Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The front staffs were exceptional, special mentioned to Zilie and Ting, who were always smily, friendly, helpful and welcoming. It made my stay memorable and will return to stay in the future. The housekeeping lady was also so friendly and nice. Breakfast was good, highlighting its southern fujian cuisine. The business lounge, gym and free self service laundry made my day, just what I needed at the end of my trip.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026I am very impressed with the front desk reception staff and the GM, Ms. Zhang. They are incredibly approachable, attentive, and patient with all the in-house guests. Specifically, Mr. Zhang Jia Xing and Ms. Shi Lin always provided excellent information and guidance during our stay. Overall, the breakfast experience was positive. Mr. Yu Li was friendly and approachable, and Mr. Yang Yupeng ensured there were many fresh options. However, I suggest offering a wider selection of bread. Also, the housekeeper, Ms. Zheng Suyun, did a wonderful job. She kept our room very clean and always provided us with everything we requested, such as extra mineral water.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2025-Clean spacious room with fruit and snacks provided each day. -Buffet style breakfast was ample, large choice of hot and cold food and drinks. -Great central location - 20 mins to the airport and Wu tong ferry port. Next to Xiamen train station and 5 mins walk to metro and BRT. -staff were excellent - 小張 was especially kind to us during our stay.
Only negative is the waiting times for the lifts / elevators at busy times in the hotel. There are only 2 - which is not enough for such a large building.

Staff very helpful, especially as I don't speak Mandarin and their English was very limited. Helped me greatly in selecting from the menu. Location was good and I enjoyed a nice walk around the area. Check in was very good and arranging a taxi to the airport after my stopover was very easy.
