely some street noise but we managed by leaving a fan in the bathroom on.

Location was excellent 3rd floor balcony over Yonge street was cool.

Way too expensive. $2500 for 2 nights Door was broken, 1 shower didn't drain, the other leaked all over the floor. Garbage removal truck every morning outside your window at 5am. ...... dont get a low floor Most uncomfortable bed/mattress I have ever slept on in a rental property. From toilet paper, to soap, to linens, to fixtures..... everything is the cheapest quality. Staff were amazing, tho. Shout out to the awesome staff.

Loved the secure entrance and the easy access to Eaton Centre, right across the street! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Yonge and Dundas is like Toronto’s Times Square.

The only thing I didn’t like (it wasn’t the hotel’s fault) was that there were a fair amount of junkies roaming around Yonge street late at night. Most of them are harmless, but there are a few scary characters in the mix. i.e. I was in the convenience store next door around midnight when a junkie stormed in and tried to steal a 12 pack of beer. The 2 employees fought with him to get it back, then he grabbed something off the shelf and stormed out talking to himself the whole time. I thought he was going to pull out a knife or something. Also, parking at the Eaton Centre is VERY expensive, but I found a cheap lot a few blocks up Church Street if you don’t mind walking.

Being in a central location was convenient.

Being right outside the subway entrance drew some undesirable ‘guests’ to the area who hung around longer than necessary.

Location was excellent, next to subway, across from Eaton Centre, in the middle of everything. This is a gem in the middle of Toronto and unexpected. I would come to Toronto just to stay here now that I know about this hotel.

Mattresses could have been higher quality, however I still slept well and will return.

Very new and clean appartament with view . It is just in front of Eaton Centre and very close to the Metro . All the members of the staff are very kind . A big lounge with bathroom and kitchen and a patio is for guest after chek out (our flight was at 23.30 so we rested for few hours before going to the airport)

In the heart of the city. Opposite Eaton Centre and lots of restaurants. It could be a little noisy at night but not so much that it would stop me returning. Staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodating.

The outdoor area was beautifully presented however as it’s on the 3rd floor does not get the evening sun.

The location was wonderful. Great value for the area and a beautiful room. Looking at comparable options in the area, especially during the World Cup, it was a great deal. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating.

I did not find the bed or the couch to be overly comfortable.

Location was great, very central, in the middle of everything. The unit itself was spectacular, 2floor penthouse looking down Yonge St and the front door guy was just amazing, always smiling, so very friendly and just so accommodating.

Klein für Torontos Verhältnisse, das Appartment aber großzügig vom Platz mit Blick auf die Young Street. Sehr persönlich, es wird individuell auf den Gast eingegangen. Für mich war es super, dass der Host Andreas fast jeden Tag Dienst hatte. Er spricht fließend Deutsch und man kann alles erfragen und er gibt gute Tipps. Aber auch die anderen Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gab nichts Negatives. Leider liegen gerade in der Young Street viele Obdachlose mitten auf den Gehwegen, teilweise berauscht durch Drogen. Aber sie sind friedlich.

The Location was amazing, directly across from the CF Toronto Eaton Center. My Fiancee and I stayed in the Penthouse suite, with a view of Yonge Street directly below, despite being downtown, the Apart-Suite was incredibly quiet even during the busiest hours of the day. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our check-in, stay, and check-out was as smooth as possible. The unit was clean, offered a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and dual balconies for upstairs and downstairs which was a welcome surprise.

The staff was excellent, special thanks to Gökhan who made me feel at home. The location is ideal Eaton Centre is across the street, there is easy access to the downtown and the subway. I will stay there again when I am in Toronto

The hotel was in a great location, very close to Massey Hall, local mall, and many good restaurants. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel and room was clean and had modern style and utilities.

It was a bit hard to sleep with city traffic right outside the room, but nothing that earplugs or a white noise machine couldn't help.
