Le placement géographique est parfait à deux pas de la plage , restaurants, cuistax, une petite épicerie avec fruits et légumes à 10 mètres. Facile à se garer devant le temps de déposer les valises. Les propriétaires sont réactifs, attentionnés et disponibles à toute question rapidement . L’appartement est grand et bien équipé.

Rien à redire . Peut être les châssis de fenêtre pourraient être changer un jour.

Le logement était vaste et très bien équipée. La petite chambre des enfants (avec lits superposés) est plus grande que ce qu'elle laisse paraître sur les photos. Tout est étiqueté dans le logement, si bien qu'il est facile de trouver ses repères. Il n'y a pas vue sur la mer, mais elle se trouve à à peine deux minutes de marche, c'était très facile d'accès. Pas de stationnement, mais beaucoup de parkings publics tout près. Le propriétaire nous a écrit quelques fois pour s'assurer que tout allait bien, ce que nous avons trouvé très sympa. De là, nous avons pu visiter Ostende à pied.

De Locatie en de kookfaciliteiten, ook was het fijn dat er schoon beddengoed was.

Als het warm is is het lastig om het appartement te luchten.

Alles top. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage super 👍

Die Stockbetten

Es war einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet! Von Kaffeemaschine über Toaster, Pürierstab, Küchenwaage, Mikrowelle, Backofen, sämtliche Töpfe und Pfannen. Ich habe noch nie so eine großzügig ausgestattete Urlaubs-Küche gesehen! Der Check-in war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Vor der Tür kann man gut halten und entladen (im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug) und dann das Auto auf einen Parkplatz umsetzten. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben nichts zu beanstanden!

Il manquait un balai (+ pelle et balayette) pour un petit nettoyage rapide.

Pas grand chose

L'appartement est très spacieux, bien équipé, propre et très bien situé près de la plage et des restaurants.

Les murs entre les appartements ne sont pas très épais. On entendait tout ce qui se passait chez les voisins. De plus, pas de chance pour nous, il y avait des travaux dans l'appartement juste en dessous, ce qui faisait trembler tout. Ce séjour n'était pas très reposant.

La atención fue excelente, el anfitrión del apartamento respondía muy rápido y era muy diligente. El apartamento muy bien equipado, hasta juegos de mesa tenía. La cocina divina, todo el apartamento muy amplio y las camas súper cómodas. Muy cerca a la playa. Todos los que nos hospedamos nos encantó. Volveríamos sin pensarlo 😊

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 2. OG und verfügt über einen Aufzug. Das Bad ist geräumig mit einer großen Dusche, Toilette getrennt. Das Mobiliar ist modern weiß grau gehalten und sauber, viele Schubladen, Küche modern mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Senseo, alles tiptop sauber, Ausstattung gut sortiert. Geräumiges Ecksofa und alle Möbelstücke aus einer Serie.

Nichts - alles vorhanden, evt eine Abdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Essbereich.

Die Lage ist Top, nur 150 meter bis zur Uferpromenade und zum Strand. Die Größe der Wohnung ist super, die Küchenausstattung und Esszimmer waren mehr als vollständig. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe. Wir konnten unsere e-Bikes im Haus geschützt abstellen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell, einfach und vollständig.

Die Terrasse / Balkon ist klein im Innenhof und eigentlich zum Aufenthalt nicht nutzbar. Dies war das erste Mal, das wir die Betten sowohl beziehen, als auch abziehen mussten.

Lovely and spacious apartment. Great facilities. Kristof sent us all the information necessary for us to enjoy a great stay. The apartment is in a great location close to the beach and the town centre.

Very good location, very clean and a nice shower.

The host was amazing. The Apartment was huge and very well equipped.

The cleaner was still present when we arrived but they were soon finished and apologised.

The location was excellent, just set back from the seafront and in the centre of town. Beautifully appointed apartment with lots of sleeping options and everything you could need in the kitchen, we wished we could have stayed longer. Oostend is lovely and we travelled to Bruges very simply on the train, great location.

It says free parking in the description, but this isn't very near to the property, it's about 800m away but paid for parking is available outside. Worth noting we couldn't download the parking app as the verification code didn't send to our phones so we had to go to the parking meter to top up.
