Tesisin büyüklüğü yeterli idi, tesis yetkilisi check in saatinden önce valizimizi bırakmamı için yardımcı oldu

Geceyarısına yakın bir saatte tesise giriş yapmak istediğimizde bina dış kapısının kapalı olduğunu, bize söylenen giriş kodunun girileceği sistemin devre dışı bırakılmış olduğunu gördük. Geç bir saat olduğu için tesis yetkilisi aramalarımıza cevap vermedi. Belli bir saatten sonra binaya girişin mümkün olmadığı tarafımıza söylenmedi. Bu yüzden geç bir saatte dışarıda kalmak zorunda kaldık.

The apartment is cosy and clean, the kitchen has everything you need and more. Apartment is located near the city center. Bed is comfortable.

It was very difficult to locate the apartment inside the blocks of flats. There were two entrances to the blocks of flats and I chose one of them, I had to exit to the back common area (patio) of all the blocks of flats and then enter to one of the other buildings were I had to locate the apartment I was staying in. A map would be nice.

Todella hyvä sijainti. Siisti ja viihtyisä asunto. Sopi hyvin parin yön nukkumapaikaksi pitkien päivien jälkeen. Etenkin kun yksikseen majoittui oli kompakti asunto mieleen. Keittiössä olisi ilmeisesti ollut kaikki pelit ja vehkeet ruoanlaittoon eli varustelu oli kunnossa.

Suihkun lattiakaivo veti todella huonosti ja shampoota ei ollut talon puolesta. Maksimissaan kahden hengen majoittumiseen. Vessan päälle tehty "parvi" ei varmasti ole kenenkään mielestä kovin mukava nukkumapaikka, kun vielä joutuisi todella jyrkkiä tikapuita pitkin kiipeämään, kun väli kattoon on vain muutama kymmenen senttiä. Avainten haku meni itsellä helposti, mutta ymmärrän aiempien vuokraajien kommentit siitä, että pitää lukea ohjeet todella tarkasti, jotta löytää asunnon ovelle koska saapuminen toimii itsepalveluna ilman vuokranantajan läsnäoloa.

Nos anularon la reserva, ya pagada, y con el check in ya realizado, 30 minutos antes de entrar a la hora indicada según sus normas. No contestaron a ningún teléfono, ni por escrito a través de la aplicación. No hay ningún tipo de recepción ni de persona que de respuesta. Las maletas las dejamos en una cafetería habilitada cerca del alojamiento y nos costó 16€ que nadie nos ha devuelto.

Perfect choice for one person for a short stay. The centre is at a walking distance if you are not afraid of walking a bit. Supermarket and café in the vicinity.

Konum güzeldi. Tramvay, otobüs duraklarına yakınlığı iyiydi. Giriş işlemleri kolaydı. Mutfak ekipmanları iyiydi yeterliydi.

Kaldığımız oda karanlıktı. 3. kişi konaklamada küçük gelebilir. iki kişi için ideal. Banyoda şampuan bulunsaymış ayrıca süper olurmuş:)

Henkilökuntaan ei ollut muuta kontaktia kuin englanninkielinen viesti avaimista. Alaovella oli paikallinen nuori mies, joka auttoi avainten löytämisessä talon porraskäytävästä ja kadunkulmassa olevasta vanhasta polkupyörästä. Porraskäytävä oli pimeä ja huoneiston ovessa ei ollut mitään kylttiä eikä muistaakseni edes numeroa. Varmistin poistumisen tulipalon varalta toteamalla, että parven alumiinitikkailla voi laskeutua ikkunasta sisäpihalle, jos aikaa on riittävästi. Nukuin hyvin, huone on sisäpihan puolella ja meluton. Kokonaisuutena, hinta huomioon ottaen, olen tyytyväinen. TV on saatava alemmas katonrajasta, niska kipeytyy.

Nice small apartment with everything you need

Some of the lights were not working so the kitchen area was a bit dark . I did tell the staff team though and they were very responsive. Also unfortunately the freezer in the fridge was not accesable. But just a minor thing. It was a bit noisy from the corridor with some neighbours shouting. The apartment is in the city center though.

The house is in an excellent location, with a tram stop just a 3-minute walk away for getting into the city centre; if you prefer, you can also explore the city on foot, as it’s just a 20-minute walk from the main attractions. The room was the perfect size for two people and everything was spotlessly clean. We were able to leave our luggage in the flat for two hours after check-out

Ev sahibine ulaşmak sıkıntı. Anahtarları bulmakta zorlandım Akşam 19:30 civarı aradım açan yok. Ev sahibinin mutlaka WhatsApp tan ulaşılabilir olması önemli.

The shower water was only very warm to hot. There was no heating in the bathroom and it was not clean. The bed was uncomfortable, very soft. You practically sank into it. The dishes were dirty. The heating in the living room wasn't enough for me. After booking, I was informed that I would be charged for any damages. Given the apartment's defects, this is unacceptable.

Ubicación buena. Barrio agradable. Buena comunicación con la anfitriona y envió rápidamente a alguien que nos ayudara.

La limpieza. lámparas con polvo, polvo encima de la nevera, microndas sucio, campana extractora con salida de humos a las tazas del desayuno, estantes del armario del baño con cercos de suciedad de otros clientes. Lo comuniqué a la anfitriona y me queria enviar a alguien para solucionarlo, realmente se preocupó pero he de escribir aquí lo que ví.

La ubicación es muy buena, en Punavuori. En 10-15 minutos andando estás en el centro y cerca de todo.

El estudio se ve que no tiene un buen mantenimiento en general pero lo realmente decepcionante es que estaba sucio. Los armarios de la cocina estaban llenos de huellas y salpicaduras. La cama tiene una funda nórdica mucho más pequeña que la propia cama. La mesa estaba tal cual la dejaron los anteriores huéspedes, con huellas de vasos y los tapetes desordenados y sucios. El espejo del armario del baño lleno de salpicaduras y sucísimo. Para acceder a la cama de arriba, para subir las escaleras hay que tener los brazos de acero y lo que te encuentras arriba pelusas con vida propia y dudábamos de que incluso las sábanas hubiesen sido cambiadas y un montón de cojines sucios. Escribimos al propietario y nos dijo que al día siguiente mandaba a alguien a limpiar pero no se disculpó en absoluto. Al día siguiente, cuando llegamos de pasar el día y supuestamente el apartamento se había vuelto a limpiar, vimos que la parte de arriba si la habían limpiado pero el resto seguía igual. No lo recomiendo.

Great location and living in that flat felt like being a local. Good transport links. Nice area. Stayed there 6 nights

Small but enough for 1 person. Communication with host not always great. Asked for an iron 1 week before they said yes and then they left a rusty iron that could have destroyed my garments. I could have brought one if I knew. I told the host and they just said sorry. Not willing to replace it or anything.

Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt von Helsinki ist großartig. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Meer / Park, Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Fenster geht zum Innenhof und es ist sehr leise.

Die Beschreibung "Studio auf zwei Ebenen" ist irreführend. Es handelt sich um ein kleines Zimmer mit einer Nasszelle und einer Küchenzeile. Oben auf der Nasszelle ist ein weiteres Bett über eine Leiter erreichbar, allerdings nur für sportliche Personen und der Zimmerdecke so eng darüber, dass man im Bett nicht mehr aufrecht sitzen könnte. Die Inneneinrichtung ist ok, aber nicht schön. Tote Pflanzen auf der Fensterbank gehören entsorgt. Teller, Tassen und Besteck waren nicht richtig sauber und mussten erst noch einmal gespült werden -- aber das dürfte den vorherigen Besuchern anzulasten sein.

This is a compact, clean and well-planned apartment. It was very convenient place for two to stay in. There's everything you need, and the location is amazing! There's a very nice cafe downstairs, good restaurants, a park, and a grocery store nearby, and good connections.

The building is old, so the elevator is a bit noisy whenever someone uses it.

The apartment is clean and has everything you need, fridge, microwave, TV, and full kitchen. The bed is a little bit uncomfortable besides that is an excellent place to stay, restaurants nearby and a 24-hour grocery store 3 minutes walk away.

This apartement was the perfect fit for me and my daughter (2). The main station / city centre / old harbour is only a 20 minute walk (all tried and tested :)), as well as Temppeliaukion Kirkko. The harbour where the ferry to Tallinn (Estonia) leaves was a 45 minute walk (with the stroller). There are several supermarkets only 1 minute away. Tip: if you have a stroller or heavy luggage, just use the entrance at Merimiehenkatu, because from there, you can use the elevator to the first floor. The other entrances have more stairs.

Maybe you could replace the maps from 2018 by newer ones :) also, the sponge in the kitchen had not been replaced, so it had a kind of putrid smell when we arrived. We just put the old sponge in the trash and used the dishwashing brush instead :) The rest of the apartement was perfectly neat :) :)

The warm and comfortable apartment. With a coffee machine AND COFFEE! The convenience is a bonus: 4 tram stops from the centre of the city, and a block from 2 tram lines that will take you just about anywhere. Would definitely book it again.

The wifi was patchy but not a deal breaker. Plenty of data and roaming on my plan.

The studio is clean, nice and very neat. You can work easily from here if needed, and it's near Ziara where you can als enjoy a nice coffee.

Retro cosy vibe. Has everything you need. Helpful hosts. I was only there for one night so I didn't have a chance to really enjoy being there. Easy to get to the airport. Nice and quiet. Great area.

I liked the layout of the apartment, such a great use of a small space. I have stayed in many smaller apartments and it’s one of the best layouts I have seen for this.

I think the instruction to get to the location of the key should be included in the confirmation email. The code for mini locker was included in the email but I had no idea where to find the locker 🥲

Nice value for money (especially for a short stay). Apartment is clean, nice and pretty quiet.

Second floor bed is not easy to reach for kids.

Walking distance from everything, and close to public transport for those who prefer it! The area is already peaceful, but being tucked away in a little courtyard really made it a quiet stay. Good shower pressure!!

Was fine for what I needed. Restaurants and pub nearby. Shop nearby. About a 20-25 min walk from central train station, with good transport links if you prefer.

Good location, easy to reach by public transport. The apartment itself is quite small, but we used it as a place to sleep and have a shower, so it was more than enough. I wouldn't know how more than two people could fit, honestly, as the upper bed seems to be in a very tight place.

The shower was fine. The location is quite fine too, a lot of restaurants businesses closeby and close to city center.

Communication with landlord via booking.com was slow. It only worked out as I called as the code in the discription for the self-check in lock box was faulty. But later on the communication in whatsapp was good. The room lacks of light. We could hear noises clearly from other rooms. Both beds are not comfortable. Only shower gel, no shampoo Washing maschine no soap.

Well, the location was just perfect for me! Punavuori is a great Helsinki neighborhood. And pretty much everything you would like to visit is at the walking distance.

The instructions regarding key handling, Wi-Fi, etc. that are sent to you upon booking could use some update. More and/or brighter lights and some AC unit would be a great addition to this property. The mattress felt a bit peculiar — perfectly fine for one night, but I'm not sure about longer stays.
