The location was accessible to all tourist spots

When ive booked our room it was a studio type with microwave , cookingwares, induction cooker, but when we got there , no microwave available, cookingwares only 1 frying pan , even we've informed the Swiss Star about the problem theres no solution given ,It was in room 114 so next time when you booked here pls make sure and asked them first beforehand

Das Personal vom dort befindlichen Restaurant ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die unterstützen auch bei Problemen mit den Zimmern. Für eine Nacht ok.

Das Zimmer war heruntergekommen und das Gebäude erinnert an eine Siedlung mit entsprechendem Klientel. Bad und Bett wurden sauber geputzt. Türen, Lichtschalter, Griffe und anderes waren jedoch eher dreckig. Die Duscharmaturen waren kaputt an den Fugen Schimmelbildung. Aus den Abflüssen stinkte es stark nach Kanalisation.

Easy check-in. close to the airport

The front door did not need a pass code as it was broken. The phone/speaker box outside the building was damaged, with wires hanging out. The front entrance had cigarette butts all over the entranceway. Anyone could go anywhere in the building. It was obvious that many people were smoking in the building. An alarm went off around 530 AM for about an hour. I think it was a fire alarm/smoking alarm, likely from people smoking in the rooms/hallway. We, and it seems like everyone, ignored it and stayed in the room until the alarm shut off. It was loud.

The location is convenient for the airport and to catch public transport. They are on top of things with keeping their guest informed. The accomodation is spacious and the kitchenet is a plus.

Nothing. Could not enter a code as it was torn off the wall. The front door had tape over the hinges and was not locked or secured. The room stuck of a strange odor.

Chambre austère TV sans télécommande donc inutile Terrasse avec vue dégagée mais sale avec meubles jardins cassés (chaises) et serviettes bains oubliées , herbes folles le long des murs, la personne qui fait le nettoyage ne doit pas savoir que la terrasse existe... dommage

La posizione vicino all'aeroporto e il prezzo

La gestione. Ci è stato fatto pagare un extra per la culla - quando era invece esplicitamente menzionato che era incluso nel prezzo. Nonostante l'avessimo richiesta con settimane di anticipo, fino alla fine ci hanno chiuso più volte il telefono in faccia negandoci ogni tipo di assistenza. Solo all'ultimo, quando abbiamo esplicitamente detto che ci saremmo rivolti alle autorità dato che sembrava proprio una truffa, magicamente ci siamo ritrovati due culle. Chiaramente abbiamo pagato extra ma Booking ci ha rimborsato.

Hotel is self check in using a code, only support was an Indian eatery close to the entrance. Staff there were very helpful and friendly and lent me a much needed power adaptor, as I was caught out by flight cancellations

Its a big room, facilities were very dated and included broken wall switches. The room was not air conditioned and didnt have a fan so it was very hot and difficult to sleep in without opening the big windows, but there was heavy wind and rain so that was not an option

Reklamation 50% Geld zurück! Das Bad hat nach Fäkalien gestunken! Ich hoffe das dieses Problem mal gelöst werden kann. Mit bestem Dank Bett war sehr gut. Mit bestem Dank Manuel Lange

Nice beautiful apartment close to the airport and value for money

We booked two rooms. One of them had a damaged floor and a broken digital door lock. We waited outside the room for nearly more than an hour. When the staff arrived, they told us that this room would be complimentary. However, when we contacted the hotel later, they said they would only refund us 10 Swiss francs. In the end, we received no money at all. I think this is really a breach of trust. If you were not going to refund anything, you should not have promised it in the first place. It’s not about the money for me. Also, the staff member who answered the phone had a very poor attitude.

der Code für das Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Eine Telefonnummer für das Trouble Shooting wurde in den Benachrichtigungen nicht übermittelt.

Le patron et le personnel du petit restaurant indien sont super sympa. Et on y mange très bien.

L'entrée du bâtiment avec le système de self-check-in défectueux n'est pas très accueillant ! Le mail reçu donne le code d'acvès à la chambre, mais ce n'est pas très bien expliqué comment y accéder.

Der Ablauf im Waschbecken war verstopft, Verstopft heisst verstopft, wenn nach 6 Stunden immer noch das Wasser im Waschbecken stand, dann sollte es von der Reinigungskraft erkannt werden und auch den Schaden behoben werden. Es bestand die Gefahr einer Überschwemmung.

Zugangscode habe ich vorab per Mail erhalten, war unkompliziert und hat gut funktioniert, Betten und Bettdecken waren bequem..

unfreundliches Personal, das einfach auflegt wenn man Hilfe braucht, unausstehlicher Gestank im Badezimmer, alte Zigarettenkippen und Schachteln auf der Terrasse des als Familiensuite angepriesenen Zimmers, generell nur oberflächlich sauber, kein Parkplatz, Haupteingangstüre ständig offen..

L’absence d’indication d’accès à la chambre: 514 est numéro 22 et non 24 sinon il faut traverser dans l’immeuble à un autre étage car le cinquième étage ne communique pas entre les 2 immeubles… La température a l’arrivée dans la chambre trop élevée.

Zimmer für eine Nacht absolut ausreichen. Lage zum Flughafen perfekt

Wenn im E-Mail steht, dass sich das Hotel und entsprechend dann auch die Zimmer an der Obstgartenstrasse 24 befinden, sollte das dann auch so sein. Nur durch Zufall haben wir das Zimmer 511 dann daneben, an der Obstgartenstrasse 22 gefunden.

Comfort and value for money

Attitude of staff and that my charger and brand new C cable was robbed and brand new note pad and diaries too.. obviously it was the cleaning staff....as inky they have access to the room door codes and not any fleur guest in hotel....Plus was super overcharged for the small Daschund puppy even though I stayed alone and had already paid for two guests......also I cleaned my own room..the cleaning women would never show up to clean even once a week..only when I'm not in the room, I suppose so someone could rob my things which were gone!

Luft aus Lüftung in Bad roch nach Gülle, Mücke im Zimmer störte Schlaf, Steckdose hatte keinen Strom, bellender Husten von anderem Gast erschwerte Einschlafen Preis etwas hoch für einfache Ausstattung und gestörten Schlaf

Good location for one night stay around the airport.

Incredibly hot room, no possibility to cool down the room even after a night with windows opened. Quite dirty place. The bed tho was alright. No special equipment… and no available staff.

Facility was need and clean.

It was very hot in room, there was no fan, no shampoo or soap.

Close and very convenient to the airport. We walked 2 to 3 minutes to the bus stop and all the buses we saw there were going to the airport. The place was clean and we received through email the information we needed to get in the place. This is a very basic room. Don’t expect any extras. But if you just need a night before your morning flight like we did then this place is perfect.

Could use a fan for in the summer months gets very hot

It was nice that we could check in by ourselves, close enough to the airport to walk, and comfortable private room with a private bathroom

There were some little bugs on the floor and and elevator was broken, so we carried all of our luggage up 5 flights of stairs

Overall, it was fine. We had everything we needed, and most importantly, there was parking available. It was quite expensive, and the booking and payment process was a little complicated, but overall it was okay.

The communication could have been a little better. The second time, we booked two rooms. During the online check-in, we received one code. Then, for the parking space, they asked us to complete another check-in, so we received a code for the parking as well. :-D Then, on the day of arrival, we received a different parking space number. After that, for the two rooms, we were given the same room number but two different codes. When I wrote to them saying that the rooms probably should have different room numbers, they apologized and sent me a different room number with another room code. However, they never told us which of the two codes for the first room was actually the correct one. :-D And during our first reservation, someone else was parked in our assigned parking space.

Room facilities - didn't know that they have cooking materials with cooker, microwave oven, utensils etc. They should add these to the room description (if not already done). Though I didn't use any of them.

The automated pin system entrance wasn't working (but not communicated with me). We arrived late from the airport. Luckily bar/restaurant was still open and a staff kindly helped me out sorting out pin.

Tuve problemas con el Check in porque las baterías de la puerta estaban gastadas, tuve que llamar más de 5 veces y las primera empleada que me atendió era muy antipática que ni siquiera su nombre me quiso dar y al final cuando entré a la habitación estaba sucia porque estaba ocupada antes de yo entrar y luego tuve que llamar para que me cambiaran de habitación

Nulla, almeno era a 5 minuti dall'aeroporto.

L'hotel è un palazzone senza personale e servizi, sporco e degradato. La stanza era abbastanza grande, con un piccolo cucinino (i mobili erano salvabili) dove a primo impatto non ci avrei riscaldato neanche un pentolino d'acqua. Interruttori prese senza coperchi, insetti schiacciati sui muri.. insomma un incubo. Non c'era il climatizzatore , aprendo le finestre c'erano erbacce alte almeno 50cm che crescevano dai mattoni del terrazzino. Ovviamente nessuna zanzariera a corredo. Il bagno era sterile e "apparentemente" pulito ma nel complesso per quello che ho speso un'esagerazione. Menomale che l'ho prenotato per evitare di passare la notte in aeroporto e ci ho trascorso poche ore, ma ripeto prezzi folli per questo livello indecoroso.

Die Lage in Flughaffennnähe ist perfekt. Die Betten sind bequem und O.K.

Bei der Ankunft hat der Code zum öffnen der Türe leider nicht funktioniert. Einen Anruf auf die angegebene Tel. Nr. habe ich nach 20 Min. in der Warteschleife abgebrochen. Nur durch Zufall haben wir von einem anderen Gast der das gleiche Problem hatte erfahren, dass die Leute im Restaurant im gleichen Gebäude helfen können. So haben wir dann einen neuen Code erhalten und haben schlussendlich doch noch Zugang zur Wohnung erhalten. Eine Küche ist zwar wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden, es fehlt aber an einer elementaren Grundausstattung wie z. Bsp. Spülmittel oder einer Bürste oder Lappen oder so. Wir konnten nicht mal das Geschirr reinigen, dass wir verwendet hatten und mussten es einfach so stehen lassen. Bei der Fernbedienung für den TV waren keine Batterien drind, somit konnten wir den TV auch nicht benutzen. Der Zustand der ganzen Anlage scheint den Betreiber wenig zu interessieren. Wir haben für den Preis keine Luxus-Suite erwartet, die beschriebenen Punkte haben uns aber schon gestört.

It smelt really bad (like dampness or mould) in the bathroom and bedroom, and the shower head fell off
