Reviewed Jul 24, 2026I loved this beautiful big home was awsome communication from the start very prompt and also awsome directions for travelling into the township to the street, very easy access, walked into a very warm and open home, very beautiful family setting, the kids were well occupied with the children's playroom beautiful big space for us no one was bumping into each other as the space was big and had so much areas for everyone from being in the kitchen having a warm coffee in the sun room area to outside. The bedrooms were amazing all of them and the lights were so amazing awsome feature to the rooms and hallway. The bathrooms were just amazing loved the spa bath was so good to come home from a day of exploring in the windy city to a lovely hot spa, we were able to cook on the beautiful big BBQ injoyed a nice family dinner, would have loved to eat outside as the setting was amazing but the weather was not on our side just to think if it was a beautiful day it would have been the the best outdoor setting, and we were all able to have a hot shower and spa without running out of hot water and the beds were absolutely comfy and warm, very much recommend and would love to stay again.
The weather Wellington put on for us lol but the home made up for it.

The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. We also got to use the BBQ, and it was very convenient and easy to use. Overall, everyone enjoyed the stay, and we would definitely recommend it

Reviewed Mar 3, 2025Easy access. Clean and tidy. All single beds were kings. 🥰 Beds were comfy, hosts left bread, coffee, tea, 2ltr milk etc etc. Fantastic There were 8 of us, all singles. Plenty of room. Huge outdoor area to gather in as well. We will definitely be back. Hastings Tenpin Bowling Team

Reviewed Jan 11, 2025Loved there was some staples supplied, made it easy for us not to have to visit the supermarket straight away. The kids loved the play room and the outdoor area was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2024House was warm, heaters were already on which was really nice. Clean and inviting. Bonus with full size milk, tea, coffee, milo, sugar, (not hotel satchets) and all the little extras, butter, sauce, breakfast cereals etc. Lots of plates, cups, cutlery. Nice big property with an abundance of beds to choose from. Kids loved the toy room especially after a 6 hour trip. we barely saw them lol. They also loved the 'pool' (spa bath). Definitely recommend. Very relaxing. Will be our new go to when in the area.
Only staying one night. Book two minimum to really enjoy 😊

Reviewed Sep 9, 2024Location was very convenient, not far from the highway and it was a quiet area. Lots of essentials provided which is always great for people travelling from outside the area. Plenty of bedding and heating available which was our biggest concern coming from Auckland (warmer)
