Excelente personal. Cerca del lago principal donde pasa gran parte de la vida, con negocios de todo tipo. Nos llego la maleta con retraso de una semana y el hotel se hizo cargo a pesar de que ya estábamos visitando otras ciudades de Vietnam. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que venga a este Hotel. Está cerca de todo. Incluso del night market de los fines de semana.

The property is very centric which is the best thing you could do in Hanoi so you can wander around the old quarter. The staff is amazing, always eager to help and very friendly, loved the recommendation they gave us (thanks for the pho recommendation Hannah!)

隔音稍差

The location is super convenient not only from the lake and food, but also from mini-market, and high way for car as well. The staff also very helpful, attentive, they even packed me breakfast sandwich and fruits when they know that I'll be checking out by dawn.

The elevator, I'm not used to it, and it's a bit slow. However, it's still great stay.

Отличный номер. Нас встретили лебедями из полотенец и лепестками роз. Просторный номер с отличным видом на вьетнамскую жизнь. Номер 401. Завтраки в соседнем здании (было вкусно). Местоположение у озера на 10 из 10.

Дверь в ванную тяжело закрывалась и открывалась. Если будете в период дождей, то капли будут стучать по крыше соседнего помещения. Сломанные бесплатные зонтики (но спасибо, что вообще были).

スタッフが皆親切で気持ちが良かったです。 シティビューの部屋を準備してくれました。 エレベーターはヨーロッパの安宿にもあるようなタイプですが、特に問題ありません。 朝食は別のビルに移動する必要がありましたが、大変美味しかったです。

特にありません。ただ部屋がシティビューのものでなければどうだったでしょうか。

中心部にあってホアンキエム湖周辺のお店は徒歩で行けます。部屋は広く、清潔感もあって快適でした。朝食のバイキングもとても美味しくて、スタッフの人も優しかったです。

近くの工事の騒音が少し気になりました。

Big room with big bathroom. Excellent position with view on the lake. Hotel clean and good breakfast. Safe in the room also appreciated.

7th floor doesn't have the elevator, the room doesn't have the key but just a code to open the door which isn't very safe but globally all this doesn't bother us (we kept our belongings in the safe).

I absolutely loved my stay here, especially as a solo traveler. Anne and Brian at reception were incredibly kind and helpful and truly made me feel at home. They were always there whenever I needed anything and helped me with everything. The hotel is clean, charming, and in a great location in the Old Quarter, close to everything and within walking distance of the Night Market. I loved having a room with big windows and being right in the middle of the Old Quarter. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️

El personal en general, muy amables y atentos. Nos dijeron que ver, que había en cada zona, donde tomar un buen café con huevo,... El desayuno también está bien.

Un lado del edificio da a una pared, por lo tanto no tienes luz natural. El hotel está dividido en dos edificios y tienes que cambiarte de uno a otro para desayunar.

הצוות היה הדבר הכי טוב בשהות שלנו! נתנו לנו לעשות צ׳ק אין מוקדם, שדרגו אותנו בחינם לחדר עם נוף ונתנו לנו להתקלח בערב אחרי שכבר שעשינו צ׳ק אאוט כי חיכינו לאוטובוס לילה להמשיך ליעד הבא הם היו מאוד נחמדים, קשובים, יודעים אנגלית טוב המלון עצמו במיקום נהדר, המזגן פועל טוב ובאמת יצאנו סופר מרוצות

La buena atención de las recepcionistas tanto Ann y Alice

Me encantó la ubicación, el servicio, el tamaño de las habitaciones, la gentileza del personal. Quiero dar las gracias a todos los que han hecho que nuestra estancia sea tan agradable, en especial a los cuales he tenido un trato directo, Ann, Alice, Hannah, Trang, Wyatt, han gestionado cada uno en su tiempo todo lo que hemos necesitado con una atención y alegría que normalmente es difícil de encontrar. Muchas gracias de nuevo a todos y todas. El desayuno con bufé y pudiendo pedir a la carta el resto ha sido cada día lo mejor.

A lo mejor la falta de un balcón.

Las camas eran muy cómodas y la azotea es preciosa.

Petit hôtel très correct et très bien situé dans le vieux quartier et a proximité du lac Hoan Kiem ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Petit déjeuner très correct également mais a noter qu'il faut aller a l'hôtel voisin pour le prendre ce qui n'est pas expliqué sur booking. Gentillesse et accueil exceptionnel du personnel aux petits soins pour les clients ... Chambre spacieuse et très propre, bonne literie (ch 502)

Baie vitrée de la chambre 502 qui donne sur un balcon lequel n'est pas pratiquable car il donne sur une colonne sèche d'évacuation incendie... Une vague grille donnant sur les étages inférieurs = danger Ce fut la seule mauvaise surprise de ces trois jours passés a Hanoï...

The traffic is terrible, lots of road blocked. The room is old, the construction noise came even in a Saturday morning from 8am. But the staffs are really nice

우선 하노이 올드 쿼터의 중심에 위치한 숙소라 도보로 호안 끼엠 호수까지 약 3분 정도 거리라 아주 가까워서 수시로 호수 주변 둘러보기 좋았어요. 그리고 하노이 전통 수상 인형극으로 유명한 탕롱 극장이 멀지 않은 곳에 있어서 공연 보기도 좋을 듯합니다. 주요 관광지들도 호텔에서 그랩으로 멀지 않은 곳에 있어서 어디든 가기 좋았습니다. 호텔의 건물은 조금 연식이 있는 것 같은데 호텔 내부는 매우 잘 관리되고 있는 느낌이었고, 방은 늘 청결했어요. 특별히 수질에 신경을 쓰는 편은 아니라 따로 샤워기 필터를 챙기지 않았는데 3박 4일을 묵는 동안 피부에 트러블이 나거나 머리가 푸석푸석해지는 일도 없었습니다. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와요. 하지만 수질 부분은 개인 피부의 민감성에 따라 다를 수 있으니 혹시 샤워기 필터 챙겨오시는 분들은 잘 확인하세요! 그리고 직원분들도 정말 친절했고, 뭐든 도와주시려는 부분이 좋았습니다. Daisy라는 직원분은 제가 호텔에 머물기 전까지 부킹닷컴 메시지로 계속 신경 써주셨고, Alice라는 직원분은 호텔 체크인과 체크아웃 시간에 친절히 도와주셨어요. 호텔 직원분들 모두 영어를 잘하셔서 소통의 불편함도 없었습니다. 이름을 기억하는 분 외에도 다들 친절해서 편안하게 머물렀습니다. 여름휴가로 첫 베트남 여행이었는데 덕분에 좋은 시간 보내고 갑니다. 😊

이 점은 하노이 올드 쿼터의 중심에 위치한 어느 숙박업소도 피할 수 없는 부분 같은데 아무래도 호텔을 나서면 거의 바로 차도가 있는 데다가 주변에 가게가 많다 보니 늦게까지 바깥 소음이 들려올 때가 있었어요. 하지만 호텔의 문제는 아니라서 어쩔 수 없는 부분입니다. 크게 불편한 부분은 아닌데 소음에 민감한 분들은 고려해 보세요.

The staff were very helpful, especially Ann. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice available.

The water in the shower was not very hot, but the water from the basin tap was !

Местоположение хорошее. Вид из балкона ок, и наличие самого балкона это плюс. Завтраки нормальные (правда надо идти в соседнее здание). Каждый день уборка и каждый день давали 2 бутылки воды. Удобный вход с умным замком, по коду.Телевизор показывал ЧМ по футболу.

Жёсткий матрас, сейф не работал (он был заперт). Кондиционер дул прямо на кровать без возможности как то его направить в другую сторону. Здание старинное и номера уже убитые. Мало места.

Отель в туристической зоне Старого Ханоя. Завтрак Шведский стол в соседнем филиале отеле (15 метров).

Close to all facilities

Great location

El personal es muy amable, dejamos las maletas allí para ir al crucero de Halong Bay y a la vuelta, nos dejaron darnos una ducha. El desayuno es buffet y estaba bien, quizás faltaría algo de dulce.

Si te toca las habitaciones impares, la ventana da a la calle pero las impares no tienen ventana, da a una pared y no tiene ventilación. Por la noche no se podía descansar bien debido a que había ratas por el techo correteando, es muy desagradable por qué parece que las tienes dentro de la habitación.

The hotel experience was excellent due to the staff. Alice, Brian and Michael were so helpful. The location of the hotel was great. It's so close to Hoan Kiem Lake which was wonderful to walk around. We were at the hotel on weekend so the roads were closed around the Lake which make it even nicer to walk around. We even got to experience the weekend night market. The room had everything we needed.

The noise. It was noisy on Saturday night from busy street but it couldn't be helped. It is a very busy area. The rest of the nights were fine.

직원들이 매우 친절합니다 . 굿. 아침식사를 매일 7시에 가서 잘 챙겨먹었습니다. 밥-볶음국수 번갈아서 나오는것 같았는데 둘다 입에 맞게 잘 먹었고. 따로 주문해먹는 쌀국수, 계란요리들도 매일 만족스럽게 먹었습니다.

예약할때 분명히 새벽1시에 도착한다고 하였고 메일도 주고 받았건만 도착하니 현관문이 잠겨있었고, 앞에서 20분정도 전화도 걸고, 노크고 계속하면서 기다렸는데.. 포기하고 노크나 하고있던 그순간에 현관 안에 야간 당직직원이 깊이자다가 깬것처럼 나와서 반갑게 체크인할수있었습니다. 숙소에서 조금 신냄새가 났지만 그것은 아무래도 옷장을 열고 생활했기 때문인것같습니다. 약간은 아쉬워서 씁니다. 선풍기에 먼지가 많이 쌓여있던것도 단점이라 적어둡니다. 이외에 나머지는 다 만족스러웠어요 엘리베이터도 있고,.

Había una cucaracha en la habitación y tengo que decir que se ve mejor en fotos. Nosotros nos quedamos ahí por el rooftop Pero en realidad no estaba a nuestro alcance tan fácil, son como dos hoteles distintos. El desayuno está en otro edificio como a 3 casas. Supongo que viéndolo en retrospectiva obtienes lo que pagas, pero tal vez valga la pena pagar un poquito más
