I’m on the fifth floor of a big condo building a few minutes from town on a tricycle. Inside is nice and clean. Good air conditioning, the showers fine, it’s very quiet. Has a refrigerator and microwave, coffee pot, sink, table for eating at flat screen TV. Very functional even for several days

Screen, save map details in case your sim card is not working. When you show up the cab driver did not know where this was.

Having a rental car made our trip so much easier and more flexible. The location itself is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for those looking to unwind and relax. If I ever have the opportunity to return, I would absolutely choose this place again. Even though the host, Madam Malou, wasn't physically on-site, she stayed in close communication with us throughout our entire stay. It honestly felt like she was right there with us—always available, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to her warm and thoughtful approach, we truly felt at home. I'm sincerely grateful for her kindness and support. Highly recommended!

There was nothing negative overall, but due to the humid weather, the air felt quite stuffy in certain parts of the building — specifically the entrance, the elevator, and the corridor leading to the fourth floor. Of course, this is something that falls under the responsibility of the building management, not the host. As a suggestion, installing ventilation fans in these areas could significantly improve air circulation

It's nice, new. Has a pool and small gym. The representatives are very responsive and answers all questions. It's a bit offside but no problem for me since I rented a motorbike (they help you book), there is always tricycle waiting a couple of minutes of walking if you would rather get that.

It's SIM WiFi so at times it can be slow.

Our stay at this condo exceeds our expectations. The place is so clean and feels like home. It’s so nice to wake up to a beautiful scene accessible at the balcony. We’ll definitely go back here and recommend it to my friends planning to visit Puerto Princesa.
