値段と清潔さ、立地。空港にもチューリッヒHBにも行きやすい。スーパーが目の前にある。

部屋に電気ケトルとマグカップがあるとよかった。フロントに行けばお湯と紙コップはもらえた。

Everything, but the two biggest pluses were that we could walk from the airport to the hotel (we like walking!) and there was a great restaurant next to the hotel open until midnight.

הכיור היה באמצע החדר , לא היה דלת סגירה לשירותים , עשינו צק אין לבד ,שזה ממש מגעיל , לא היה למי לפנות , הרגשי חסר אונים . התקרה הייתה לא יפה ולא נתנה תחושה של בית מלון . זוועה , לא הייתי ממליץ לאף אחד על מקום כזה .

Wir übernachteten hier das zweite Mal auf dem Weg in unseren Urlaub mit Abflughafen Zürich. Das Hotel liegt super zentral in der Nähe des Flughafens, so dass man von dort in ca. 25 Minuten sogar zu Fuss zum Airport laufen kann. Dieses Jahr fuhr ein Bus in ca. 6 Minuten zum Flughafen. Die S 7 ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung, von wo aus man in ca. 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof ist. Die. Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig. Zum Einchecken geht es per Computer und dieser spuckt auch die Zimmerkarten aus. Personal braucht man hierzu keines. Letztes Jahr hatten wir das Frühstück, da extra kostet. Es war ausreichend und lecker. Aufgrund unseres sehr frühen Fluges hatten wir diesmal kein Frühstück. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir wieder von Zürich aus fliegen. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht sehr günstig, aber eben praktisch gelegen. Um die Ecke gab es bei uns ein Asia - Fest mit Foodcourt, ganz witzig. DAs Personal ist freundlich.

Further away from the airport than I thought

Modernes aber einfaches Hotel. Zimmer eher klein und nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Weite Sicht durch die große Fensterfront im Zimmer. Ein typisches Flughafenhotel eben.

Frühstücksbuffet übersichtlich. Beim Check-in mussten wir 15-20 Minuten warten. Der Mitarbeiter war gefühlt endlos lange am Telefon. Wir haben mit einem schnellen Self Check-in gerechnet und hatten es eilig. Der Check-in ist ab 14 Uhr möglich. Wir kamen kurz nach 15 Uhr an und erhielten auf dem Terminal die Meldung, dass unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig wäre und wir uns an den Mitarbeiter wenden sollen, der ja die ganze Zeit am Telefon war. Das ist sehr unglücklich gelaufen und alles andere als unkompliziert und schnell.

The location was great as it was near the airport. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have been a better variety and the room was a bit cramped.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in all areas. Firstly staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Both staff members at check in and out spoke perfect English, which made the process easier for an English speaker. The room was very clean. Initially hesitant about the bathroom/toilet with one door, but this worked well and no issues. The sink in the actual room was unusual, but practical. The bed had a thin pad on it, and I was a bit dubious, however, it was soft and very comfortable, one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. The room was air-conditioned, perfect for hot weather. The window/door was openable so fresh air could also come in. Hairdryer provided as were basic toiletries. The small cafe downstairs has excellent coffee and pastries, also offers a continental breakfast. Parking was underground (discounted fee). Location very near Bahnhof could have been noisy, however, no trains or station activity could be heard. Overall, this is a budget hotel, but offered well above many other hotels with higher prices. I would highly recommend it in the lovely township of Kloten about 1.5 km from the airport.

The only difficulty we had was actually finding the building. We had to circle a couple of times until I looked up and saw the illuminated ZLEEP sign.

Zi. Mit Verbindungstüre und nebenan Japaner die 1 Std lang laut telefoniert haben. Nie wieder so.

Worst place don’t waste your money

Room was spacious and close to airport with shuttle bus available. Fairly new so in good condition

No kettle in the room but could go to ground floor and use the machine for hot beverages. This was okay but not perhaps if you wanted a cuppa before an early flight and needed to get dressed before going down.

Η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού και ότι είναι 10 λεπτά περπάτημα από το αεροδρόμιο.

Την ημέρα που μείναμε έβρεχε οπότε χρειαστήκαμε το air condition για λίγη ζέστη. Παρόλο που και η υπάλληλος επιβεβαίωσε ότι είχε μπει στις σωστές ενδείξεις η ζέστη δεν ήρθε ποτέ. Ευτυχώς είχε ωραία ζεστά παπλώματα και το κλείσαμε τελείως!

Lovely hotel! Had a lovely room and was very clean. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and we had a free room upgrade!

Localisation, personnel sympathique et au service. Hotel moderne, hall dans lequel on peut travailler.

La porte de la salle d'eau qui fait à la fois office de porte des toilettes, de porte d'entrée de la salle de bains et de porte de douche: c'est soit du design mal pensé soit une économie malheureuse.

No utilice el servicio de desayuno

El wifi fallaba continuamente. Ademas, no me limpiaron la habitacion en ninguno de los dias que estuve alojado.

Excellent location to all amenities!

Nothing I disliked about the property. Just to mention that having a refrigerator inside the room would be a big plus!

Room is fine

Not convenient to airport, shuttle service is not there. Walking distance us more than 30mins and longer. Not many staff there.

Breakfast was very good and priced well. The room was functional and quiet. All I needed for an overnight stay between flights.

Schone en nette kamer, lekkere bedden en makkelijk parkeren met de auto. Ook het personeel was vriendelijk! Erg makkelijke locatie om goedkoper te slapen maar wel een dagje Zürich in te gaan.

Location was just outside of Zurich so convenient from the airport. Quite a drive from all the hiking and attractions throughout the country, but we had a rental so no problem. Parking is $25/day with in/out privileges. Staff speaks multiple languages. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable.

Air conditioning could have been stronger, was very warm in the room with no good way to cool down. Reception could have been open overnight for any issues, they could have also provided more than 1 pillow per person. Coffee/tea was a paid amenity when it should be free or at least available to make in the room. Could have provided washcloths, instead they gave large hand towels.

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Pforte war sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt und unsere Abreise besonders angenehm gestaltet!

Deberian en las habitaciones tener el tipico neceser con pasta de dientes, cepillo, jabon de manos. Te ponen la toalla y no piensan en mas. Ademas de dormir deben pensar en los pequenos detalles.

Очень маленький номер, нет чайника, умывальник в коридоре, нет холодильника, вещи тоже не куда развесить. Персонала нет, сам на автомате регистрируешься. За такие же деньги в этом же районе снимала более удачный вариант.

The staff were very kind and friendly. I needed to be close to the airport so it was a great location right on the bus and train line. It was clean and modern too.
