Location and proximities to restaurants. Lobby support is very good.

Responses to inquiries and quesrions tha t needs quick replies are not as good. There's delay of many hours and even days before a reply is received. Place is also a bit dated.

The location of the property is great. Host actually honoured the airport transfer even though they stopped doing it.

No bottle of champagne as promised!!! In what was included Kitchen area could do with a clean. Annoying rack over toilet Sockets hanging off the wall and exposed wires in sockets. Needs new aircon units as so noisy We were unable to sleep due to being woken up at 4am from the apartment above aircon unit dripping onto the unit for our apartment. It was horrendously loud and even recorded it. Had to end up sleeping on the floor in the living room. Feel we should be refunded for the champagne we never received Definitely should be refunded for the two nights we were unable to sleep in the bedroom due to noise.

Good location and comfortable stay

The place is very close to pretty much everything thing you might need at the comfort of western lifestyle, so all your food from home will be easy find here. The host is very active , you need anything or something doesnt work, you will get response right away. Last the security of the build is great..24/7 no one comes to the building (lobby) without access key to get into the lobby which is extra layer of security. Just to mention too the neighborhood is very safe in general . I would highly recommend

I love the location. Near to everything. Mcdo and convenient store. BGC high street. Sm Aura and BGC Market Market.

Just the wifi but it’s good in disguise we can focus on our honeymoon.

The wide and very spacious area where you can freely move around the living and bedroom area. The cleanliness of the place and thanks to Ms. Jessa for cleaning it carefully. For the facilities in the kitchen made us enjoy eating and we had fun cooking our food. Very cold in all areas. I love the cabinet with plenty of cloth hangers. Working table and office chair were grear. Very spacious B&R. We really love the water heater. Very quiet though it's beside the road. Walking distance to the malls and restaurants. The place is very secure and safe with CCTV for each unit. We just left our door unlocked when we arrived to get some stuff for a few hours. Available lift all the time. We came in and out anytime. Walked around the nearby places in the middle of the night was so safe. Nothing to worry even if you do walking early AM. What we asked from Audrey were provided. The owner even gave us an early checked in and free grab ride from NAIA. Water is superb no worries. I loved the smell in the lobby. Very dependable and kind staff. Thanks for taking care of the jacket that my daughter left and facilitated the request and was picked up by Lalamove. Thanks to Sir Julius and company. Hope we can come back and enjoy the perks and privileges given to us. We enjoyed our stay. The comfort it gave us when we slept and relaxed. The safety was great. For the umbrella that helped us moved around even it's raining. To our host AUDREY - thank you for you made our stay worry free, for addressing our needs (extra towel) and concerns. The iron that was not returned by the other guest in their unit. Wifi connection lost its connectivity at times. But it's out of their control. Maybe the problem was with the internet provider. No dining table and chairs. :(

The location was perfect and the apartment was so nice, luminous ann perfect for 2-3 people.

The water heater in the bathroom would sometimes not work and just give cold water The Aircon in the bedroom ,if turned off would sometimes not want to turn on even if it's been 2-3 hours later The wifi was slow and extremely unreliable The kitchen sink leaks water on the floor sometimes

Location was great and safe. Bldg. receptionist and guards were efficient.

Shower drain was clogged, there were hairs everywhere when we arrived, the unit smelled, no RFID card when the owner said it was with the reception and had to explain to them the situation otherwise we won't be able to go inside the bldg. Owner was not very responsive.

Easy check in and checkout

Inclusions advertised in booking.com was not fulfilled. I booked this because it said there is early check in and yet when I confirmed, I was told no early check in. No board games as advertised, no welcome pack with champagne bottle as advertised. Didnt bother asking as I dont drink but might be a letdown for others.

The place is modern,simple but elegant.Location is very accessible ,near to.malls and the famous bgc street.

Condo is well located and new. The building is a bit old but still comfortable.

Wifi was not working and we got 2 towels when I booked for 3 people.

VERY COMFORTABLE. Bed was good. Space was good. You can use the gym and pool.

It was a nice condo located at the heart of BGC, close to everything!

Limited supplies when we arrived. Booked for 3 but we only had 2 towels & 1 toilet paper. But Host was quick to send us towels & toilet paper! We stayed for 3 nights. First night, we were not able to connect to Wifi. Sent message to host the next day but Learned the wifi needed load/fund (?). Host loaded it so we were able to use it on the 2nd day. However not again on the 3rd night. Good thing, We were out the whole day. We didn’t bother to msg the host since we were checking out next day.

The unit was clean, within BGC CBD area, owner was so responsive in all my inquires.

Two things I loved about my stay. First - location - it’s situated in proximity to almost everything especially restaurants. Second - security - building seems pretty secured, there’s always a security whether outside or inside the building. Building staffs were accommodating and helpful as well. Tenants has to have an access cards to enter and leave the building.

Unit smells awful just upon entering. It was roomy and spacious but it needs cleaning.

We rented it for 3 days and 2 nights.. we have liked the location because transportation isnt bad from the airport and also the stores were in vicinity. The host was pretty helpful, the apartment was clean and i would say that our stay was worth the price.

Cozy, nice bathroom, good bed, and perfect location. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive to all our questions.

Security and convenience. Everything you need is within 1km range. The building itself has a tight security and guards are helpful. The unit itself is not super clean like hotel but it’s a B&B so enough comfortability. You’ll have the freedom to cook by yourself since it has a kitchen and utensils needed.

Due to tight security procedures, you can’t invite guests or visitors to come to the unit impromptu. You’ll need to get the ID of your guest and request the unit owner to have it submitted to the front desk for clearance.
