Lovely bungalows with a beautiful swimming pool. The staff are exceptionally kind, attentive and always willing to help. The kitchenette is very convenient, the shower is fantastic, and both the room and bed are spacious and comfortable. It is also very well suited for a longer stay or working holiday, with enough space to work comfortably.

Smoking is allowed in the communal seating areas, which can be quite unpleasant if you are a non-smoker. The location is also not as close to the beach and tourist area of Sanur as it may appear on Google Maps, mainly because you cannot simply cross the bypass. Fortunately, Gojek and Grab scooters are readily available and very inexpensive.

Un endroit caché mais qui était parfait pour notre dernier jour avant l aéroport. Très calme de jour comme de nuit avec le soleil sur la piscine jusqu en fin de journée.

J’ai prolongé à 3 reprises mon séjour là bas. La piscine est superbe. L’hébergement et confortable on peut cuisiner et sécher son linge dehors et on droit bien dans le lit. Le personnel est adorable vraiment ils mon aidé plusieurs fois et notamment ils ont gardé ma valise une semaine pour me rendre service. Bref je recommande et Sanur est pour l’instant protégée du surtourisme de Bali donc impeccable pour séjourner là bas.

De prijs is comfortabel voor de meeste mensen. De vrijheid en autonomie, je kan je scooter parkeren, je hebt een eigen keukenblokje en aparte badkamer met douche en wastafel. Het zwembad is het fijnste onderdeel.

Mr. Bong de voormalige manager was er niet meer en dat merk je in alles. Toen hij de leiding had werd alles stipt geregeld. Kamers werden elke dag schoon gemaakt onder zijn leiding. Er was altijd contact. Het onderhoud lag op een hoger niveau. Er was iemand aanwezig waar veel toeristen voor terug kwamen en waardoor het hoge cijfers scoorde. Niet alles hoeft perfect te zijn als de gastheer zijn uiterste best doet voor de gasten dan verdient het ook een hoog cijfer. Alles werd op tijd aangevuld destijds, zeep, handdoeken, toiletpapier maar het niveau is gedaald. Het personeel werkt nog wel hard maar niet meer op hetzelfde niveau als destijds. Dus viel de ervaring tegen. Zo zie je maar weer hoe belangrijk het management is, er is geen duidelijker voorbeeld dan het vertrek van mr. Bong.

The staff are very friendly, quiet time starts at 9:30pm but we're able to sit and catch up on our room to respect other guests. The shower has a very strong flow rate and the AC is very cold. We liked the pool as well.

There was cockroach inside the toilet because the way it is built, there's ways for them to get inside.

It's clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. There was AC. The pool is wonderful. The other guests were pleasant.

The wifi was a bit uneven, and the bathroom wall a little thin (you could hear the person next door in the shower).

This property truly felt like a home away from home for my family and me. Travelling with a baby can often be challenging, but our entire stay here was incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and stress-free. The place was exceptionally clean, including the beautifully maintained swimming pool, which was spotless and very inviting. Every corner of the property reflected care, hygiene, and attention to detail. What made our experience even more memorable was the warmth and hospitality of the owner and staff. The owner was wonderful, kind, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The staff members were equally helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Having a reception available at all times was extremely convenient — no matter what help or information we needed, someone was always there for us immediately. The facilities were excellent, thoughtfully arranged, and made our stay feel effortless and relaxing. Personally, I had a truly wonderful time here and created beautiful memories with my family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, exceptional hospitality, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.

Senyum was an older style property but it suited us very well, the rooms were large, great aircon, comfy beds and very clean room. Big pool and amazing staff who helped us so much with laundry, getting bottled water which we found difficult to carry and anything else we needed. There are big outside areas to sit between the rooms which gives everyone their space. All the staff were very friendly as well 😁

The pool was in full sun and I like cool pools 😁

Very far away from sanur main town, I walked one day - 30 min. But if you happy to grab there it’s only 10 mins and super easy.

I hardly write reviews, but to be honest this one I felt like I needed too let people know. Out of all the places I’ve gone to in my life, two places that i felt so unsettling to be there and this place was one of them. I read the reviews and It made me question myself with reviews now and ratings because I don’t know what they’re talking about how it was nice. There was LITERALLY OPENINGS TO THE OUTSIDE FROM THE INSIDE where animals can come in. The first night I woke up with a sound of animal like it was in my room and the next night I thought I saw a rat run across. There was flys and ants in the place and stains on the sheets. I was at three other places on this Bali island and cheaper and they were nicer than this. This place really shocked me of how I was that fooled. The room I was in, was very run down. Nothing like in the pictures.

The staff at Senyum Bali Inn are incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the very first day, they knew my name, which made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Everyone was always happy to help with anything I needed to know, whether it was local information or assistance around the inn. Their warmth and attentiveness really made my stay special, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location is also excellent — very close to local Balinese warungs, food stalls, and markets, with virtually anything you might need nearby. The beach is only about a 10-minute drive away, and it’s around 25 minutes to the international airport, making it both convenient and relaxing.

A comfortable place with a different vibe at night. The room is spacious and clean. There is a mini kitchen fully equipped with dining utensils, a stove, and a refrigerator. The staff are friendly and very helpful whenever needed. The swimming pool is truly large.

Tmp yg nyaman dan sambutan yg ramah. Kasur nya enak dan empuk. Karyawannya membantu banget, sewa motor dibantu, laundry diaturkan. Overall bener2 recommended walau cm booking 1 malam. Pasti akan balik kesini lagi. Favorite.

It's worth every penny. It's good for traveler who wants local experience. The location is great, walking distance to ATM, coffee shop, traditional local market. The room is spacious completed with private kitchen and utensils. The staffs are easy to contact through WhatsApp. And the wifi connection speed is awesome.
