We loved our stay at this beautiful place! A beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. We enjoyed a delicious Vietnamese dinner. This is the perfect spot to relax before and after riding the Ha Giang Loop!

מקום קסום! כל פינה עם קסם ויופי. המארחים מדהימים וכל הזמן היו שם בשבילנו. הם גם עזרו לנו לתכנן את הלופ של הא ג׳יאנג, להשכיר אופנוע מעולה ולשמור על החפצים שלנו. החדר היה עם פרטיות, מיטה נוחה, מים חמים במקלחת בשפע, הכל מאד נקי. מקום ממש מדהים!

יש כביש שמוביל שהוא השיפוצים אז יש טיפה עיקוף והדרך בערך 15 דקות מהעיר. אבל שווה לגמרי מיקום פסטורלי מאד!

Home stay khá chill, nhân viên thân thiện. Phần lớn là khách tây, gia đình mình ở là khách việt duy nhất ở tại đây trong mấy ngày mình lưu trú. Hồ bơi khá sạch Home stay rộng rãi, thiết kế đẹp.

Buổi tối có nhiều muỗi. Đường vào hơi xấu, sedan có lúc bị chạm gầm, hy vọng đợt sau đường tốt hơn. Bạn lễ tân có giải thích là do nhà nước làm đường, hy vọng chủ home stay gia cố tạm để khách ra vào dễ dàng hơn. Ko có tủ lạnh trong phòng nên hơi bất tiện nếu muốn để đồ ăn. Sau đó bạn lễ tân có giải thích là nếu cần order tủ lạnh thì báo bạn. Ăn sáng sẽ có 2 món: mì tôm hoặc bánh crepe, đi cùng với cà phê sữa hoặc cà phê đá. Nước trái cây thì tính tiền riêng, nên gia đình mình chỉ ăn sáng 1 ngày, ngày hôm sau thì tự túc.

Encore des gens adorables, attentifs à votre bien être. Ils ont réglé un problème avec l’agence qui organise le loop autour de Ha Giang en quelques instants. Ils ont pris soin de ma moto, m’ont aidé à porter mes bagages… et une très bonne cuisine copieuse, vous devez tenter au breakfast la soupe aux œufs et aux nouilles…

Rien, peut le wifi un peu capricieux dans les bungalows

Een locatie met zwembad, in de buurt van Ha Giang. Dat was top! De receptionist hielp ons fantastisch, hij deed z’n best om het voor ons (en andere gasten) zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

Je zit redelijk afgelegen en daar wordt gebruik van gemaakt om de prijzen die ze rekenen voor eten en drinken.

Le personnel disponible et aux petits soins ! Ils nous ont renseigné et aidés dans toutes nos démarches même avec une arrivée en plein milieu de la nuit !

Petit bémol : le chemin pour arriver jusque là. Le taxi nous a laissé en pleine nuit , refusant d'aller plus loin au vu de l'état de la route. MAIS de nouveau le personnel de l'hôtel fait TOUT pour vous aider 💪🙂

Notre hote a été très accueillant et serviable. Le bungalow est propre et bien équipé, tout est décoré avec goût .et en plus, le repas, pris au calme sur une terrasse éloignée de la réception, assez animee,était juste délicieux. Adresse à retenir. .

Beautiful location and surroundings. The staff were so friendly and helped us with everything we asked for, they really went above and beyond to help us. Dinner was delicious!

A little outside of town but that meant you got to experience amazing views so it was worth it.

Karaoke in the evening

Afgelegen en rustige plek met rustieke huisjes met comfortabele bedden. Zij weten hier wat eten is. Het diner is heerlijk en enorm uitgebreid. Ze houden ook rekening met dieetwensen. Er was een jonge groep aanwezig die simpelweg hun plezier hadden. Zonder dat ik er zelf over hoefde na te denken, bood de host een andere kamer aan. De andere kamer was verder weg zodat ik minder last had van geluid.

Un lieu très beau, accueillant. Nous avions un petit bungalow derrière avec vue sur le jardin. Les repas très bons. Un peu loin de tout mais pour nous c'était très bien. Nous avons pu faire de belles balades à pied.

Quand on arrive dans l'enceinte de l'établissement on devine qu'il s'agissait autrefois d'un lieu sympa.

L'établissement malheureusement pour lui se trouve pris en sandwich entre des travaux routiers qui defigurent l'endroit. Loin du centre. Pas très propre.

Mooie tuin met uitzicht en schommel. Helaas wordt ernaast aan de weg gewerkt.

De kamer viel in alle opzichten tegen, nauwelijks daglicht, niet schoon, de badkamer blijft nat, douche onhandig en kon niet opgehangen. Diner en ontbijt niet goed verzorgd en te duur.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Lage war ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

It was very peaceful, the food was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. We only stayed for one night after completely our 3 day bike tour before heading to Haiphong, the pool was lovely to spend the evening in.

It is located just outside of the Ha GIang. A short drive is required if you need to get into the town.

Très bel hôtel avec une très belle décoration. Belle piscine. (Plus bel établissement de notre voyage au Vietnam) Managers très sympas. Ils nous ont organisé notre tour de 3 jours à moto avec chauffeurs. Tout s’est très bien passé. Bon repas.

Peu de relation avec les propriétaires.(manque d’anglais)

Déjà, les chambres sont authentiques et vraiment magnifiques. La nourriture est excellente. Le personnel complètement au service. J'ai fait un accident de scooter, j'ai dû attendre d'être rapatrié quelques jours et l'on m'a accompagné à chaque fois à l'hôpital, nettoyé mes plaies, porté jusqu'au taxi, la totale.

Quiet, peace, away from chaotic cities

Very minor and I think we can somehow limit it I guess. Smoke, the guys who ride the tourists on the motorbike smoke a lot in the morning.

Schöne Bungalows in sehr entspanntem Ambiente. Gute Bar und sehr leckeres Essen. Unternehmungen und Transfer waren völlig problemlos zu buchen und gut organisiert. Das Küchenpersonal ist mega nett...

Schwierige Kommunikation über booking.com, ein früher Check-in war angeboten, gibt es aber gar nicht. Gruppen sind bevorzugt, und ebenso junge Menschen, für die es sicherlich richtig schön ist, da hier auch alles machbar ist, im Gegensatz zu Endvierzigern...;-) Der Rezeptionist am Morgen besticht durch einsilbige Kommunikation und absoluter Unmotiviertheit...

Essen war sehr gut, wir wurden abends bekocht. Frühstück war ok, man wurde satt. Sie haben sich sehr liebevoll um unsere ab- und Abreise gekümmert.

Über den Tag war nicht viel los, dies liegt ggf. an der Jahreszeit. Ich kann mir vorstellen dass es saisonale Unterschiede gibt. Hinzukommend war es vormittags nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Dies änderte sich dann zum Abend. Im Zimmer haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt, es war etwas dreckig und klamm. Aber Preis Leistung war ok. Für die Schäden vom Unwetter oder auch Kälte sowie saisonale Stille kann ein Resort nichts. Ich denke im Sommer ein schöner Ort. Wenn es etwas sauberer und freundlicher wäre.

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön grün, man ist umgeben von Pflanzen. In der Unterkunft kann man sehr schnell und unkompliziert den Ha Giang Loop organisieren.

Im Zimmer roch es unangenehm schimmlig und feucht. Es war zwar grundsätzlich sauber, aber wird wohl nicht besonders gut instandgehalten. Das Frühstück und der Kaffee schmeckten nicht besonders gut.

Es gibt zwei Wege zum Hotel, beide Wege waren gesperrt. Ein Weg davon war wegen einer Baustelle und die andere wegen einem Fest gesperrt. Das Personal hat uns aufgefordert das wir 600m morgens um 6 Uhr im Dschungel mit jeweils einem Koffer und Handgepäck laufen. Nach langer hin und her Diskussion haben sie uns von einer Tankstelle abgeholt.

Mooi hutje met balkon en mooi uitzicht. Netjes en leuk zwembadje in rustige omgeving.

Het avondeten was lekker maar geen keuze, ontbijt ook zeer beperkt, wij hadden zelfs geen keuze meer en de service was ook verdwenen.

breakfast was nice. Staff were very kind. Beds were comfy. Location is quiet.

Room was not very clean - bathroom was really quite dirty. Lots of dust everywhere and cobwebs. Evening dinner was overpriced and not the best. We arranged a taxi with the hotel in the morning which charged us double and also tried to scam us by giving us incorrect change. This really put us in a bad mood.

Beautiful property situated a little way out of town. Quiet. Clean rooms, great food.

The road to the property was unimproved so our shuttle bus dropped us off at the access road to the property and we had to walk the rest of the way in with our bags. No big deal for us, but it may be for others.

El bungalow muy amplio y bonito; los jardines y la decoración de los espacios comunes lo hacen un sitio muy acogedor y tranquilo (la segunda noche sin grupos)

Está muy lejos de ha-giang para ir a pie y los taxis no quieren ir porque la carretera está en obras y dando la vuelta te cobran unos 120VND por trayecto, lo que hace que al final te salga muy caro el alojamiento si quieres moverte de allí; no te vienen a buscar al autobús ni te llevan de vuelta; la primera noche hubo un grupo tour de la hi-giang loop y hicieron fiesta hasta las 22h (no deberían llamarlo retreat si acogen estos grupos)

Homestay au calme, vraiment très joliment décoré, les bungalows sentent bon le bois et sont très mignons. La piscine et le bar avec le billard sont un vrai plus. Le dîner était plutôt bon aussi avec des options végétariennes.

We came to chill and relax after the ha giang loop tour. Thinking it would be the place to relax as it's said to be a "retreat", well second day a 25ppl group came in to party before their tour.

They welcome big groups departing for the loop. So out of nowhere the atmosphere changes from peaceful retreat to hostel party vibes. Quite far away from town.

El lugar es muy lindo, y relajante. Pero el acceso es complicado, y peor aun si llueve. De todos modos, ellos son muy atentos y se encargan de buscarte donde estés. Nos ayudaron a organizar el ha giang loop y nos dejaron ducharnos cuando llegamos. Muy amables!

De locatie, de vriendelijke mensen en je kunt vanuit hier een trekking boeken. Zelfs als je wat later aankomt kun je de volgende dag nog de Ha Giang Loop gaan doen.

Das Frühstück und auch das Dinner waren hervorragend. Das Homestay ist außerhalb von Ha Giang gelegen. Genau das Richtige um sich auf den Loop in Ruhe vor zu bereiten.
