Location

Quarto amplo, limpo e chuveiro otimo.

Very good breakfast

It is right at the center, 2 mins walk to duomo. Clean and well maintained. Special thanks to Toni, he was such a nice and funny man. Thanks for the restaurant suggestions Toni.

Ubicación, comodidad, aires acondicionados

La ubicación. Nos mejoraron el alojamiento. Precioso y muy amplio.

Nada.

Ubicación, cuartos amplios

.

Localização e limpeza, acolhimento da recepção. Funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos.

Nada

Super indico a hospedagem!

Location was perfect and the room was also very nice

A clearer and bigger sign out front of building

Emplassement parfait

In the center, a minute walk

Very simple room for night stay

Regular.

Good location

Mini split was leaking water very bad and didn’t cool room

Location in the center close to the Duomo

Nothing

Excelente ubicación, hermoso!

Todo en general y la ubicación excelente

Fantastic location Comfortable bed

Ran out of coffee twice

The location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of Florence and spitting distance from the Duomo.

The air conditioning didn’t work efficiently and the room was too hot to have a good nights sleep.

La ubicacion

Konum iyi

No estaba impecable. Falta mantenimiento. Una lástima lugar muy lindo.

Great location. Close to train station and right by the Duomo and our room had a nice view of the Duomo! Very spacious. Receptionist friendly and kind, gave us great recs!

Only thing is the AC wasnt working very well.

Larger than normal shower and amazing location.

Not a thing.

Brilliant location near all the places we wanted to go to: remarkably quiet considering the proximity to the Duomo, the room was perfect and air conditioned (which with temperatures in the 30s essential). Very good value for money. Breakfast was in the cafe downstairs and adequate.

Breakfast could have been better for €15 a head, Coffee weak and no seasonal fresh fruit.

Belle chambre! Emplacement idéal, toutes les commodités à proximité

La posizione è la disponibilità del personale

Il bagno era un po’ vecchio

Antigua pero muy modernizada

Nada

Beautiful room with tall ceilings

Too little toilet paper

A stones throw from the cathedral! So central. Room was cleaned daily which I didn’t expect.

WiFi was awful, but it didn’t affect our stay

Posizione eccellente

Nulla. Tutto ok.

The perfect central location, welcoming staff, the apartments were really nice, beautifully styled and spacious. Very confortable and easy to access.

The elevator is very small.but it does it's job.

Gostei de tudo

Bellissima struttura a 2 passi dal duomo, camera pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile

O quarto simplesmente surpreendeu demais!

Frühstücken muss man extern!

Goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel!

A perfect location 1 minute walk to the Duomo church. In the heart of firenze. The manager Dunia was attentive and really helpful. It was very hot weather she offered us mineral water and gave us all the information needed. Also the receptionist Vladimir was helpful. The apartment we stayed was called Radda it was beautiful with the scenic views of tbe Duomo. Theb breakfast was superb and staff was attentive and accomodating.Great value for money. Many thanks

Nothing. The property failed on multiple fronts.

Non-functional air conditioning in two consecutive rooms (Beatrice and San Pedro). The AC in San Pedro ran 15 minutes then stopped completely. Front desk staff member displayed hostile, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior when reporting issues — raising serious safety concerns. I left the property after less than one hour due to non-functional facilities and staff misconduct. The property denied my refund request and withheld €132.01 without processing payment. Their response to my complaint was dismissive and contradictory.

excellent location. spacious room. nice breakfast.

small shower

Todo muy bien y buena ubicación

The location was perfect for a few days in Florence. The room was spacious and pretty quiet.

When we got there, around 30 mins after check in time started, we got sent up to the room and it wasn't cleaned at all. We had to wait for about an hour to actually be able to enter our room. When we complained about it, we got told that "it is what it is, and the delay isn't even that much". The attitude of the staff was not that friendly or understanding of the inconvenience caused, however they offered breakfast after we contacted Booking.

L’emplacement idéal La propreté La réparation rapide de Clim

Le petit déjeuner L’équipement

The room was wonderful with huge windows and high sealings. The bed was super confy and spacious. The location was superb next to every hotspot and the breakfast was quite satisfying with a friendly atmosphere.

Nada

La ubicación es perfecta

Melhor localização impossível. Cama confortável, ar condicionado ótimo.

The location and very clean

Host upgraded us and based on our room absolutely everything was excellent! Wish we stayed there longer! Very nice host and she even helped carry my luggage up the stairs.

Location, the discounted parking spot, and the possibility to leave the bags after the check out till 21:00 (even if they weren’t supervised nor tagged with the guest name, so basically anybody could take them)

Outside of the window the road was really noisy, so it was impossibile to sleep with windows open. Plus, AC was extremely noisy and so it was difficult to sleep with windows closed too. Not a well rested sleep during an heatwave

La ubicacacion

Un poco ruidoso

Atendimento e espaço no quarto.

Tesis her yere yürüme mesafesinde , Duomo'nun hemen yanında sayılır. Akşamları bulunduğu sokak çok hareketli , odaları konforlu.

Super-friendly host. Excellent location.
