For my first time in Florence, I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The location is a 5 minute walk from the Duomo and a 10-15 minute walk from the train station (depending on luggage). The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was incredibly soundproofed for a deep, long night’s sleep. Also! The host - Stefano - is the kindest, most helpful person who truly cares for his guests and their experience in Florence. If he offers to give you a map of Florence TAKE IT! Stefano can highlight local restaurants or experiences that aren’t found in any travel guides :)

The shower head is a little finicky. It sits at an awkward angle and wets the tiles outside of the shower.

Desde el primer segundo demostró ser una bellísima persona, auténtica, atenta y extremadamente acogedora: de esas que te hacen sentir como en casa al instante. El momento de la llegada fue sin duda lo mejor: con una gran sonrisa y una amabilidad enorme, nos recibió con los brazos abiertos. Nos invitó a sentarnos, sacó un mapa de la ciudad y nos explicó con todo lujo de detalles todo lo que necesitábamos saber para disfrutar al máximo de Florencia

Close to everything, the host was super accommodating and fast to respond. Room was cleaned every day, and a great size. Bed was comfy.

The room had no windows and the air conditioning was set at 25 degrees, and worked just fair (upstairs stayed very hot often).

Everything. Just amazing place! It was very clean, we had our room cleaned everyday. The host is so friendly, he helped us a lot.We arrived before check-in time and he organized everything, so the room was ready.I definetly recommend this place.

The apartment itself was very nice and everything else was perfect. However, the host specifically told us that the air conditioning must not be left on when we go out and that the electricity card has to be removed. As a result, we always returned to a very hot room, which caused significant discomfort and is a major downside that cannot be ignored.

Nice large room in the center of Florence , close to everything. We enjoyed our stay over , even when it was only for 1 night.. Stefano was very nice and kind and gave us all the information needed.

The manager Stefano went above and beyond and made our stay terrific. The aircon was a must, especially as our stay was in the heatwave!

The property was near the city center and easy to access all the things. The man who checked us in was very knowledgeable and gave us a map with suggestions for things to do and see. It was very clean and it had air conditioning which was so necessary during the heat wave.

The steps but thankfully we only had to go up one flight.

No electricity -- no windows in the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! requested refund- moved to a different hotel

Amazing location!! Easily walk to all the main sights. The staff were super friendly. We had a later check in and they were very accommodating and sent helpful videos. Property was very clean and had everything you could need in the room. Room was very spacious as well!

The bathroom shower could have used another shelf — we did have to place our products on the floor but not a big deal for us.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, é muito central. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo e era confortável. O Stefano foi muito gentil e solícito todo o tempo.

O nosso quarto era maravilhoso, limpo, confortável, espaçoso. O Stefano, que nos recebeu, muito simpático e solícito, tentou ao máximo se comunicar com a gente e ainda nos deu várias dicas do que fazer em Florença. Sem comentários para localização, muito perto das principais ruas movimentadas da cidade, perto da Duomo, dava pra fazer tudo apé. Foi execente, nota 10!

O Stefano, foi um excelente nosso anfitrião, muito atencioso, ele nos deu dicas de lugares para visitar para além das atrações turísticas, pois ele tem bom conhecimento cultural sobre a cidade. A localização é excelente, pois o hotel fica muito próximo das igrejas Santa Maria Maggiore, Santa Maria Novella, do Ufizzi e dos principais locais de interesse. O quarto em que fiquei era claro, silencioso e de bom tamanho, o colchão era confortável. Não há serviço de café da manhã, mas o hotel dispõe de uma cozinha aonde pode se fazer refeições.

O banheiro podia ser um pouco maior e deveria ter uma prateleira para colocar os produtos de higiene. O hotel fica em um primeiro andar de um prédio de época, então não tem elevador, mas o anfitrião ajuda com a subida das malas.

Die Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gut mit der Tram Nr. 2 vom Bahnhof bzw. Flughafen zu erreichen. Tolles Zimmer, sehr ruhig, Frühstücken kann man gegenüber im Café. Wird vom Host bezahlt, der super freundlich war und sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl zur 1. Etage. Nur als Info. Hat Alles super geklappt. Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

The stay was great, one digital card to access the property, no multiple keys. The owner was very very helpful. My husband fell ill during the trip, the owner helped us with luggage, booking cabs, places to visit, places to eat. His suggestions were great. He was simply great.

Right after we settled in, the host knew it was our first trip to Florence. He pulled out a map and patiently told us about scenic spots and art museums. The lodging is well laid out and situated in a fantastic area. We could walk to almost everywhere. It was such a lovely experience staying here.

It would be better if there were more than one key card

The bed is amazing. The darkness to sleep gives you a full recovery to continue your vacation!

Konum olarak gerçekten harikaydı, ulaşım açısından çok rahattı. Oda oldukça temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Konaklama sürecimiz boyunca ilgili arkadaş bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi ve her konuda destek oldu. Kendimizi oldukça rahat hissettik. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık ancak odada pencere olmaması benim için küçük bir eksiydi.(Ekonomik oda için geçerli)

Host Stephano was excellent. Knowledgeable and helpful. Ask for food and dining recommendations and you won't be disappointed. The location is minutes from the historical center of Florence and its attractions, but without the crowds. The rooms are a good value. Note that there is no elevator to the second floor location. Stephano assists with luggage, but you need to be able to climb stairs. Breakfast at the Twisty Bistro across the street provides a wonderful immersion into the local culture; it was fun to drink coffee, eat a croissant, and watch the local regulars come in every morning and chat with each other and the barista... Italian gestures and conversations at their best!

Quiet, clean, secure, friendly manager, fantastic location-just and 5 minute walk to the Duomo and market.

Thermostat did not work, set at 21C which was too cold for me, and the instant coffee was disappointing.

El acceso a la habitación es un primer piso (alto) por escaleras. Si se trae mucho equipaje se complica.

The host was very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was available right across the street. The location was very near major museums and the Duomo. Nice big shower was a luxury for a European vacation, and the room was a very nice size too.

Exactly as pictured, or better! Stefano made sure we had everything we needed and gave us a lot of good tips and recommendations for exploring Florence. Great communication!

Stefano, notre hôte a été très accueillant et très serviable. La chambre est très spacieuse et impeccable et la literie très confortable. La situation géographique au cœur de Florence permet de visiter la ville à pied.

Clean, convenient to the central part of Florence. Host met us, carried our bags up (yay!) and gave us a "Florence top 10" places to visit -- including ways to avoid some crowds.

Mosquitos. Italy doesn't do window screens, so perhaps it is on us. We like to sleep with the window open. Bed was a bit hard, but we found quilted pads in the wardrobe to use to make it better.

Amazing location and excellent host! Everything we needed was within a 10 minutes walk but usually closer. The building was extremely quiet, comfortable beds, well maintained, and Stefano was available if we needed anything. (Which we didn’t). I highly recommend asking him where to eat so you avoid the touristy restaurants. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Florence. Twist Bistrot is the perfect spot for coffee and it’s right across the street as well as a grocery store.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat uns einige Tipps gegeben. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und vom Flughafen super mit dem T2 zu erreichen. Durch die zentrale Lage kann es am Wochenende durch die Nachtschwärmer schon mal etwas lauter sein, da das Zimmer zur Straße gelegen ist. Ansonsten ist die Straße für Florenz sehr ruhig ;-) Zimmer für drei Tage perfekt. Typisch italienisch frühstücken konnte man direkt gegenüber in einem kleinen Café für 5 Euro. Der Kaffee war super!
