Ipoh Midtown Anderson Suite 2R2B

It’s a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. It’s very aesthetically pleasing, furniture is complete, bathrooms clean and nice and aircond cool and sheets clean. Views are beautiful and central in Ipoh on a quiet street near Anderson school. I love the view of Ipoh my hometown. Thanks for providing a good place at an affordable rate.

If you have small kids, window ledge is a bit too low for comfort. Well, at least for me anyway. Perhaps not for others. But as the windows are large it makes the view so precious. I’ve seen window chain/lock/catch at other Homestay. It is non-permanent, allows the windows to be open to a degree but there ia a stopper. But it does provide a layer of safety for mothers with kids.

Such a gracious host with incredible hospitality..really made us feel at home..had absolutely wonderful time..

No lights on during gloomy day along the corridor of apartment and also in the lobby where the mailbox were..difficult to see the key lock..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay! Generally, all is ok. Furnitures still looked brand new. They are responsive towards our inquiries & replies immediately. I had such a pleasant experience staying here. The owner provided excellent service — very friendly, helpful, and always responded quickly to any questions I had. The place itself is super convenient, comfortable, and gives off a hotel-like vibe, especially the cozy bed! All the furniture looks new and well-maintained, which made the stay even better. I also really appreciate the thoughtful gesture of providing separate utensils for Muslim and non-Muslim guests — very considerate and respectful. The unit is well-equipped with everything you need: aircond, water heater, toaster, hair dryer, and iron — all in good working condition. Overall, it was a great and comfortable stay. Highly recommended and would definitely come back again! 🌟

非常乾淨明亮，地點安靜但非常方便，去市區很靠近。屋主的品味很好，屋子很簡單漂亮。

在入住之前一天才接到屋主通知要給抵押金，如果能再訂房平台上先說明會比較好。不過也很快退款。

The appartment is ok, the beds are confortable and kids liked the table beside the bed and TV. It's 10min drive from Ipoh center.

There are no glasses, no desert knife, not enough toilet paper.

Location is good, room is clean and spacious. The house is new. Check in procedure is fast and easy. Near to the town and shopping center.

Car park is terrible, light is off and direction instruction is very confusing. bed is a bit hard, pillow too soft. Air cond. is facing direct to people sleeping on bed, fan is noisy. Bad WIFI connection, speed is extremely slow.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Location was very good as well as it was close to town and less than 10 minutes to Canning Gardens. Property was fairly new and it was situated in the quieter part of Ipoh. J was accommodating when I requested for a plastic chair to be placed in the shower for my elderly mum who is on a wheelchair. Would definitely return again when we visit Ipoh next.

The stove was not working well and would have been good if a wok cover was provided together with the wok as I wanted to steam up some food for my elderly mum. However, that was not too much of an issue as a combi microwave is also provided.

We had a wonderful stay at Anderson Residence by J.. Everything is perfect. The unit is very clean. The bed was really comfortable that we had a tight sleep. Owner also provide coffee and tea, together with water filter, kettle and toaster. They also provide separate cutlery sets for muslims and non-muslims which is very thoughtful.

Great place to stay; cozy, super clean, and well-equipped. The views from the unit are spectacular. The host is very responsive, and the check in instructions were easy to follow. All good and 100% would recommend staying here 👍🏻

I like the facilities in the house. It makes me so convenient for little kids. The location is convenient for the holiday as well.
