El tamaño de la habitación es muy cómodo.

1. La zona donde esta ubicado es horrible, llena de basura, huele a cañería, gente borracha en la calle. No parece Corea del Sur. 2. La limpieza de la habitación muy pobre, encontré a mi llegada las sábanas con machas de sangre y productos sanitarios de un huesped anterior. 3. El lobby y el ascensor están en mal estado.

Friendly and helpful English speaking front desk. Room was big, clean and comfy. Tv with streaming apps. Loved the lounge with complimentary water, drinks, cup noodles and snacks :) many restaurants and convenience stores around. There’s even an Olive Young and Daiso round the corner. Managed to walk back from KSPO in about 25 min. Taxi is less than 10 min. Good location if attending a concert there.

Towels were a little bit on the worn side but not a big problem

Hôtel calme, idéalement situé à 2 pas de la Lotte Tower et du Lotte Mall dans un quartier animé, nombreux restaurants, Escape game, Bowling et autres activités Convienent store CU juste à côté. La station de métro Jamsil n'est pas loin de l'hôtel et est pratique pour tout déplacement dans Séoul. 17ème étage avec boissons, ramen, café, œufs, petites pâtisseries à discrétion. Chambres spacieuses, très bon accueil. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel pour notre prochain séjour à Séoul.

原定15:00才能check in 但當時有提早到大約是12:00-13:00，原本只是想寄放行李，但飯店人員告知已有房間可以直接入住，簡直撫卹我搭紅眼班機的疲累的身心！太感謝了🥹

올림픽공원에서 하는 콘서트 때문에 묵게 되었는데 이런저런 염려가 있었지만 막상 묵으니 너무 편안했고 다음 번에도 또 묵고 싶다고 생각했습니다ㅎㅎ 우연인지 일부러 맞춰주신 건지 로비에서 해당 콘서트를 하는 가수의 곡이 피아노곡 버전으로 은은히 흐르던데 무척 기분 좋았어요 일부러 세팅하신 거면 진짜 센스가👍👍

I know that they have rooms with view, but mine had the worst view. The room had a bath tub but not a shower curtain. So....I splashed water all over the bathroom. Oh well.

I stayed here for four nights to attend the Seoul Jazz Festival at Olympic Park, and the location was absolutely perfect. It is within walking distance of the venue, meaning I could entirely avoid the massive post-festival transit crowds without needing the MRT. It’s also incredibly close to a CU convenience store and walking distance to Lotte World Mall. ​The room itself was very spacious. After a long day of standing and moving at the festival, being able to unwind in the solid, American Standard-sized bathtub was an absolute luxury. ​My personal favorite highlight was the 17F Coco Lounge. It’s a beautifully designed space where I could truly relax. I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary snacks, especially the smoked eggs (just like the ones at a traditional Korean sauna!), the cheesecake, and the coffee. ​Most importantly, the staff’s hospitality is unmatched. I accidentally left my bag at the hotel after checking out. Seonji Park and Gwanghoon went completely above and beyond by coordinating with me late at night, hailing a taxi, and ensuring my bag was delivered safely to my next hotel in Myeongdong. I am incredibly grateful for their timely, professional, and stress-free support!

There is nothing to complain about, just a few minor things to note for future guests and management: (1) Vegetarian Snack Options: As a vegetarian, I noticed the Coco Lounge didn't have any vegetarian-friendly cup noodles. The only non-meat option was the Nurungji (scorched rice cup), which tastes a bit like plain, soggy cereal soaked in hot water—great for a sensitive stomach, but not quite satisfying after a late-night festival! It would be amazing if the hotel could stock at least one vegetarian/vegan instant noodle option in the lounge. (2) The Bed: The mattress is on the firmer side. I understand this is a common preference in Korea, though personally, I prefer a slightly softer bed. (3) AC & Light Controls: The air conditioning control is a bit confusing. It runs through the TV remote control rather than a standard wall unit. While this is noted on the check-in information sheet, I didn't notice until I called the reception. I highly recommend placing a small English/Korean sticker next to the wall panel explicitly directing guests to use the TV remote for the AC. (4) The "Master Off" Button: Pressing the "turn off all lights" button on the remote turns off the lights but activates a very bright backlight on the wall controller panel. I had to get out of bed in the middle of the night to turn off the wall panel manually. A true "one-click" blackout option would make the stay flawless. Overall, I had a fantastic stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Jamsil and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ich war sehr zufrieden! Die Lage ist fantastisch. U-Bahn und Lotte Mall in der Nähe, CU gleich unten vor der Tür und eine Food Alley mit verschiedensten Restaurants und Bars in der Straße.

I honestly don't know how this is a 2 star hotel, it deserves at least another star. The room was comfortable, with both a bath tub and a walk-in shower, there's a space on the last floor like a breakfast area where you can have snacks throughout the day, the location is great and the employees from the reception were very nice and polite.

There's nothing that I didn't like, everything went well.

The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The mattresses in the entrance and elevators were disgusting and reflected the overall level of cleanliness of the hotel. My room looked like it had never been properly deep cleaned. There were stains on the curtains, chair, bed, and walls, mold in the bathroom, and dust gathered in the corners of the floor. The towels were old and heavily worn. I even found a plastic soap wrapper left in the sink, likely from previous guests. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

立地が良かったです。 コンビニも近く、飲み屋も近かったです。 変換器も貸してくれました。

Friendly staff, we were there for Super Junior encore concert, the lobby was playing their songs, good location CU mart just beside hotel and lots of restaurant around the area, less than 20 minutes walk to Lotte World Mall and KSPO dome.

Too small, it's not a hotel. It's like a motel for one night

Can feel the luxury. Room is clean. Provide slippers n bath robe. Walking distance to Lotte Mall & entrance to the subway. Only the Jamsil station is a long walk. No breakfast buffet. But like a cafeteria with free food: ramyeon, milk. Cereal. Coffee. Bread. All self service.

Warmer/ heater in the room.

Layout was nice and roomy with a bath tub. There were some nice services like a lounge at the highest floor with drinks and snacks. Staff were very responsive. Accessibility to airport transfer bus which served late hours or early morning was close enough.

Slightly far away from the train station but otherwise doable. Not a significant factor against it. This was made up for by walking distance from a nearby food district which had late night options

The complimentary lounge it's a great touch; went downstairs to get a second key and staff were quick to help

The 17th floor which has complimentary snacks and drinks for guests was the best bonus. The ramen cups were yummy. The staff are also very friendly and can converse in English. The Olympic park is nearby and nice to go for a walk during spring. I came for a kpop concert at ticket link live arena so it’s very near. Also very near lotte mall. At night many nearby restaurants to eat.

Location a bit far from the gyeongbokgung palace, hanok village, myeongdong and hong dae. But Seongsu-dong which is 20 min away is a great place to go shopping.

Location ..! Valet carpark is very convenient.. we had the room with bath on the 15th floor .. it’s very comfortable …

The 17th floor has free snacks, drinks etc and microwave that guests can use. The aircon and view were also lovely. The room was spacious and luggages could fit on the floor. Close to lotte tower if that’s what you want to see. The bed was also comfortable and the water pressure + temperature were good. Food delivery also works well. Since the building is newer it doesn’t seem to have any mold which is a huge plus for me as an allergic.

It’s located in a very busy/party like area. There are love motels everywhere and the streets surrounding the hotel have partying throughout the night. There are a lot of people on the street and it feels very cramped, if you’re introverted it will be stressful. As a solo female traveler I did not feel so safe so I didn’t go out which was a bummer. Noise can be heard all night so if you’re a light sleeper or bothered by it I wouldn’t recommend. It wasn’t cleaned properly. The floors and bathtub had lots of hair and the plastic part of someone’s shaver was left on the sink so I knew it hadn’t been cleaned, at least not throughly. The toilet is also VERY VERY loud so if you’re staying with someone it would be impossible to use it during the night without the other person waking up. The doors are tinted glass so if you’re staying with a friend it could be bothersome. While the 17th floor having free facilities for eating was good, it closed at 12pm so if you were out late you couldn’t use the microwave or get water. My room had a broken electric kettle so it was sad that it was already closed. Overall the hotel is good for a couple nights or if you just need a space to recharge and rest, but don’t expect too much as for me personally especially the area surrounding was a huge disappointment despite lotte tower etc being close. I would book it again if I’d need a space to rest but not if I wanted to go out late.

It was close to a lot of restaurants and subway stations. The cafeteria was great for the nights I didn’t want to leave the hotel for food or for a quick bite before sightseeing.

I wasn’t able to control the room temperature.

シャワーとトイレが別なのはよいが、脱衣所がトイレのドアでしきるというタイプだったこと 足拭きマットがなかった。スリッパを履いたままシャワーをする文化なのだからかな。 二人で宿泊しましたが、バスタオルが一枚だけで、フェイスタオルが3枚でした。

客房清潔的時間非常彈性，很適合我這種中午出去一下然後下午又回來休息，晚上又再出去的行程👍🏻
