Thank you to the host, Ryan. Very hospitable and responds quickly. Room and facilities were great and to our liking.

The location was good and the facilities were great, nice to have a kitchen with pans, plates, cutlery etc. The space was compact but sufficient, it was clean and comfortable.

There was a smell coming from some of the cupboards in the kitchen which was a little unpleasant. Seen as there is a washing machine at the property, it would have been good to have a drying rack that could be used by guests.

Great location, many places to eat next door at Air Mall which also has a supermarket and massage place. Good size condo, nice view, clean, comfortable bed, nice building. Most importantly great communication with property management, Ryan. He was amazingly helpful with concerns and needs.

Elevators can take a bit of a wait during peak times. I prefer lower floors to avoid the crowd and heat in the elevators.

The landlord was super friendly and helpful. 10/10

The location. The property was close to everything - food, mall, and the venue where my daughter was performing in a ballet competition.

I really couldn't ask for too much more!

Everything was amazing! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The only issue we experienced was that water would come out of the shower area and also from the washer during laundry.

The apartment is so well equipped, we couldn’t believe it. And the service before check-in with the owner was first-class.

This isn’t the owner’s fault but gaining pool access in Air Residences is a pain. You have to go to the basement to pay for access to the pool…then go back to the 7t floor to get into the pool. I wish the management of the building would do something about it.

Ryan a été aux petits soins avec nous. 😉 L’appartement est très fonctionnel et l’immeuble est incroyable avec les commerces au Rdc.

Il n’y a qu’une vraie chambre avec un salon et son canapé lit. Le canapé est peu confortable pour dormir. Petits soucis avec des fuites d’eau lors de notre séjour mais cela devrait être résolu. Les ascenseurs sont un enfer. Très long pour avoir un ascenseur surtout les heures de check in et check out. 😬

Everything was excellent about the property

Cozy place with complete amenities, and everything you need are available for a tourist to be in a new place. Host is friendly, very nice and always there to assist you for any request.

Nothing except for savemore supermarket inside the building when we experienced non availability of bottled water (mineral water) for several days. Anyway, 711store nearby have stocks but need extra cost to get one.

Good reliable wifi, enjoyed the provided Netflix.

The elevator were a pain as they seemed constantly full and not all in service, hence kong waiting times.

Hot water is up, down so it's hot the cold, no cold water adjustment , so have to adjust with temp. Knob. Back door was a pain to close , lock, needs adjustment. There's a 150 peso fee to use pool daily, kinda cheezy

This place was heavenly. Was very clean and very nice. Shops right downstairs of easy convenience. Easy to order a taxi using grab app as has private pick up and drop off area. The pool was amazing just need to grab your tickets before 1pm but our host told us all this before we arrive and is very helpful with any questions we had.

I like Everything. The room/unit is so clean, refreshing, comfortable and the location has everything you need. It has a mini mall that has everything you need. The host Ryan is very communicative and approachable. His place also has everything you need for your stay.

The unit is very clean and comfortable. Kumpleto na sa gamit kaya wala kana iisipin pa. Very responsive and accommodating din si Ryan. Highly recommended ito sa mga family or friends na may mga plans for vacation kasi accessible din sa lahat. Thank you for the good experience.

Entire unit is very clean and comfortable! everything is available and can be used, it was so convenient for our 4 days stay. my daughter enjoyed the toys available too. the location is safe, near the malls, near trident where i took my exam. staff and the host is very friendly and accomodating. will definitely come back.

Location and the convenience of having a small mall in the building (and another one connected to the next building). Host was very responsive.

We stayed for 7 days. During the stay, host had to get maintenance in for 2 things- the balcony door lock was stuck and around our 3rd day, the aircon started leaking nonstop. The unit was right above the bed and while the host was extremely prompt in sending people over for these complaints, I really don't want to be calling issues in during my short stay. The unit is alright but needs a proper clean and maintenance. The host had some explanation in the welcome kit re issue of smell under the kitchen sink but much as I would like to tolerate it, it really did ruin our stay. Every time the cupboards are opened, the smell of sewage/damp permeates the whole unit. The same smell comes from the bathroom drains. Under the bathroom sink is dirty and smells too. I wish I could say our stay was ok but we have since stayed in other accommodations in same area and this unit really pales in comparison.

Love the apartment and location. The fact that there are malls right on the ground floor . So convenient . Feel safe too ! Thanks to Ryan too who was so helpful answering all our quetions on touristy stuff🤩 Would love to come back and stay here again. Definitely recommended !!!

The smell from the drainage....sink? It does gradually lessen as you use it more...If this was fixed it would be great !!! Room's a bit small but hey...can't win them all. All in all.👍👍👍

I like everything about the place. The room was so immaculate. Definitely, the cleanest place I stayed so far. Always smells fresh. The mall and supermarket at the ground floor makes your stay very convenient and easy. Peaceful location and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Ryan made my stay worthwhile. Responsive and helpful.

The place itself is very nice and cute, just some small things that didn’t really bother us that the host can’t help like the smell that comes from the sink in the kitchen but very small as we were out most of the day. Ryan is very attentive and responds very quickly. He was very helpful. Check in was quick :)

Host was responsive and checking in was no problem even after a very late arrival in Manila. Location was good and having a supermarket downstairs handy.

Apartment was super dark. It smelled really bad, probably from kitchen sink. Stench was covered up by very strong room spray, once we moved that (as we didn’t want our clothes to stink of vanilla) smell was pretty bad. On second day we caught a cockroach in the kitchen.. Bed was too short and duvet too small for tall person. Using pool was complicated - had to go to an office in parking garage to pay for day pass and fill out 3 papers.

Everything 10/10 most especially the owner of the apartment, he is very attentive to your needs. The room has Netflix. Everything you need is in his apartment. I actually book his apartment again for the third time for 5 nights.

I like everything about the apartment. Cleanliness, complete stuff, location is 10/10 there are many restaurants around and a mall on the first floor. Ryan the host is very easy to reach out. It’s a homey feeling when I first enter the apartment. The swimming pool is huge and clean.

No gym in the building. The management said they are still working on it on the 7th floor.

Owner is super helpful, everything went easy, and place is very well equipped, and comfortable with nice sight from balcony. Recommend :)

The lack of communications between the owner and the administration, I had two times turned off my guests for no obvious reasons. Even the owner told them I'm allowed to have my guests visit me.

The staff was excellent and the place was very clean everywhere.

My room was smelly, had to get the owner to fix it. Also had roaches, which I couldn't believe I would ever see since I paid %1,700+ USD for the room, he sprayed but still saw 1 every now and then that I stayed there for the month. The place has a bad smell too, so when I came home I had to wash all of my clothes. I wouldn't recommend staying here for the price, I will never be back. To many problems for the price that I paid. I stayed at another place before and it had more amenities and was less than half the price in Manila.

The location is great as it is in the middle of important areas in Manila. There are many restaurants and facilities near the residence. Ryan provided fantastic support and was always available to answer any questions.

A very comfy apartment with a kitchen and a washing machine. Good furnishing and even included a small shelf with board games :) The host is very kind, helpful and responds quickly to messages. I would definitely come here again for my next trip to the Philippines :)

Ryan is such a great host. He promptly responded to all my requests and inquiries and made sure I got everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Also love the location and convenience of having the mall at the ground floor for a quick bite and grocery shopping. Major shopping malls like Greenbelt, SM and Landmark are just walking distance.

Its really good location. The owner is very hospitable even I broke the glass I didnt pay him. The mall is near by you can walk to, and buy what you need also the Grab is active in that place and staff is great

The shower is only for 1 person its separate to toilet and if you want to swim you have to pay 150 per person.

I’ve stayed in 14 different places in Manila in the last 5 years and this is my adult the best place. lots of Tagalog movies and TV shows on Netflix too, plus local TV channels. KFC, Tokyo Tokyo and star bucks all short walking distance. you can even walk to greenbelt in about 20 minutes. no need for grab or taxi you won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Everything was great, the host and staff were extremely accommodating and considrate. The place had everything and more you could expect.
