Reviewed Aug 2, 2026La struttura è moderna ma conserva il fascino e lo stile tipico dei riad. Le camere erano ampie, molto pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario: aria condizionata, bagno privato con doccia, phon, asciugamani, coperte e kit di cortesia. Anche la colazione era ottima, perché veniva preparata al momento e con prodotti freschi.
L’unica piccola pecca è l’assenza dell’ascensore. Con una camera ai piani alti e valigie pesanti, le scale possono essere un po’ impegnative.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026En general el sitio estuvo muy bien, la habitación espaciosa y cómoda, aire acondicionado que funcionó muy bien (y se agradece por el clima). El desayuno adecuado (aunque fue algo repetitivo todos los días, pero estuvo muy bien). En general tiene buena ubicación, cerca de la plaza. Relación calidad-precio muy buena.
Creo que el único problema fue la barrera del idioma. La persona encargada habla muy poco inglés, pero pudimos entendernos bien. Lo otro sería el desayuno que fue lo mismo los 4 días (estuvo bueno, pero se podría variar un poco).

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Unfortunately, there was nothing we liked about our stay. We were not welcomed, were denied accommodation, and had to leave the property immediately due to the host’s behaviour.
The most disappointing part of our experience was the host’s behaviour. Instead of welcoming us and helping resolve a misunderstanding, he was rude, confrontational, and asked us to leave the property, leaving our family with no choice but to find alternative accommodation.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Everything about this place was beautiful! From the decor, to the aesthetic of the whole place, to the bedroom, and to the cute robes we found waiting for us! The place is a must go to if youre in the area. The staff was incredible! Our flight was delayed which meant our checkin was much later than expected (late evening) however the staff found no problem accomodating us and welcoming us to the riad! We had even booked dinner with them and they had no problem preparing our meals even though this was very late at night, which may i add were huge portions and really good! The hospitality was incredible! We had to leave early morning and since we couldnt stay for breakfast, we were evne given a packed breakfast to go! We had absolutely everything we needed and we completely recommend the riad to others!
The only tiny thing I can think of is that in the morning we woke up to the AC unit leaking slightly. Other than that, everything was great.

Очень удобно расположен - в медике, но рядом парковка - от неё идти 3 минуты Найти очень легко, расположен в тихом переулке, но везде висят указатели. Все достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Номер просторный - состоит из двух комнат, на 6 человек.Было 2 кондиционера. Везде очень чисто. Очень сытные, с большим разнообразием еды, завтраки. Управляющий Жад - человек очень гостепреимный и приветливый. Организовал нам индивидуальную поездку в лес с обезьянами, помог с переездом в Шэфшауэн. Если еще будем в Фесе - обязательно остановимся здесь. Ещё раз огромное спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

El desayuno riquísimo y limpian la habitación todos los días y cambian las toallas. Ha sido un acierto la elección. Sin duda lo recomiendo y repetiría a elegirlo.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Riad localizado a 2 minutos a pé da praça Jemaa el-Fnaa. Experiência confortável para quem ter uma experiência num Riad com um rácio excelente de qualidade-preço. O quarto é muito bonito e confortável com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia de visita à cidade. O Riad é fresco mesmo com temperaturas elevadas no exterior, O pequeno-almoço é ótimo com as tradicionais panquecas. Os funcionários são muito disponíveis e atenciosos, apesar da dificuldade em compreender o inglês. Procuraram sempre ir de encontro às nossas necessidades reforçando o pequeno-almoço com pedidos extra ou preparando o pequeno almoço antes da hora prevista para podermos viajar. Gostei muito.
Nada de relevante a relatar sobre o Riad. A referir qualquer coisa numa ótica de melhoria seria disponibilizarem na casa de banho um pequeno móvel de apoio às necessaires para não terem de ficar no chão assim como cabides ou toalheiros.

Reviewed May 24, 2026The location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, the airport bus stop, and the Medina. Despite being so centrally located, the place was surprisingly quiet.
It may be acceptable for a one-night stay, but I would not recommend it for a longer visit. During our trip around Morocco, we stayed in several much better places within the same price range, and unfortunately this was the weakest one. We chose a room facing the courtyard, but it was extremely small. The room was also quite dirty and there was visible mold on the walls. In addition, we had moths flying around the bathroom. Finally, our first impression was not very welcoming. When we arrived, an older man opened the door and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable from the start.

Reviewed May 15, 2026The breakfast was lovely. The area where you eat was very nice too. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. There was shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrushes and proper ones aswell!!! Extra marks for that. Only stayed one night. Following offline google maps downloaded prior to travel made it very easy to find. Super quiet. There is a roof terrace but it doesn't look like it is in use for guests although we were permitted to have a look there was no view.
The room was quite dark, although it was in keeping with the style. There were some mouldy patches on the walls, I mean it's the Medina and it's an old property but a little extra effort could be made to do something about it, maybe a lick of paint. Be prepared to pay more for a better experience elsewhere if you want a pretty riad.

Las instalaciones muy óptimas, el trato muy correcto. Todo perfecto para disfrutar de la ciudad. Aunque el acceso hasta la entrada parece complicado, una calle a la derecha, dos a la izquierda y ya estas!

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, está súper cerca de la Medina y aunque puede parecer lioso llegar el primer día luego es súper fácil. El desayuno tradicional también nos encantó y la habitación era bastante amplia.
Quizá la poca iluminación del baño y que nos tocó justo en la habitación del patio donde se desayunaba pero la verdad es que no se escuchó ruidos ni por la noche ni por la mañana.

La señora que limpia nos abrió antes de la hora del check in y nos permitió dejar nuestras maletas para poder movernos más cómodamente. El desayuno muy rico y muy completo. Nos dejaron gel, champú, cepillos de dientes, pasta de dientes, agua embotellada… El chico que lo lleva super agradable y atento, nos ayudó mucho a contactar a través de su teléfono con los responsables de una excursión que teníamos por la mañana ya que no nos contestaban. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas allí pasada la hora del check out ya que teníamos que cambiar de Riad hasta la hora del check in del siguiente. Nos dejaron una llave para entrar y salir cuando necesitásemos.
En la habitación, a pesar de haber aire acondicionado, hacía bastante frío ya que el baño era muy frío y una pared entera daba al patio interior. Está al final de una callejuela un poco apartada, pero es algo normal allí y te acabas acostumbrando.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Nos pareció un remanso de paz y tranquilidad a escasos metros de la plaza Jmaa el Fna. Riad muy bonito y limpio en el que recibimos un trato excelente. Cabe destacar que los desayunos eran deliciosos, sanos y muy completos ( Yogurt, fruta a trocitos, tortitas, miel y café) sin lugar a duda lo recomendamos
El acceso es por callejones que al principio pueden parecer algo intimidatorios además de escasamente iluminados. No obstante es una zona llena de Riads y están muy vigilados.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Das Riad liegt in den Seitenstraßen neben dem großen Platz Jeema El Fna. Es ist unglaublich ruhig dort und ma ist sehr privat. Der Hof ist kühl und bringt einen von der Aufregung der Medina runter. Die Gastgeber sind wie überall in Marokko äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind romantisch und wie auf den Fotos. Frühstück sehr lecker mit drei Sorten Pfannkuchen. Das Wasser im Bad wurde richtig heiß was es an anderen Orten in Marokko oft nicht gab.
Da man nur zu Fuß über kleine Gässchen zum Riad kommt, kann es mit schwerem Gepäck etwas anstrengend sein dort hin zu kommen. Wir hatten nur sehr kleines Gepäck und haben 5min fußläufig in einem Parkhaus geparkt.

Accueil parfait et chaleureux par le personnel et le gérant, lieu très propre. Petit déjeuner copieux fait maison. Nous avions la chambre du haut avec la terrasse on était comme chez nous. On recommande.

Breakfast was delicious and filling, they let us keep our bags there before check in, they also guided us from the main street directly to the riad and helped with our bags. They had good communication and helped book transfers.

The riad wasn't that easy to find - so make sure you have data before you leave the airport, as we couldn't use googlemaps to help us navigate the crazy streets of Marrakesh. The bed was quite hard which was a shame. Very friendly hosts.
Hard bed and shower took a long time to warm up, but was lovely and hot once it go going.
