Felt like the property was not prepared for arrival or our stay had to reach out to owner a few times for basics like code for gate,wifi password, and the heater provided did not work/out of propane during our stay in winter

Unfortunately no coffee, tea or milk sachets so if you are staying just one night then you won’t get to make a hot drink unless you bring your own.

Apartment is on the 4th floor, with no lifts. No air-conditioning. The second bedroom door cannot close properly. The bathroom mats, not being completely flat, nearly caused an injury. When we tried to use the stove and toaster together, the power tripped. This unfortunately influences any recommendations.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as advertised, but in many ways even better - very beautiful, clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. The location was convenient and peaceful, which made it easy to get around while still feeling relaxed. What really made the stay special was the host, who was warm, kind, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay here again and highly recommend. A special thank you to the host, Hloni🙏🏽😊

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025The property is in a really good location. It is very close to Leaping Frog which has good family style restaurants and excellent supermarket. Nice, comfortable bedrooms. The owner was very responsive and keen to address the issues we faced with the WiFi. good value for money and very clean.
We experienced some issues with the WiFi, which were addressed by the owner. The bathroom needs a few improvements - toilet seat and shower door need changing.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2025Very secure and central location to where we needed to be. It is a well kept a d clean apartment. Very cozy and queries were attended to promptly. Even the security is super welcoming.
The stairs🤣 The apartment is on the highest floor and no elevator, so it should be mentioned for the frail and elderly. There was only 1 coffee sachet and 1 tea bag for 1 cup only for the 3 day stay for 3 of us. They did have cereals available,need to get your own milk.

You have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit. This should be noted in description just in case there is someone in a wheelchair or is frail. The toilet seat and shower door were faulty and needs repair.
