Centrally located we were on the 19 th floor with amazing views rooftop swimming pool was amazing.

Het appartement is ruim. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het zwembad op het dak is lekker om even af te koelen met een mooi uitzicht. Contact verliep heel goed. Alles wordt geregeld. Locatie is ook prima. Veel is bereikbaar op loopafstand

An excellent central location with many options for restaurants and massages nearby. The pool was a bit outdated but clean and refreshing. The staff always reacted very quickly to our questions and we felt safe with security people at desk.

Luggage storage was unavailable and an external company option was expensive.

It was clean and comfortable.

The washing machine and dryer were almost impossible to use

Lokalizacja poza Dystryktem 1, ale tak naprawdę wszystko w zasięgu spaceru. W okolicy dużo kawiarni, restauracji, miejsc ma śniadanie. Niedaleko dobrze zaopatrzony sklep. Internet działał bardzo sprawnie. Wszystko ok, nie było żadnych problemów.

Großzügiges helles Apartment mit guter Aussicht. Bequeme Betten. Toller Infinitypool und grosse Dachterrasse (25. Etage) mit grandiosem Stadtblick, vor allem nachts. Sehr gute Restaurants nah dran.

Gab nichts, was uns nicht gefiel. Ausser dem lautstarken Straßenverkehr.... der störte oben aber nicht. ....

J'ai aimé l'emplacement qui est à deux pas de toutes les activités touristiques tel que le musée de la guerre du Vietnam, la rue des livres, le marché ben than. L'accueil était bien, le personnel réactif.

La propreté des espaces, la piscine était immense pour le peu de transat, on avait l'impression que certaines parties de l'hôtel était laissé à l'abandon

It was light, airy and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and I loved the pillows. We were met promptly and shown around. There is a very convenient shop in the lower ground floor. You can walk to several locations safely. I would recommend staying here.

The roof top pool area of the apartments looked rather tired.

Great location. Very nice place! Perfect for 3 girls. We each had our own rooms and space. Lots of amenities. Really liked the place. Close to restaurants and things to do. The views from the condo were amazing!

Tolle Lage mit vielen Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ruhige Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man braucht.

Der Türschloss-Mechanismus funktionierte nicht immer auf Anhieb, weswegen man teilweise die Tür mehrere Male auf und zu machen musste, um sie abschliessen zu können. Zudem war die Person an der Rezeption nicht hilfsbereit. Die Security-Mitarbeiter am Eingang waren des weiteren unfreundlich im Umgang mit den Taxi-Fahrern.

Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Apartment. Alles war vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Zentrumsnähe, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Highlight: Im Gebäde ist ein hervorragender 23/7 Supermarkt. Einfach im Aufzug runterfahen und man ist mitten im Supermarkt.

Excellent location. Beautiful apt. 2 bathrooms and fully equiped kitchen. Great facilities including gym and rooftop pool in the building. Supermarket downstairs. Kitchen with everything... but who cooks in Vietnam.

A bit old style and soft bed in master bedroom... but all in all...a wonderful place.

Great stay in a great location of HCMC. The apartments are very comfortable and well maintained and perfect for a relaxing stay. The views of the city from the apartment are stunning. The staff coordinated our late check in very well and was available if there was any need through WhatsApp. Highly recommended.

Really luxurious apartment. Every thing looks looks like a Kings apartment! We had two bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen, washing mashine, dryer, living room. At the second floor is supermarket and lot of restaurant where you can get nice and cheap food. Swimming pool on the roof is also great experience! Next to is War museum and the market. When you arrive to the reception ask on WhatsApp the apartment keepr for number of key safe. The reception staf is only security boy and he doesn’t speak English. We paid in cash and somebody came to collect the money to the apartment. The luxury was more than Hilton and definitely recommend it to others.

We need to remove all the rubbish to the garbage room.

Great place to stay in Ho Chin Minh ! Every thing was perfect, communication is good, flat is clean, tidy, big, well equipped. Great view of the city ! and of course the swimming pool is the big plus of this rental place !

quiet location yet walking distance to tourist area, nice rooftop pool

On arrival we were told that we could only stay in the allocated apartment for one night and then would have to change to another apartment for our remaining two nights. The reason given didn't make much sense and it was a bit frustrating having to collect new key cards and move our stuff the next day.

Reasonably central location, though not district one. In Grab proximity to everything we were interested in seeing and doing, mostly. The apartment was quiet, with a great view, comfortable rooms and adequate facilities. The person handling our booking was attentive and helpful.

We were swapped on arrival to a different apartment from the one we booked. The facilities were a bit tricky to use. The washing machine didn’t work at all, the shower drained incredibly slowly. We were surprised to learn that tours would not pick us up or drop us off as we were not in district one, even though it was close. Most surprising was large fees for luggage storage even an hour after checking out - something we had not encountered in the rest of Vietnam.

The apartment was very spacious and luxurious with all the expected amenities. Pool and gym on the top floor are good. Location is very good for the restaurants and bars in District 3 and a 20 minute walk to the attractions in District 1. Highly recommend.

Very clean, roomy accommodation with nice, helpful staff. It's a secured building with security guards on site 24/7. The lender was very approachable, very helpful. Room has basic kitchen facilities. Location was good, not right in the very busy central, but walkabout distance (approximately 1km) to Bến Thành market. The base floor has a small supermarket that has enough of the essentials and fresh fruits. Washing machine and dryer in room which was convenient

The mattress could be more comfortable. The mattress was new and clean; however, the type of mattress was a bit too firm for my liking

Good location. walking distance to most things, war remnants museum, the palace, markets, parks and restaurants etc. Nice big roof top pool with a shallow area for the children. Large roof top space for dining. Good gym.

Kitchen could have been better equipped. And some shade around the pool area would have been great!

Everything was nice. It's a nice place especially for families with kids.

Daniel the host was pleasant and welcoming. The suite was wonderful, Incredible views. Pool and gym views - just wow. They undersold it. The location was convenient. I think a lot of people think it's too far out but honestly, it was a 20 minute walk at most to key places of 2-3 pounds in a Grab which was convenient as hell btw. The eateries, coffee shops and spas around were mega. Loved it.

Hmmm. Second room could've been a bit bigger. I think the bed was quite small - not quite a double which was disappointing. The shower leaked on the floor most times.

Easy check in. Room was very clean and quite modern. The food store is in the same building and easy accesible by elevator.

Staff are amazing 😍, The room also is so nicely decorated. The location allowed to walk from place to place easily, also near a shopping center with a supermarket and restaurants.

We only stayed one night after our flight and left the next day. The apartment was clean enough and seemed to be well located. The view from the 20th floor was pretty good and the noise insulation seemed good also. Daniel who arranged entry and payment etc was really helpful and very responsive.

No balcony and not sure about the pool it mentions on booking. The owner seems to have just said yes to all available amenities rather than selected those that apply to this property. It was great for a short stop over but not sure would have worked for a longer stay.
