Comfortable beds and helpfull staff. We also booked the 3 nights 4 days tour with them to do the Ha Giang loop with easydriver. This was such a great experience! We were well taken care of during the whole trip.

The room is clean, airy, and equipped with comfortable beds. The linens are washed and changed regularly. It is suitable for couples, groups of friends, or solo travelers. The bathrooms and toilets are always clean, with a full supply of hot water. The biggest highlight of Majestic Hostel is the friendliness of Richard Hoang and Mitchel Bui.

Le gérant de l’hôtel est adorable ! Il a pu m’accueillir à 3h du matin et m’organiser la loop pour un départ à 8h30. J’ai payé 150 euros pour l’ensemble, 1 nuit à l’hostel avec petit dej et ensuite 3 jours 2 nuits sur la loop (avec driver tout compris) et même le retour sur Hanoi est inclus. Le groupe de la loop n’était pas énorme comparé aux autres compagnies ce qui était très agréable. Les logements choisis sur la loop sont confortables et les repas copieux et varié. Je vous invite vraiment à venir ici !

Mi grupo de amigos y yo tuvimos una experiencia increíble en el Majestic Hostel durante nuestro viaje a Ha Giang.El personal del hostal es súper amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos. Nos dieron información útil sobre actividades y lugares para visitar en Ha Giang, y también nos ayudaron a alquilar motos para explorar la zona.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I had a restful night after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer advice on local attractions and restaurants.

Mitchel ist super engagiert und hat uns perfekt für den Loop ausgestattet und war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Die Bikes waren in top Zustand und er hat uns nach dem Loop nochmal ohne weitere Kosten im Zimmer entspannen lassen und zum Bus gefahren.

Grundsätzlich ein wirklich tolles Hostel.

Die schlechte Bewertung kommt aufgrund der Hà Giang Loop Tour, welche ich hier gebucht habe. Der angeblich gut English sprechende Guide konnte kein einziges Wort englisch. Der Fahrer fuhr sehr wild und hat auch auf Wünsche kaum geachtet. Ich hatte teilweise wirklich Angst. Am 2. Tag wurde ein wichtiger Aussichtspunkt vergessen, dieser wurde dann am 3. Tag nachgeholt, anschließend wurde allerdings der kürzeste Weg zurück nach Ha Giang genommen und damit effektiv kein Loop gefahren. Eine Runde wurde also nicht gedreht. Diese Erfahung habe ich mit dem Besitzer und Tourenanbieter geteilt. Dieser wollte davon offenbar nichts wissen und vertröstete mich mit einer kostenlosen Nacht, das waren dann rund 2,2% nachträglicher Rabatt auf die 3 Tages Tour.

Der Host ist super lieb! Er hat uns für den Loop Strecken empfohlen, wir durften hinterher dort duschen, obwohl wir kein Zimmer mehr gemietet hatten, und er hat uns sogar ein Paket in ein anderes Hostel hinterhergeschickt. Außerdem bietet das Hostel Touren an und vermietet Mopeds. Aufgrund des unglaublichen Services nur zu empfehlen!!!

Ich hab zwei Nächte im Majestic Hostel verbracht und dann die 4 Tages Tour gemacht. Im Hostel angekommen wurde ich total herzlich vom Personal empfangen, welches für irgendwelche Fragen oder Wünsche immer erreichbar war! Es wurde alles gemacht, dass man sich wohl fühlt :) Da ich mir nicht ganz sicher war, ob ich den Loop nicht auf eigene Faust machen möchte, hab ich mich von Mitchel beraten lassen und mich dann für eine Tour entschieden, aber bin selber gefahren. Und ich kann nur sagen das war die beste Entscheidung! Wir waren eine süße kleine Gruppe von 3 Leuten und 2 easy ridern (Hoàng und Nghĩa). Aber auf der Tour haben wir auch andere Gruppen kennengelernt. Mit einer Gruppe haben wir uns besonders gut verstanden und Mitchel hat dann netterweise spontan organisiert, dass wir die letzte Nacht wieder in der selben Unterkunft verbringen können. Unsere beiden Guides waren super lieb und haben sehr gut auf uns aufgepasst. Da ich allein gefahren bin, wurde ich vor den Polizei-Checkpoints abgelöst, sodass ich problemlos an der Polizei vorbei kam. Es wurde sich wirklich um alles gekümmert! Wir haben jeden Tag Wasser bekommen, es wurde sich darum gekümmert, dass es vegane und vegetarische Optionen gab, etc. etc. Man hat sich einfach total wohl gefühlt und es es mega Spaß gemacht! Abends haben wir dann alle gemeinsam Karaoke gesungen und/oder Karten gespielt. Happy water hat natürlich auch nicht gefehlt ;) Die Tour war wirklich ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und hat extrem viel Spaß gemacht! Vielen vielen Dank!!

There were at least 3 showers and 3 toilets. A/C in the room worked well. The bike I rented had no issue too. The hostel manager was extremely helpful in giving me tips for the Ha Giang Loop. After the loop, he also offered to let me use the shower. He spoke perfect English so there were no communication issue at all.

Mi estancia en el hostel Majestic fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento de mi llegada, me sentí acogido gracias al personal amable y atento. Las habitaciones, limpias y confortables, ofrecen una excelente relación calidad-precio, proporcionando un refugio tranquilo después de un día explorando la ciudad. Uno de los puntos destacados de mi experiencia fue el desayuno incluido, que ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones frescas y deliciosas, un verdadero impulso de energía para empezar el día. La ubicación del hostel es inmejorable, situado en el corazón de la ciudad, lo que facilita el acceso a las principales atracciones turísticas, restaurantes y bares. La atmósfera en el hostel es inigualable, con áreas comunes que invitan a interactuar y compartir experiencias con viajeros de todo el mundo. It was cold in the bathroom.

We had food poisoning from before we arrived and the host was very supportive and friendly. He even gave us some herbal medicine. Thank you ! To the accomondation it is in a great Location in a sidestreet everything you need closeby. The breakfeast was really good (:

Best place if you want to do the Loop! The staff was so kind and helpful, best laundry service! Really nice breakfast and 100% assistance from them if you’re doing the loop! Rented a motorbike with them included insurance for very good price. Left our luggage there and could shower after the loop and wait for our night bus. They even drove us to the bus station for free! Thank you so much for everything! We had a great time!

Is situated in Ha Giang town itself, where there is not really anything to do. Many of the other hostels and loop providers are more on the outskirts of town. However if you do the Ha Giang loop with Majestic, then it doesn’t matter that the hostel is in town.

I forgot my headphone in one of the dorm at Majestic Hostel and the intern was so kind to help me find it. But when I came back from the Ha Giang Loop, I saw him politely ask one girl that stayed in my bed before, Her name was Solene she was super rude about the whole situation and was giving him like side eye, SHE JUST NOT A NICE PERSON and I feel bad for the guy. Other than that 10/10 Hostel and Breakfast

The Intern at the Hostel was very nice, My bus was very early in the morning around 6 AM, But He was nice enough to prepare me breakfast even though breakfast start at 7:30AM. Also another girl who also has the same bus, got she got her breakfast served but she just keep finding a reason to pick on the poor staff :((( feel bad for him. Really recommend this Hostel

Le propriétaire qui propose de préparer un petit déjeuner plus tôt pour que je prenne mon bus. Je me lève donc à 6h il arrive 45 min plus tard en disant que ce n'est pas possible. Il ne fallait pas le proposer s'il ne voulait pas ... finalement, il m'a préparé rapidement quelque chose à emporter mais j'ai failli rater mon bus. En arrivant, il m'a aussi demandé à plusieurs reprises si je n'avais pas pris les écouteurs de la personne précédente. Très insistant. Propreté douteuse ...

Accueil chaleureux, très à l'écoute et toujours de bons conseils. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et le petit déjeuner délicieux. Je recommande !

The breakfast was amazing, tea, coffee, a lot of fruit, eggs, toasted sandwiches and vegetables. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean with shampoo and shower gel. Nice staff, you can pay by card (with a small add-up fee).

We arrived at 2am (the host was notified) and it was kinda tough to get in as we called the number on the door and nobody responded and then finally the number on Booking worked and the guy went down to open the door for us.

El personal muy atento y agradable. Rentamos la moto para hacer el loop y también nos ayudaron con el pasaje de bus a cat ba. Nos dejaron bañarnos fuera de nuestra estadía. Son unos genios!

Hygiène dans les sanitaires déplorable...des couches de poils sur les cuvettes de WC, poubelles qui débordent de papier hygiénique souillé,couches de crasse sur le sol des douches C'est vraiment dommage....sans ça, j'aurais pu mettre 9 ou 10....

Das Personal war super nett und hat uns auch bei unserer Ha Giang Loop Tour unterstützt. Wir hatten den ganzen Weg die Möglichkeit bei Fragen und Problemen das Hostel per Telefon und Whats App zu kontaktieren. Und die Duschen waren Top.

Mitchel, der Host war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist modern und sauber. Wir haben auch den Roller für den HaGiang Loop bei ihm gemietet. Der Roller waren in einem super Zustand, es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Mitchel war sehr hilfsbereit, er hat uns sogar bis zum Start des Loops begleitet um sicherzugehen dass beim Kontrollposten alles klappt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder ins Majestic Hostel gehen.
