Reviewed Aug 31, 2026In general, great staff, hotel and services. The breakfast is pretty good. Great late check in experience.
No reception after 8pm. Meant that you needed to call the sister hotel for any assistance. Worse, on Saturdays not even after 6pm. The room has an AC setting but doesn't seem to really control the AC. And the window barely opens. Cleaning service didn't replace my shower soap for 3 days.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026I liked the closeness to the Kloten train station and to the bus stop. I liked it that the staff was able to sell us 24-hour day passes to use the train, bus, and tram. The restaurant was very, very nice. The food was very good.
I didn't like it that we could not get a return train to Kloten from Zurich HB. We had to go to the Airport by train and then catch a bus to the Hotel. I know this is out of your control, but this is what I didn't like.
