O transfer gratuito foi um diferencial. O quarto era grande e a cama bastante confortável. O laundry room também foi ótimo para poder lavar algumas roupas que já necessitavam de uma boa lavagem. Dentro do hotel tem acesso a um restaurante/café que dá para a outra rua, facilitando a alimentação em alguns casos.

Algumas partes da área externa pareciam mais rústicas, como se estivessem em processo de reforma/modernização. O café da banhe era mais básico, com poucas opções de comidas ocidentais, mas o que tinha era muito saboroso.

Eravamo convinti che sarebbe stato necessario rivolgerci ad una guida locale per poter vedere in 2 giorni la porta del cielo, il Canyon con il ponte di vetro, e il parco delle montagne di Avatar. Con una mezz'oretta di spiegazione, con mappa alla mano fornitami alla reception, grazie al prezioso e completo supporto avuto da Qianqian, siamo riusciti a gestirci in autonomia. Qianqian si è sempre resa disponibile a fornirci qualsiasi tipo di supporto. Complimenti

Colazione ottima per chi cerca una soluzione "salata". Per il classico italiano che vorrebbe qualcosa di dolce, la scelta non è molta. Basterebbe un po' di marmellata per avere un'offerta completa.

Osoblje je bilo vrlo ljubazno. Besplatno su nas vozili od željezničkog kolodvora do hotela i natrag. Usluga pranja rublja je također bila besplatna. Soba je jako ugodno i čista. Svakako bih preporučila ovaj hotel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été très aimable, attentionné et toujours disponible pour nous aider, notamment pour réserver nos différentes activités. Malgré la barrière de la langue que nous pouvions craindre, nous n’avons rencontré aucune difficulté de communication, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était également très sympa, avec un bon choix. Une mention toute particulière à Jin Jin, qui s’est occupée de nous avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Elle a veillé à ce que notre séjour se passe à merveille, du début jusqu’à la fin. Son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance ont vraiment fait la différence. Nous ne pouvons que recommander chaleureusement cet hôtel et son équipe. Une très belle expérience !

L'albergo è veramente molto carino e le stanze bellissime. Amin e lo staff dell'albergo ci hanno accolto calorosamente e hanno organizzato minuziosamente tutti i tour che abbiamo fatto mantenendo sempre il contatto per accertarsi che stesse andando tutto bene. Ci hanno veramente accuditi ed aiutati per qualsiasi esigenza. Veramente impagabili.

This homestay made our trip so much easier. The host provided us with a hand-drawn map of the area, marking the best local restaurants, grocery stores, and shortcuts to the train station – incredibly useful! The room was clean and comfortable, with good soundproofing so we slept well despite being in a central area. The bathroom was spotless with great water pressure. The host was always quick to reply to messages and helped us arrange a taxi to the airport on our last day. Everything was seamless. Highly recommended for travelers who want a reliable, comfortable base.

We really appreciated the spaciousness of this homestay – the room was much bigger than we expected, with plenty of storage space for our luggage. Large windows let in lots of natural light, making the space feel open and airy. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the floors to the bathroom tiles. The location was perfect for exploring on foot, with most attractions within 20 minutes' walk. The host greeted us warmly and checked in each day to make sure we were comfortable. A wonderful, stress-free stay that we'd happily repeat."

Das Personal hat einen super beraten um den Nationalpark zu erkunden. Das Personal war zudem sehr freundlich.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz so gegeben. Die Fenster waren extrem dünn und hellhörig. Zum Glück lag das Zimmer nicht an der Hauptstraße.

Die Matratze ist durchgelegen, im Zimmer lagen Zigarettenstummel!!! Wasserflecke an der Decke um das Fenster herum! Das Frühstück war passabel, hingegen fühlten sich Die Tische klebrig an. Das Fitnessstudio besteht aus zwei Laufbändern, welche im Waschsalon stehen, der wiederum sehr dreckig war. Rauchen war überall möglich.

The quality of the service - everybody was very nice at the reception. A special thumb up for Aming who was fantastic, helpful, very sweet and super efficient! My children also experienced a fabulous tea ceremony with the manager who was particularly careful and elegant.

El personal sin duda es lo mejor del hotel: super amables, daban recomendaciones con interés para disfrutar los ratos libres, nos proporcionaron una cuna para nuestra bebe con cariño, nos llevaron varias o ocasiones a la estación de tren sin costo y con una sonrisa,… Gracias tanto a la gerente como a todo el personal (Aming, …). Las habitaciones son amplias, están limpias y, en nuestro caso al ir con niños, tenian motivos infantiles para que estuviesen más agusto. La ubicación es muy buena tanto para ir al parque nacional como para dar un paseo al volver de las excursiones, ya que está a un paso del centro.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, der kostenlose Shuttle von und zum Flughafen war sehr komfortabel. Hervorzuheben ist der „Buttlerservice“, der uns alle Informationen zum National Forest Park gegeben hat. Vor allem war auch Rezeptionist Ming super, er spricht Englisch und stand uns bei vielen Fragen zur Seite, freundlich und engagiert! Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt hier fantastisch, wir würden das Hotel immer wieder empfehlen.

Tolles Personal mit einem „Personal Butler“ Konzept, der einem bei den Ausflügen etc. Hilft inkl. kostenlose Taxis zum Bahnhof / Flughafen. Hotelzimmer sind sauber und geräumig, strategisch gute Lage nahe an Flughafen, Bahnstation und Seilbahn.

Das Design vom Badezimmer ist nicht optimal (keine Privatsphäre). Es gibt einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber keinen Tee/Kaffee. Frühstück ist überschaubar, aber lecker.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

What we didn’t like was mainly related to the room and breakfast experience. On our first night, the room had a strong cigarette smell, as if someone had been smoking there recently. The odor was quite overwhelming and made it very difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the breakfast could definitely be improved. The selection was quite limited and basic. Overall, it felt underwhelming and could benefit from more variety and better preparation.

This has been my absolute favorite stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Shen Shen was incredibly genuine, warm, and friendly—she went above and beyond to help us. She assisted us in planning our trip, arranged airport pickups and drop-offs, booked all our tickets (including shuttle tickets), and even suggested the best routes to explore. She stayed in touch throughout the day to ensure we had everything we needed. The manager was very kind, and breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation! From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. The hosts (especially Xianxian and Qianqian) were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring; they went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay! A special highlight was how they helped organize our trips and excursions, without their support, our experience definitely wouldn’t have been this memorable. The accommodation itself was cozy, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location is also excellent, with everything easily accessible. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality – we would absolutely love to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. Liang, the manager who also acted as our butler, went above and beyond to make our trip to Zhangjiajie unforgettable. Before and during our stay, he carefully planned our itinerary so we could see the key highlights while avoiding bad weather. He constantly checked the forecast and adjusted plans to make sure we had the best experience possible. The service started from the moment we arrived. The hotel arranged an airport pickup as part of their service, welcomed us with thoughtful gifts, and served us a beautiful tea prepared by another host, who is also one of Liang’s siblings. The warm, family-style hospitality made us feel immediately at home. Liang also created a group chat with us so that we could easily reach out if we needed help at any time. They were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist. Liang actively advised us about common pitfalls and tourist traps to avoid, helping us save time, avoid delays, and not waste money on unnecessary things. Breakfast was included each morning and was absolutely amazing, especially the traditional Hunan noodle soup which we loved. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring. What impressed us the most was Liang’s immense dedication. He even came in on his day off to help us plan our day, booked Didi rides for us to different attractions, and helped arrange a taxi for our journey to our next destination. His level of care and attention is truly exceptional. Liang and his siblings have created something truly special with this hotel. It is by far the most beautiful and memorable hotel experience we have ever had in our lives. The level of hospitality, care, and attention to detail has set the bar incredibly high and has honestly raised our standards for hotels in the future. It will be very difficult for other hotels to match the experience they have created here.

They didn’t just help us with directions; they personally assisted us in booking tickets for every part of our journey to ensure we didn’t get scammed or lost. However, what truly moved us was their honesty and generosity. When we needed a taxi, they actually rented one for us using their own money to make sure we had a safe and fair ride. That is the definition of world-class service. It is rare to find a team so dedicated to making strangers feel like family. If you are in Zhanjiang, do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. These ladies deserve all the appreciation. Thank you for everything!

Our best choice in Zhangjiajie. And I have to say that it is a place where we felt as if we were at home. Thank you for your help and for facing our questions and doubt always with a smile! El hotel está gestionado por una familia y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Nuestro asesor, Liang, hablaba perfectamente inglés y nos guió de manera clara y detallada para visitar el Parque Nacional de Zhangjiajie y el Monte Tianmen. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo por WeChat y nos ayudó con cualquier necesidad. La habitación para tres personas era cómoda, con dos baños, una ducha y dos camas de matrimonio, además de tener un precio muy asequible. El hotel también ofrece recogida y traslado a la estación de tren de forma gratuita y puntual, lo cual fue muy práctico.

El desayuno es limitado, principalmente comida china, por lo que puede resultar flojo si no eres aficionado a este tipo de comida. La ubicación está bien, pero como los sitios de interés están apartados, no es un factor determinante.

El desayuno es pésimo. No solo no hay nada occidental sino que ni siquiera la máquina de café funcionaba. El primer día, solo café (nada de latte, cappuccino o similar) y a partir del segundo día, ni siquiera funcionaba. Dsp, era toda comida asiática. No lo recomiendo. El personal del desayuno nada amable y poco profesional.

Ci hanno gentilmente messo a disposizione un veicolo per visitare la montagna Tianmen e per il trasferimento alla stazione ferroviaria. L’ubicazione dell’hotel è strategica e altamente consigliabile. Le camere sono eleganti e confortevoli, la colazione è di alta qualità e offre una vasta gamma di opzioni. Questi fattori hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno eccellente.

Hotel je presladak. Postoji besplatan prevoz sa i od aerodroma ili stanice voza. U okviru hotela postoji kafe shop sa fenomenalnom kafom. Liang i ostali su nam pomogli sa svim nasim pitanjima i nacrtali nam najbolji moguci nacin kako da svoje vreme iskoristimo i obidjemo nacionalni park i Tianmen planinu. Ukoliko ponovo bude prilike definitivno cemo se vratiti u ovaj hotel !!!

The stay was really perfect! The room was clean, bath great and free washing. But the thing that makes this hotel deserve a 10/10 is the amazing service of the girls from reception, I’ve never experienced better service. They replied super quickly to all my questions on wechat and Dan Dan so kindly spend a lot of time planning my entire itinerary in much detail. The advice was so good I ended up giving the map to other tourists in the park and the end of my trip! This service will make sure you have the best stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay here was very good. The staff helped us to organize what to do in Zhangjiajie as we were staying only for 2 full days and it was a challenge. The money we paid for this service was totally worth it and we had a really good experience. The room was big and the bed were very comfy.

The only thing that was a real challenge was using the dryers during our stay. There were only 2 and unfortunately, I couldn't delay to do the washing anymore. I had to wait in the utility room for one and a half hour in order to use it so I didn't miss my turn.

Das Zimmer war für eine Familiensuite grosszügig und mit Türe abtrennbar, sehr sauber und mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war vorwiegend auf chinesische Gäste ausgerichtet, aber auch Europäer finden etwas Feines. Wasser in Petflaschen werden immer gratis ins Zimmer gebracht, an der Rezeption darf man auch mehr davon verlangen. Der Abholservice vom Flughafen hat einwandfrei geklappt. Der Treffpunkt wurde sofort nach der Landung per WeChat von der äusserst zuvorkommenden ShanShan mitgeteilt sowie auch eine Wegbeschreibung zum Treffpunkt. Auch weitere Fahrten mit dem Hotelchauffeur haben immer wunderbar geklappt und wir mussten nie warten. Shan Shan hat uns wertvolle Informationen und Routentipps für unsere gebuchten Touren gegeben und sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, auch wenn dies spät am Abend war. Aliang war dabei sehr hilfreich beim Übersetzen ins Englische.

Ein Minikühlschrank im Zimmer wäre sehr praktisch.

Redelijk Rrustige en toch centrale ligging, vlakbij de Lishui rivier. Mooie schone en verzorgde hotelkamers. Prima ontbijt. Ook kon ik gewoon wasjes draaien alles was er aanwezig en je mocht er gewoon gebruik van maken. Hele fijne en erg vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Vooral Fang Fang is geweldig. Ze denk mee, zoekt continu contact om te vragen hoe alles gaat en gaf altijd flesjes water mee wanneer we op pad gingen. Er behulpzaam en energiek! Ze was er al die dagen gewoon altijd! Alsof ze niet sliep 😂

Sempre prestativa, para qualquer informação que precisávamos, sobre passeios ou chamar taxis qd solicitados Jantamos duas vezes no restaurante do hotel, e fomos muito bem atendidos, com pratos deliciosos!!! Em uma próxima visita, com certeza, me hospedaria, novamente neste hotel!

Dan Dan was a great help in getting us tickets and showing us what was possible in our time at Zhangziazie. The place was clean and offered a free laundry room to wash clothes. They also offered shuttle service free of charge to the airport and back.

Breakfast could have had a bit more selection of food. But was still great

The best hospitality and service I’ve ever received from a hotel, all staff were so welcoming and proactively helpful. Shan Shan helped us to book and plan out all our tours which we originally planned to book ourselves but we were glad we didn’t because we would have been very lost! If I could score her service higher than 10/10 I would. Comfortable beds, clean room, good location with local restaurants. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Zhangjiajie, thank you Shan Shan!
