Stayed here the night before an early train and really loved it! Such a cute, clean, comfortable modern room. The staff are so nice and helpful. They also have a big rooftop that’s perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Really recommend!

El personal és excepcional. Ens van treure entrades de tot, ens van organitzar les visites i ajudar amb tot el que vam necessitar. Ens van recollir a l’aeoport, lo qual és molt convenient tot i arribar molt tard. Està molt net, les habitacions molt còmodes, bany complet amb wc japonès i tot molt ben cuidat. L’esmorzar és senzill però molt correcte, lo just. Està a 10minuts caminant del telefèric de Tianmen.

És un detall sense importància, pero s’agraïria un banc on poder deixar les motxilles/maletes i un ganxo per les tovalloles usades.

I loved everything

Great Location, very helpful staff, friendly and welcoming. The room exceeded our expectations, everything was fully automated, spacious and comfortable. Close enough to walk into the city for food in the evenings, a supermarket a few doors away and not far from the Tianmen Mountain cable car station at all.

Ubicación buena, a pocos minutos en coche del aeropuerto y a 15 minutos a pie de los teleféricos para subir a la montaña de tianmen. Habitaciones nuevas, limpias, con camas muy cómodas. Empleados con buen nivel de ingles, nos ayudaron a reservar las entradas para tianmen. Desayuno correcto con opciones china y occidental. Tienen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto sin coste añadido.

Todo bien, lo único que destacaria es el poco espacio que habia en el área de desayunos

La cosa peggiore è che pur assicurando il transfer per aeroporto concordato la sera prima hanno rischiato di farci perdere l' aereo. La gestione dell' hotel è approssimativa. Nella reception non c'è mai nessuno. Si ha la sensazione di essere abbandonati. La porta di ingresso spesso spalancata e quindi chiunque può entrare e salire alle camere degli ospiti. Colazione ridicola Senza nessuna scelta con cibi rinsecchiti per il troppo tempo passato all' interno degli espositori al caldo, con personale ( una sola persona ) che nulla sa del mestiere che dovrebbe svolgere,in un ambiente angusto e dall'aspetto sporco . È ovvio che nessuno capisce o parla altra lingua che non sia il cinese tranne una ragazza che abbiamo visto una sola volta all' arrivo.

Bella struttura a 20 minuti a piedi dal Tianmen Mountain. Stanza grande e pulita. Lo staff molto cordiale ci ha aiutati a prendere i biglietti per l’ingresso e ci ha dato molti consigli anche per la sera. Gratuitamente c’è anche un pick up o drop off per la stazione o aeroporto molto comodo. Abbiamo adorato o loro due gatti.

L’unico punto debole è la colazione, non tanto perché è solo cinese, ma perché è davvero minimal, andrebbe migliorata un po’ la zona colazione e l’offerta.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and it was all thanks to the incredible owner. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond for us by picking us up directly from the airport, which made our arrival completely stress-free. Her hospitality didn't stop there. She personally helped us plan and organize our entire itinerary for both the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain. Thanks to her local knowledge and perfect recommendations, we were able to navigate the parks easily, avoid the biggest crowds, and make the absolute most of our time here. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but it is her genuine kindness and helpfulness that truly made our trip unforgettable. If you are visiting Zhangjiajie, look no further—this is the perfect place to stay. Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely come back!

Nos sorprendió muy gratamente. Es un hotel familiar sencillo pero muy agradable. Esta situado para ir a pie hasta la entrada de la puerta del Cielo. El personal muy volcado en hacernos la estancia lo mas agradable posible. nos fueron a buscar al aeropuerto y nos ayudaron con los cambios de planes que tuvimos que hacer al haberse retrasado nuestro vuelo. Las habitaciones muy cucas y cómodas.

Desde la habitacion hasta la amabilidad del personal ha sido increíble.

Grazie alla responsabile dell'hotel Peng il nostro soggiorno è stato ottimo. La ragazza ci è venuta a prendere in aeroporto, ci ha aiutati a scegliere i migliori pacchetti per le entrate al parco e spiegato i vari percorsi. Il primo giorno mio marito ha avuto un problema di salute ed è riuscita a cancellare i biglietti senza penali. Veramente senza di lei non so come avremmo fatto visto che quasi nessuno parla inglese. Hotel nuovo, camere belle e ampie.

Purtroppo la colazione è inesistente per i turisti europei. Un hotel così di buon livello non può permettersi di offrire una colazione scadente priva di un qualsiasi dolce, brioche, torta, cappuccino, bevanda fresca come succhi, yogurt. Peccato.

Etwas hellhörig, vor allem durch den nahegelegenen Flughafen. Da wir so müde waren, hat uns das aber nicht sehr gestört.

Problème d'électricité dans notre première chambre : petite électrocution après avoir touché une lampe, ce qui a fait sauter les plombs; nous avons donc demandé de changer de chambre car nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité dedans. Petit déjeuner très limité en choix (ni beurre ni confiture).

Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. They arranged a free pick-up at the airport and a taxi the next day. The room was very good and comfy with new installations. No detail missing!

Администратор встретила нас в аэропорту и доставила в отель, очень приятная девушка, она была отзывчива и помогла нам купить входные билеты в парк горы Тяньмэнь. Номер был просторным, комфортным, со всем необходимым. Отель также предложил завтрак и помогал со всеми вопросами, которые появлялись у нас за то непродолжительное время, пока мы были у них. В отеле живет очаровательный котик Мими, которого удалось потискать)

Минусов не заметила, жаль, что у нас был всего один день в этом отеле.

A descordo do hotel era muito bonita! A recepcionista que nos recebeu falava muito bem inglês e deu nos as ajudas todas que precisamos e ainda se disponibilizou a nos levar à entrada de tianmen e da estação de comboios. Quartos ótimos e super bem decorados e equipados.

Pedimos para jantar lá, e a comida não foi feita lá, e não nos informaram disso. A zona da restauração é pequena. Pequeno almoço com poucas opções.

The hotel is really clean, modern and very comfortable. Very good value for the price, we had a wonderful stay. The staff dropped us off at Tianmen mountain and at the train station the next day for free. We really appreciated that.

Breakfast could improve, this was the only downside. I think it should either be improved or just not offered at all. Other than that everything was great.

Property was clean, quaint and convenient

Hotel is a 15 min walk to route A if visiting Tiananmen Mountain. The hotel reception staff were really great, dropped us off to route C entrance and also organised complimentary travel back to the station on check out. Room was nice and spacious, bed was super comfy, the best we had in China.

Room lights are over complicated to use and disappointed in room cleaning staff as our room was not cleaned during our stay.

Patio Spring Homestay is genuinely one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Although it is technically a homestay, the experience easily matches (and exceeds) many hotels. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room, which was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and we really appreciated the attention to cleanliness – the lovely cleaning ladies changed our towels daily, which made our stay even more pleasant. One of the highlights is the rooftop on the 5th floor, offering a stunning, unobstructed view of Tianmen Mountain – a perfect spot to relax and take photos. We would especially like to give a big thank you to Xiao Niu, Xiao Ping, Xiao Wan, and the auntie who cooked breakfast for us each morning. They were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about local tourist attractions. They went above and beyond to help us, including assisting with booking tickets to the Grand Canyon, which made our trip much smoother.

The toilet was quite cramped, which made the air ventilation poor. You have to wait a long time whenever someone done a poo. An air fresher would be a welcome remedy to this issue.

Everything was amazing and more. Would stay again without hesitation.

La cosa più importante è che tutto il personale è molto disponibile nell'organizzare il tuor sia Al parco di zhangjiajie sia a quello di tianmenshan. Fatevi prendere i biglietti da loro. Радушие и отзывчивость персонала. Максимально помогали решить любые вопросы. Встретили в, аэропорту, отвезли к отелю. Время, было позднее и на вопрос - где можно поесть, девушка на ресепшене, предложила отвезти нас в ближайший ресторан, чтоб бы не заблудились. Такой сервис дорого стоит! Огромное спасибо!

Amazing atac, very helpful and incredible decor

It’s very close to the airport and they offer free airport transfer. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, helping us book tickets for the tourist attractions and even drove us to Tianmen Mountain, which was a 5 minute drive from the place, to avoid us catching a DiDi. There is also a supermarket right next door which is so convenient. The room we booked was perfect for a family of 4, very clean and comfortable. Would 100% recommend.

As soon as we landed, we chose a famous hotel near the airport, Qinyuanchun. As soon as I heard the name, it was great. I didn't expect that the hotel service was super good. There was a 24-hour butler service, the air in the room was fresh, and the hygiene was also great... In short, I was very satisfied. My friends will stay here again next time.

Ils nous ont préparé des petits paniers-repas quand nous sommes partis tôt et nous ont aussi conseillé des restaurants. - Emplacement bien, à 15 min à pied du télécabine pour Tianmen. Une supérette et de bons restaurants aux alentours de l'hôtel. - Chambre spacieuse, cocooning, high-tech et bien décorée. - Literie confortable avec un grand lit. - Salle de bain fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire fourni. - Rooftop de l'hôtel avec vue sur la montagne de Tianmen. - Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

We loved our stay here. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. They helped us book tours and picked us up from the airport. I would recommend this place if you are doing the Tiananmen mountain tour.

The staff really stood out. Staff were incredibly hospitable and they made our stay very enjoyable. Communication from staff was great, facilities were clean and spacious (more spacious than a lot of 5* I’ve stayed in). It is a 15 walk to the entrance of Tianmen Mountain cableway, there are lots of shops around the area too. Pick up and drop off was a really nice touch. Breakfast was simple but great. The cats were adorable too. Zhangjiajie national forest was a 40mins taxi-ride away

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They not only advised us on the best way to visit the national park but even purchased the tickets for us. While the pickup service from the train station was unsuccessful, the drop-off back to the station went smoothly. We especially enjoyed the homemade breakfast served on the terrace with its magnificent mountain views.

The hotel is a bit away from the city center, and there are few restaurants or cafes right nearby. However, everything you need is within a pleasant 15-minute walk. The lower cable car station for Tianmen Mountain is also quite close, also just about 15 minutes on foot.

The staff is amazing, so kind! They helped us understand the routes for Zhangjiajie National Park, and with any inquiries we had. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel director is a wonderful girl Ponj, who speaks English perfectly. She was very kind with the choice and assistance in purchasing excursions, and also ordered any requested food and drinks to the room from local restaurants.

The breakfasts are so awful that many people go to the restaurant with their own food. The first morning the coffee machine and toaster didn't work. Apart from boiled eggs there was nothing else. Milk is not served at all. They promised to buy milk the next day, but there was none again. The staff who serves breakfast is a single old and very grumpy woman who doesn't want to be helpful even to those requests that are part of her duties.

Super saubere und schöne Zimmer und insgesamt ein schönes, neu anmutendes Hotel! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, Flughafentransfer ist inkludiert und alles lief bestens. Die Mitarbeitenden haben und geholfen Aktivitäten und Transfers zu buchen, uns kostenlos Powerbanks geliehen und sich sogar um eine Rückerstattung gekümmert, als wir von Didi-Fahrern (chinesisches Uber) betrogen wurden. Super zuvorkommen und wirklich äußerst hilfsbereit, 10/10!

Beim Frühstück gibt es nur eine begrenzte Auswahl.

Estuvimos en una habitación familiar, muy limpia, espaciosa y bien decorada. Fueron a recogernos gratis al aeropuerto a pesar de que nuestro avion se habia retrasado y era tarde y diluviaba y se desvivieron para ayudarnos con las maletas y que no nos mojaramos. Personal muy atento y se esfuerzan en hacer que tu estancia sea muy agradable.

En cuanto al desayuno, tendrían que ofrecer mas opciones de desayuno occidental y ampliar la zona del desayuno. Tiene una terraza muy agradable en el tejado del hotel.

The use of "holiday Inn" in the name of the hotel, which leads to believe this hotel is member of the international chain Holiday Inn. Although the hotel is nice, this is misleading, this hotel is not a Holiday Inn. I am surprised Booking is allowing such misleading information.
