La proximité commerçants, restaurants. Gentillesse de notre hôte Rawia 2 fois que nous y allons en famille et nous y retournerons sans problème

Appartement idéalement situé au cœur du quartier Guéliz,, à 2 pas du café Elite ou du Mc Donald. Appartement exceptionnellement propre, bravo à Rawia qui nous a remis les clefs et donné toutes les informations. Le garage est un plus pour cet appartement plein centre ville. N'hésitez pas c'est l'appartement qu'il vous faut.

Very clean and Perfect family stay

Superbe emplacement, proche de tout en voiture comme à pied. Tres spacieux! Gardien en bas de l’immeuble au petit soin!

Très bruyant la nuit et l’appartement n’était pas clean clean.

La ubicación perfecta y rodeada de tiendas y restaurantes. El apartamento nos sorprendió gratamente ya que nos pareció más grande que en las fotos, todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para incluso quedarse allí a hacer vida, nosotras íbamos solo a dormir y dejar alguna cosa. Las camas muy cómodas y un detalle que puede parecer tonto fue que había papel higiénico de sobra para los cinco días que estuvimos, se agradece no tener que ir a buscar y comprar algo tan necesario. Rawia encantadora en todo momento igual que el dueño y contestaban muy rápido. Volveré seguro y si puedo repetiremos apartamento.

Por poner algo un baño más hubiera venido bien porque éramos cuatro. Pero es insignificante

L’emplacement était top, l’appartement est joliment décoré, immeuble sécurisé et propre, l’appartement était très propre, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de balcon. Il existe un petit extérieur dans l’une des chambres mais pas de porte qui sépare l’extérieur et la chambre où il n’y a pas de chauffage.

Connexion wifi, salle de bain à améliorer. nous avons rencontrer plusieurs petits dysfonctionnements tels que la wifi qui était très faible, voir inexistante, le première jour nous avions très froid, mais ça a été vite réglé grâce a l’intervention rapide de Rawa qui était d’ailleurs adorable. La salle de bain laisse à désiré, vasque qui évacue mal l’eau usée et dans la douche pas assez d’eau chaude pour 6 pers, je conseille de changer le pommeau.

Accueil très agréable de Rawia. Rawia se rend disponible et elle est très réactive. Appartement très joli, très bien pour les enfants (jouets, livres). Très bien équipé : machine à café, four, micro ondes, grille pain, réfrigérateur, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, sèche cheveux. Climatisation réversible dans toutes les pièces. Très grande douche. Des couvertures chaudes pour l'hiver. L'emplacement est très bien.

Matelas un peu dur pour moi, mais c'est très subjectif.

Lot of items available like coffee machine, smart tv, rooms are spacious, soaps, napkins, kitchen utensils, iron, lift in the apartment. Felt like staying at home.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The communication was fantastic, we were greeted on arrival and shown to the apartment. The apartment is comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. Our host Rawya was attentive throughout our stay and if we needed anything at all she was available to help us. She was extremely helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer host. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Marrakesh.

Nous avons aimé la propreté ainsi que la décoration de l’appartement. On s’y très vite comme chez soi.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et confortable en famille dans l'appartement. Il était propre, bien entretenu et équipé de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, du début à la fin — même des épices, du café et du thé étaient à disposition. Le ménage était fait de manière approfondie tous les jours, les serviettes étaient changées quotidiennement, et notre linge a même été lavé sans que nous le demandions. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité d'une clé supplémentaire, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas dépendre d’un seul membre de la famille lorsqu’il sortait. L’emplacement est excellent : proche d’un joli centre-ville avec de nombreux magasins, supermarchés et restaurants accessibles à pied. Un parking privé était également à notre disposition. Un grand merci à la propriétaire et à notre hôte pour leurs bons soins !

We had a same-day booking and received a confirmation notification through Booking.com, but the check-in process was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Before arriving, we tried to contact the property via both the platform and the listed phone number, but received no response. The phone number provided also didn’t work. Upon arrival, we discovered that the apartment looked different from the photos on the listing, and we ended up spending about 1.5 hours searching—essentially comparing door mats and small details from the pictures to identify the correct unit. When we finally found it and entered, we were surprised to find other guests already staying inside. Eventually, we managed to get in touch with the property manager by phone (as no one was present at the location). We were offered a different 2-bedroom apartment, but as we had booked a 3-bedroom for our group, we declined. They then arranged for a cleaning person to remove the other guests’ belongings and asked us to return in about two hours. When we came back after 2–3 hours, we received the keys from the building staff and were finally able to settle in. On the plus side, we did have access to the garage for parking. However, we lost about two valuable hours of our short trip—we only had one evening and the following morning in the city. We even considered switching accommodations but decided against it due to the time of day. Overall, the experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and wasted time, which could have been avoided with better communication and organization.

Really good location, nice apartment, plenty of resturants nearby. The shower gel, shampoo, etc. bottles were empty, so I didn't bring anything as I thought it was provided. No big issue as there is a great shopping centre nearby with a big supermarket. We had a problem finding the apartment. Maybe give the location before, please, as we had no phones or Internet, and the lovely cleaning lady spoke no English (my problem as I didn't speak the local language). However, our taxi driver helped us. It was lovely there was some water and basics left for us when we arrived. Overall, we had a lovely time in the apartment and felt very safe there. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

Simply magnificent! It’s a small, well-designed apartment, perfect for a family. It is very well located, with a large supermarket just behind, within walking distance. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are nearby. The interior is clean and has all the necessary equipment for cooking. We fell in love with this gem, which can be a great place for many families and couples.

just had an exceptional stay in Marrakech. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff immediately made me feel at ease. When I really enjoy a place, I don’t hesitate to capture the moments with photos! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, offering the perfect setting for relaxation. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the children's room, with its toys and books, which really added an extra touch of comfort for them. The location of the property, as well as its proximity to the must-see sites in Marrakech, made this stay even more enjoyable. A little tip for those heading to Hamza l'Anna: the taxis wouldn't take us there, but with the kids, we used the GPS and took the Mohamed 5 road, it was straight ahead and only 10 minutes! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to discover Marrakech in a pleasant and high-quality setting. A big thank you to the entire team for their attention and impeccable service!"

Caroline was the perfect host. She was very welcoming and contacted us even before we arrived. Leila, the housekeeper, was there to receive us. She kept the house clean and prepared a traditional Morrocan breakfast, which was delicious, days into our stay. We felt well looked after, with suggestions on where to go for the New Year's Eve celebration. Nothing was too much to ask, and Caroline would reply promptly at any time of the day/night. Not to mention Hassan, the driver. He was brilliant. He took us into town, and he also dropped us off at the airport on our way home. They all made our stay memorable. I definitely recommend this apartment as it's quiet, yet within a short distance to a lot of amenities.

Location - good area and 20 min to medina. Clean secure building. Good communication from host. Decor is nice.

Property is well located with lots of yummy food options nearby. Walking distance to a supermarket and mall as well. Caroline, the host was communicative and checked in with us throughout our 5 night stay. Leila was the onsite contact and she’s lovely as well!

Communication with Mrs. Carole and Leila was fluid, we were well received, our stay was excellent. The location Is in the center of the city. The apartment was clean. My two year old daughter was super happy. I will not hesitate to come back.
