Reviewed Sep 11, 2026We spent 4 nights here in August and had a wonderful experience overall. A truly wonderful stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay, Alma Prestigia is the perfect choice. Excellent value for money — spacious, high-quality accommodation with all the amenities you could need. We did have a small issue with the air conditioning during our stay — but honestly, the way it was handled was outstanding. As soon as we mentioned it, the host arrived within 5 minutes and fixed it straight away. It was such a relief, especially in the August heat, and we really appreciated how quick and responsive they were. Nothing was too much trouble at all. We honestly couldn't fault a thing. We will definitely be back! 10/10.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026I had a wonderful stay in Morocco and really enjoyed my time at the apartment. The supervisor who managed the apartment was very helpful, professional, and welcoming. They made sure everything was well looked after and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The swimming pool and the view were beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the people living in the estate, who were very friendly, helpful, and amazing. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant. ❤️ Mr khalid. Many thanks
One thing I was not completely satisfied with during our stay was the second small bathroom. Unfortunately, when we used the shower, a lot of water came out onto the floor, so I had to clean it up frequently. I would kindly recommend checking the shower and drainage to prevent the water from spreading across the bathroom floor. Apart from this issue, we enjoyed our family stay and appreciated the hospitality.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The property was excellent had everything we needed. Spacious, bright and calming everything you need for a good holiday break with the kids. The use of pools and lift access was great. Khalid was outstanding. He was supportive before we got there and throughout our stay. Every time we had a question or unsure he was there. He came to welcome us on our first day and made us feel a lot better as he explained everything. I would recommend this place because of the welcome by Khalid especially when travelling with the children, the security in the complex, location to the main centre was only a 7 minutes taxi drive. And the mall was really close by 5 mins in the car. It is perfect stay for families and couples. Thank you Khalid for making this the perfect family holiday and we will definitely be coming back.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Lejligheden var pæn og meget ren. God og næsten lydløs aircondition. To badeværelser Lækker pool med nok solvogne.
