I do not understand the high rating of this property. It was one of the worst places we have ever stayed in. Luckily, Athens is a beautiful city, so we spent as much time outside as possible to forget about the room. Here are 10 concrete reasons to avoid this place: 1. The entrance to the property is completely dilapidated and feels unsafe, despite its central location (see photos of the entrance). 2. It is advertised as an "aparthotel," but in reality, it is just one floor in a neglected building without hotel services. 3. Serious fire safety hazard: For two days, the elevator was out of order, forcing us to use the stairs. On the first floor, the escape route was completely blocked by garbage, waste, and discarded furniture (see photos). 4. Exposed and unsecure electrical wiring can be seen in the common areas (see photos). 5. The ground floor common area was constantly cluttered with old furniture and exposed cleaning supplies (see photos). 6. Everything is fully automated via digital codes (check-in, check-out, luggage storage). Even to get hot water for the shower, you have to manually switch a button on the electrical circuit panel. 7. Cleaning was provided only once during our 5-night stay. Even then, the bed was left untidy (see photos), and there was a complete language barrier with the staff member. 8. The room was very small and cramped with unnecessary furniture. 9. The air conditioner is positioned directly above the bed, blowing cold air straight onto you. 10. The walls and furniture in the room had visible marks and dirt (see photos).

Bellissimo anche il parcheggio consigliato dall host ed incluso nel prezzo in via sapfous vicino a via kolwnou dove puoi fare incontri interessanti tutti il giorno

The room was great, had all the facilities listed in the description. I felt comfortable and safe being a solo female traveller. The room I was in was quite large, but that was lovely. Location may seem a little spooky, but guarantee it is not there were many restaurants, cafes and less than 100m away the main strip where a lot was happening.

The AC was not working to its best, I felt like it was not working and sat at a warmer temperature for the peak of summer. Ideally there could be more signage for the apartments as the one was quite small and difficult to see. If I was arriving at night it would have made me a little uneasy as it is quite possible to miss the signage outside and within the foyer.

Everything was perfect! Check-in went smoothly (communication regarding this was excellent). The apartment's location is fantastic, with everything you need nearby (subway station, supermarket, cafés, restaurants). The Wi-Fi also worked great.

Ήταν εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, με κλιματισμό, καθαρό, ασφάλεια λόγω των τριών πορτών με κωδικό, καθαρό μπάνιο. Ψυγείο, χρηματοκιβώτιο, όλα τα σκεύη που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς και καφέ. Σπάνια βρίσκεις κάτι τέτοιο μέσα στην πόλη.

Ζεστό νερό έχει με θερμοσίφωνα και η περιοχή δεν είναι καλή για βόλτα από τις 8 και μετά, αλλά είναι βολική τοποθεσία.

Clean, comfortable mattress, central position. When you first arrive, you may have mixed feelings—the building is covered in graffiti, and there seems to be some construction work going on nearby. However, once you get to your floor and enter the apartment, everything matches the description and the photos perfectly. Overall, everything is fine if you're happy with the location, which definitely has its own charm and the authentic, unpolished energy of Athens

Very cramped for space , couldn’t use many of the amenities as it was a hassle, also less services compared to the other triple A unit in Aristophanous Very small shower you could hardly move and had to turn on hot water half an hour before using.

Next to everything 2 minutes walk from the psiri platia, metro lines 5 minutes walk to every direction. Ideal location and beautiful room. I couldn't be happier.

Camera e bagno puliti e spaziosi. Posizione buona per andare in centro a piedi.

Palazzo con ingresso e ascensore/scale comuni fatiscenti e sporchi.. Quartiere multietnico decadente e piuttosto sporco.

Το κατάλυμα χαρακτηρίζεται από σύγχρονη σχεδίαση και επαρκείς χώρους.Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο κάπου στο ενδιάμεσο μεταξύ πλατείας Ομονοίας και Μοναστηράκι, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σχεδόν παντού στο ιστορικό κέντρο της Αθήνας.

Ενώ δεν υπήρχαν ενοχλητικοί εξωτερικοί θόρυβοι , ένα βράδυ οι θόρυβοι μετακίνησης αντικειμένων και προσώπων από τον παραπάνω όροφο ήταν κάπως ενοχλητικοί.

The apartment was really good and modern. It's was close to city center.

The parking policy is unusual, and there's no information available before booking that requires you to leave your car keys. The parking is close to the apartment, but you have to pass through Omonia, which is very dangerous at night due to many people under the influence of drugs on the street. I would rather park my car in a paid parking lot, which is 50m from the apartment. The information about hot water was inside the wardrobe and was not clearly mentioned in any message.

Καθαρό δωμάτιο, έχει όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για την παραμονή σας. Καλή τοποθεσία κοντά σε μετρό και μαγαζιά εστίασης. Έχει μια σχετική ασφάλεια αφού χρειάζεται να ανοίξεις 3 πόρτες με κωδικό για να φτάσεις στο δωμάτιο.

Το κλιματιστικό υπολειτουργούσε στη λειτουργία ψύξης και χρειάστηκε να κατεβάσουμε τέρμα τη θερμοκρασία για να είναι άνετα, ο ανελκυστήρας είναι επικίνδυνος και όποτε τον χρειαστήκαμε δεν λειτουργούσε από το ισόγειο ή μέχρι το ισόγειο, επίσης μια φορά σταμάτησε στη μέση ανάμεσα στους 1ο και 2ο ορόφους. Η πολυκατοικία είναι παραμελημένη δυστυχώς.

To był kolejny pobyt w obiekcie Triple (drugi w Psiri Fruit Market Artistic Studios) i niestety z każdym pobytem obiekt traci punkty. Plus za lokalizację, ale czystość pozostawia dużo do życzenia.

Łazienka była słabo posprzątana, włosy, włoski za drzwiami i w każdym miejscu gdzie nie dosięgnie szczotka, mało przyjemne. Blat w aneksie kuchennym z okruchami. Ogólnie sprawia wrażenie czystego, ale to tylko wrażenie.

We stayed here for 2 nights and overall we had a good experience. The studio was clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the city center and the main attractions. Communication with the host was easy and efficient, with clear instructions provided before arrival. The free parking is a nice bonus and is located relatively close to the property. Good breakfast.

The only downside is the surrounding neighborhood, which is quite dirty and very crowded. However, this did not affect the cleanliness or comfort of the accommodation itself.

The room is very clean and fully equipped. Stuff was friendly and timely when being approached.

The neighborhood is noisy and with rotten smell. There is no stuff around. Eventually it is a Airbnb self-service but charged with service fees.

Excellent location 5 min walk to Monastiraki. Modern and clean.

Was given the WRONG access code to graffiti ridden and decrepit front steel door and could not access the place after 8 attempts. Had to send a stressful/urgent message to host via booking.com to be given new and correct code. Then had to use two other codes to access room. No apology whatsoever for host for stress caused. Only two tea bags and no coffee was provided. Not even a small long life milk sachet to go with the tea. So what was the kettle for? You will see why the front entrance to the building is not shown in any promotional photo.

The room was clean

The location and the building were horrible and felt very unsafe. The lift has no door so you have to be careful to not get injured, and the room is a code lock which means that anyone with the code could get in. The street itself is really run down and felt unsafe to walk in.

Τοποθεσία άριστη, ασφάλεια λόγω οικοδομής επίσης πολύ καλή με 3πλη ασφάλεια κλειδαριών, άνετο δωμάτιο, παροχές δωματίου καλές.

Είχε λίγο φασαρία στον εξωτερικό χώρο λόγω καταστημάτων που ανοίγουν νωρίς.

La entrada esta Pintada con grafitis al llegar puede generar mala impresión y el elevador tambien. Parece que se llega a un lugar extraño pero las indicaciones llegan perfectamente al email

Όλα τέλεια, καθαρό, άνετο, υπηρεσία πρωινού στο δωμάτιο, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά στο μετρό Μοναστηράκι. Δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο και θα το ξαναδιαλέξω.

The location, very close to everything, the room very large and comfortable, I had a problem at the beginning with the air conditioning not cooling, but the staff were willing to fix it right away and I liked that.

I didn't like the street; the place is really ugly and scary from the outside, especially at night, but once you go inside the apartments, they are very nice, complete, and clean, my only recommendation I would suggest putting up darker curtains because the sun comes in too much. I loved that they have a big TV and Netflix is the platform for watching movies. Anyway, everything was great, thank you.

Τραγικά !!! Βρέθηκα μόλις για 8 ώρες στο κατάλυμα μόνο για έναν ύπνο ο οποίος δεν ήταν καθόλου καλός. Φτάνοντας εκεί με μεγάλο φόβο λίγο που με τρομοκράτησαν στο ΠΑΡΚΙΓΚ να προσέχω πολύ γιατί αυτά τ 200 μέτρα που έπρεπε να κάνω με τα πόδια ήταν επικίνδυνα πολύ λίγο της περιοχής. Κυκλοφορούν κακοποιά στοιχεία στην περιοχή . Και αφού έφτασα μετά από αγωνία βρίσκω την 1η εξωτερική πόρτα ανοιχτή ενώ έπρεπε να βάλω κωδικό για να ανοίξει. Μπαίνω στην είσοδο της οικοδομής και το ασανσέρ δεν δούλευε και επίσης δεν υπήρχε φως για να ανέβω στον 2ο όροφο που ήταν το δωμάτιο. Τεράστια αγωνία να μπω στο δωμάτιο λίγο που ήμουν μόνη μου. Το κλιματιστικό να χτυπάει ακριβώς ο αέρα στο κεφάλι με αποτέλεσμα να μην το ανοίξω γιατί θα με αρρώσταινε το σημείο που ήταν τοποθετημένο. Το πρωί στις 7 με ξύπνησαν μηχάνημα από οικοδομικές εργασίες που γίνονται στο απέναντι κτήριο λόγο ανακαίνισης . Επίσης να αναφέρω ότι φτάνοντας στον 1ο όροφο από τη σκάλα ύπαρχους τόσο πολλά σκουπίδια από παλιά αντικείμενα υφάσματα κλπ . Πολύ κακή εικόνα. Δεν συνιστώ ειδικά για μονές γυναίκες .

The room was clean and well equipped, the stuff responded well and quick.

There was no hot water at the shower at all! There was a bit of a weird smell in the room when I got in, but I left the window open and it was okay.

A clean and very well equipped apartment. It was also quiet which is a bonus given its location in a busy city. I loved that they had a laundry service.

Not a welcoming entrance but once you’re on the floor with rooms it’s decent. Place is a little small which made it a bit difficult to position an open suitcase.

The locate is good, very close to metro station, many restaurants nearby.

To access the room, I have to use 3 different codes for three doors. One the first night, I went out for dinner, something happened to my IPhone, my phone was “dead” ,not able to check the email for the codes, nor even able to restart. I was a little bit panic, since I only had the phone and wallet. I was thinking maybe I should go out and look for a police for help. Fortunately my phone was suddenly restarted after many attempts, I was finally able to access the email and get the codes. My suggestion to all is when you receive the email contains the codes. PLS write the code down to a note book or a piece of paper, so that you have the backup. By the way, it looks like the “hot water” did not reach the temperature, for several nights, I took a shower, the water temperature is just slightly higher than the room temperature.

La posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e le fermate della metro a piedi. Comodo il self check-in. Stanza con spazi giusti.

Quartiere e palazzo non bellissimo, ascensore un bel po' datato. La domenica mattina alle 6 di mattina hanno iniziato a fare dei lavori sotto la finestra dell'appartamento e ovviamente non siamo riusciti più a dormire. Abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati di appartamento ma purtroppo era tutto pieno....

L'emplacement et l'équipement de la chambre

L'emplacement est super. On fait tout à pied. Beaucoup de resto proches. La formule du petit déjeuner originale et agréable: on choisit entre différents cafés proposés où on peut aller prendre le petit déjeuner avec une réservation très facile. Même si on ne rencontre pas de personnel, le service est très réactif via la messagerie. Et tous les équipements pour la salle de bain ou la cuisine qui rend le séjour facile et agréable.

L'accès extérieur à l'immeuble qui surprend au début mais finalement ne pose pas de soucis.

Очень удобное расположение, номер чистый, есть все необходимое, полотенца менялись каждый день. Завтраки выбирали и заказывали с вечера и утром шли по регистрации которая приходила на почту. Все инструкции понятны, для первого раза чтоб попасть в номер нужно понять как работают все двери на кнопках.

Ils font la promotion de la chambre avec un salon pour n’offrir qu’une simple chambre au final Le nettoyage des chambres pas systématique Le renouvellement de capsules de café, du savon ou même tout simplement du papier toilette n’est pas fait de manière journalière Enfin en cas de départ tardif la locker-room proposée pour les bagages est commune sans aucune surveillance ni garantie de sécurité et se situe dans un autre bâtiment

Tobula lokacija, labai svarus ir tvarkingi apartamentai. Visos vietos pasiekiamos pesciomis per 10-15 min. Pabai skanua pusryciai, ragavome trijuose restoranuose- niekur nenusivyleme.

Vienintelis minusas- triuksmas uz lango, bet mums labai netrukde. Viena ryta trumpam buvo dinges karstas vanduo.

WOW. If only all aparthotels could operate like this! SO organized. SO comfortable. This might be my best experience through booking.com EVER. The bed, in particular, was the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel/airbnb type of lodging. I really loved the free luggage storage option, because that's super practical for tourists.

Ubytování je fajn, je to kousek od metra, dostanete se na hlavní památky celkem snadno. Komunikace ze strany ubytování byla také fajn.

Pokud si zaplatíte snídaně, musíte si vždy dopředu vybrat jednu z několika variant, kde se tedy kvalita liší. Většinou Vám nabídnout standardní snídani - někde trochu lepší, někde trochu horší, ale nic, co by nebylo zvykem u řady podobných ubytovacích zařízení. Trochu je slyšet hluk z ulice a chodby.

- The mattress was too soft - some cupboard doors we’re hanging lose - the entrance was a bit hard to find as there were only little signs which can easily be overlooked - Building looks shitty from the outside and in the staircase - elevator is very old and doesn’t look trustworthy

Ubytování bylo velmi příjemné, čisté, pěkně zařízené. Ve výbavě je žehlička, fén, hezky zařízená kuchyňka. Jediné zklamání bylo, že pokoj byl velmi malý. Poloha ubytování blízko stanice metra a centra, výborně dostupné, okolí trochu punk, ale zajímavé obchody a kavárny. Komunikace s provozovatelem byla naprosto bez problémů, na dotaz zareagoval okamžitě. Snídani jsme si mohli vybrat z několika možností v blízkém okolí, zvolili jsme bistro Enteka a chodili jsme tam nakonec na všechny snídaně, bylo to tam skvělé.

Velikost pokoje. V nabídce booking.com vypadaly pokoje prostorně, náš byl opravdu dost stísněný. Během pobytu jsme při procházení po chodbě zahlédli při úklidu jiné pokoje a všechny byly o dost větší.
