Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The property is in a beautiful, peaceful location with stunning views. It was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
The only area that could be improved is the interior, which feels a little dated and could benefit from some updating. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025The Airbnb was great and Shauna was helpful with any queries we had. The pictures didn’t do the apartment justice. Easy access to carlingford with a taxi if you don’t have a car which Shauna helped us arrange. Overall great base for exploring carlingford and would definitely return.

No sink in the kitchenette to clean dishes. No hdmi port to connect a device in the sitting room tv. Matress was hard (but some people like a hard bed).

Reviewed Sep 2, 2024The apartment was clean with a little kitchenette enough to cook quick ready meals and have a hot beverage. Bathroom clean with hot shower and good water pressure. The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed. The host was lovely, left us delicious homemade scones on arrival. I'll be back again!

Room to back of their house . There’s no view at all . We only married went here . For money we paid know breakfast . Lot money for nothing included. The bed was not comfortable. I not sleep in it I was sleep in the chair . No dressing table. Lot money for only a bed . Money too much . Get Hotel for this and Breakfast . Small town not much in it . See it all in 15 minutes.

Reviewed Sep 23, 2023Lovely home, enjoyed our stay and the host was so nice and welcoming, even had homemade scones on arrival. It has a massive bedroom, living room and kitchenette together, with a wii and PS2 plus board games. Good size bathroom with a great power shower. Would recommend
