Nothing to complaint. Just a little improvement of mirror in all bedrooms. And put a slipper in the toilet. Also put more hangers.

Masa masuk unit lantai sedikit basah di bilik ke 2 mungkin tak lap kering masa cleaning unit tu. Tp so far ok je

Swimming attire is a must (guards do check). Check in/out was straight forward & easy. Owner is friendly & helpful. Recommended 👍🏼
Lift waiting time can be a while especially during peak hours.

The hotel was not clean, and the facilities were incomplete and poorly maintained. Several basic amenities were missing, which made the stay inconvenient and disappointing. In addition, the room key did not work properly, causing unnecessary trouble every time we needed to enter the room. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and needs significant improvement.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Clean room and complete facilities (got iron, plate/utensil and such). We had it easy since the owner had registered our parking and gave clear direction. If not we may have to manually register and pay extra. It also close to Encore Melaka for our event.
The location, is situated at the entrance way to Encore Melaka. We have to get stuck in a jam every time we want to go in and out.

Location is actually quite far from the Jonker Street and no eatery nearby. Really needs a car to go out. Ants, even though the cleaner really did their best. Ants appear the next morning after the cleaner came. Water leakage in the side bathroom.

You have to bring your own detergent. 4. Clean mattress 5. The Apartment is not far from the lift. Very convenient. 6. Not far from Encore Melaka. Auditorium. Show everyday 5.00 and 8.30pm 7. Staff very good. The respond to inquiry very fast. 8. I received my deposit very fast
I would like to suggest 1. Drying hanging rack. What you have is a towel rack. 2. One more 1 seater chair. 3. Hanger for both cupboards 4. Ironing board. A proper one. 5. Toothpaste and toothbrush holder. 6. A good dining table. The bar chair is too high for senior citizen
