Just this room not much clean as the last time

I had a really pleasant stay at Wabi Sabi Saigon Hideout. The location is one of the best things about the place — it is in a convenient area of District 1, with plenty of shops, convenience stores, cafés and restaurants nearby, so getting around and finding everything you need is very easy. The room was clean, comfortable and cosy, and I really liked the overall design and atmosphere. The bathtub and projector were a lovely touch and made the room feel more relaxing and enjoyable, especially after a long day of exploring Ho Chi Minh City. The room also had useful facilities that made my stay more convenient. The host was also friendly and helpful, and communication was easy whenever I needed assistance. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and felt that the accommodation offered good value for the location and facilities. I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Nothing good

- There’s no one there to help: check-in, luggage drop off,… everything you have to do it by yourself. And of course, no one will be responsible for any issue. - You have to contact them by phone and their responses are always late or they even ignore. - No private entrance. They share space with a hair salon and you have to walk through the salon to get into your room. - The room is old and dirty. - The air conditioner was broken 3 times during my 5 nights stay. I contacted them and they fixed it twice, the last time they just ignored it.

Man muss durch einen Friseur Salon laufen um zu den Zimmern zu kommen, das ist nicht schlimm und hat auch keine Probleme bereitet, aber man sollte es wissen.

Phòng mình thuê tầng trệt, phía trước lối vào chung với tiệm hớt tóc nên đi ra vô cảm giác không thoải mái. Lối vào chật đi qua khu gội đầu và nhà vệ sinh cảm giác không sạch sẽ, rèm và thảm có mùi khó chịu. Phòng tầng trệt tối và ồn.

Home sạch sẽ, an toàn, riêng tư, không gian thoáng mát, nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Tụi mình có trải nghiệm rất tốt tại home và sẽ ghé lại nếu có dịp vào Sài Gòn ạ. Rất rất xứng đáng với giá tiền ❤️

It was near the tourist spots as it was in District 1. There's no signage for the locations so just look for Muot Hair Salon which is the entrance. Daisiee, the admin, was very responsive, polite, and helpful. She sent Mina, to help me bring my luggage up. It was quite funny because I was bigger than her, so is my luggage, but she didn't want me to help her carry it. Hahaha so cute. I would definitely go back.

There is no elevator so if you have a lot of or big luggages, it'll be difficult if you were on a higher floor. Aside from that, everything is great!

1. Advertised for 30m2, but it is 20m2 including balcony, bathroom. Very exaggerated! 2. Wifi was not working during 4 days, even after notified it. 3. Reality is not good as pictures, damaged/low quality details

It was okay for the price.

Communication with the staff was difficult, even though we had provided prior notice about our arrival. We ended up waiting at the airport for about an hour just to get the self check-in details. When we were finally able to reach the manager, the first thing requested was the room payment.

Phòng siêu xinh, decor dễ thương lắm. Có máy chiếu Netflix, bồn tắm, bếp nấu ăn đầy đủ. Buổi tối chill coi phim rất mê. Không có thang máy hơi mỏi chân nhưng bù lại ở trung tâm Q1, đi bộ ra xung quanh nhiều hàng quán ăn uống lắm

- ko có chỗ gửi xe, phải đi bộ xa để gửi - book make up đến xin để xe trước nhà thì chủ hair salon ko cho - bồn tắm ko xả nước đầy để tắm đc, chỉ đc 1/10 nước trong bồn - ko có thang máy, cầu thang bộ nhỏ hẹp

The adress in Google maps does not seem to be right, so double check that. The bed is slightly too hard for my taste but for a few nights it's fine

The owner was lovely and gave us recommendations and all the info we needed. She answered questions very fast over WhatsApp and made it a smooth stay. The projector and Bath were a cool change compared to a TV and shower

The bath takes a while to fill up if you want it hot as you have to trickle it out for it to stay hot.

L’accès à travers le salon de coiffure, les différents codes à saisir pour les portes. Malgré l’explication claire reçue cela m’a un peu stressée voyageant seule.

Super Service! Die Besitzer haben immer sofort geantwortet und sind allen Extrawünschen umgehend nachgekommen. Highlught war die Badewanne im Zimmer mit Blickrichtung Leinwand auf der man via Netflix Filme schauen konnte. Absolutes Träumchen!!

Tôi ở đây trong chuyến công tác. Phòng sạch sẽ, trang bị đầy đủ, có máy giặt và máy sấy nên tiện. Tôi ở tầng thấp nên đi thang bộ cũng ok không vấn đề gì.

Perfect spot for couples visiting Saigon. The bathtub is amazing, the place is clean and nicely decorated

One thing to note - it's a seft check-in palace, so make sure to message the staff before you arrive. They were quick to respond and sent very clear instructions. No elevator, but the location in District 1 is super convenient. Overall, a great stay once you get settled in

Với mức giá 50 cá/1h thì riêng tui thấy phù hợp cho hssv nha, rẻ mà xịn, dịch vụ còn siêu ok

Home ở vtri thuận tiện trung tâm và các khu vui chơi nên rất đáng để trải nghiệm nha các mom

cách bố trí căn phòng thì siêu đẹp, bồn tắm to, ngoài ra còn máy chiếu cứ phải gọi là hết nước chấm, màu sắc căn phòng siu vintage ấm cúng.

Quản lý nhiệt tình, hoạt bát lắm lun kiểu rất quan tâm đến khách hàng cần gì thì đều đáp ứng cho khách hàng 1000đ lun nha chàiii

Em rất hài lòng với dịch vụ ở đây, home sạch sẽ, thơm và mùi hương của phòng rất dễ chịu tạo cảm giác thoải mái, đi ra phố đi bộ và Bitexco cũng rất tiện lun.

Không có chỗ đậu xe nên ai đi ô tô hơi bất tiện, còn lại mọi thứ đều ổn. Chủ nhà thân thiện, mình thấy rất đáng ở lâu dài.

Hai vợ chồng mình đi chơi SG cuối tuần, ở đây đúng kiểu chill. Phòng sạch, thơm, có bồn tắm to, buổi tối bật máy chiếu coi phim như rạp. Gần phố đi bộ Nguyễn Huệ,đi bộ ra ăn uống vui lắm. Ra vào phải đi ngang tiệm tóc hơi bất tiện tí, nhưng tổng thể vẫn 10/10

Có Netflix, có bồn tắm, có bếp, quá đủ cho cặp đôi. Quầy snack cute, có mì gói, cà phê. Không có bãi đậu xe ngay home mà đậu cách đó 100m nên đi grab cho tiện nha. Recommend hen

This homestay is a great choice for couples or friends who want to experience the fun and vibrant life of Saigon. With the self check-in method, there's no need to rush to receive the room — it's very convenient

The room was clean with beautiful decor. One little thing I found interesting is that the homestay is located behind a hair salon. At first, it was a bit surprising, but once I got used to it, I found it quite fun and unique. Oh, and there are instant noodles and coffee on the ground floor too, which is really convenient for a quick breakfast

Maybe it’s because I’ve traveled to many places, but this room really stood out — I could do laundry and even use the dryer free of charge, and I could also ask for housekeeping without any extra cost. It felt truly homey. Another big plus was the snack bar with coffee and light breakfast options. Just wonderful

Mình đã ở khá nhiều homestay rồi nhưng chỗ này thật sự để lại ấn tượng đặc biệt. Từ lúc đặt phòng đến khi nhận phòng đều rất dễ dàng và nhanh chóng. Căn phòng y như hình, sạch sẽ, thơm tho, có cả máy giặt và bếp nên rất tiện cho người ở dài ngày như mình. Điều mình thích nhất là cảm giác như ở nhà, không bị gò bó hay thiếu thốn gì cả. 10 điểm cho phòng ở đây.

Vị trí siêu trung tâm, vô cùng thuận tiện để đi tham quan dạo phố ở HCM. Chủ nhà thân thiện, hỗ trợ check-in sớm khi mình đến hơi sớm hơn giờ. Nói chung là một nơi ở đáng tiền cho chuyến đi ngắn ngày.

The space here felt very pleasant from the moment I walked in. The room wasn't too big, but it was clean and fully equipped, just as described. However, one small downside is that sound from the hallway can echo into the room a bit — so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. That said, the host’s friendliness and the super convenient location made up for everything. I’ll definitely come back if I have the chance

I was on a business trip in Ho Chi Minh City and happened to catch the rainy season. But honestly, during this time of year, all you need is a cozy place to sleep, watch Netflix, and chill — and that’s more than enough. The homestay has self check-in, but just reach out and you’ll get detailed instructions right away

Điểm nhấn không thể chối từ của homestay này chính là tầm nhìn đỉnh của chóp. Từ ban công, bạn có thể chiêm ngưỡng đường xá nhộn nhịp của thành phố, mang đến những khoảnh khắc khó tả. Không gian tràn ngập ánh sáng tự nhiên và không khí trong lành, rất lý tưởng để thư giãn và tận hưởng vẻ đẹp của thiên nhiên

Một điều tôi rất thích khi ở đây đó chính là có quầy snack bar ở tầng 1, có mì ly và cà phê để có thể thưởng thức vào buổi sáng. Rất đáng tiền! Một homestay rất hợp với gu của tui, phòng sử dụng đèn vàng rất tốt cho mắt và mang cảm giác ấm cúng khi ở đây. Must try!

The lady who run the business is really nice and helpful. The room is nice and in a good location. We also had the opportunity to use the washing machine for free

The room is a bit smelly, I think is because the window is always closed. It could be a good idea to buy a net for mosquitos and keep the window open

Definitely worth staying for a wonderful experience — the in-room projector and bathtub are super comfortable and well-equipped, something you wouldn’t normally find in a standard hotel. The hosts respond very quickly. As mentioned, you have to walk through a hair salon to reach the apartment, which I found to be a fun and unique experience. Don’t miss the rooftop — I went up there to do laundry and the view was amazing

The rooms were super neat and had all the basics covered, plus so many thoughtful little touches! From plates and an extension cord to an iron, water bottles already in the fridge and even slippers! I could tell a lot of care went into setting everything up just right

DO NOT STAY HERE We arrived at 8pm after an international flight, unaware it was self-check-in. We tried calling and messaging the provided WhatsApp number but got no response. Thankfully, another couple staying next door let us into the building and also tried to contact the host on our behalf. After 30 minutes and multiple attempts, the host finally answered a call—only to tell us the room we booked wasn’t actually available. We were told to go to another property across the city, which we had to reach by Grab at 9pm. At the second location, we couldn’t access the room because the passcode didn’t work. We spent 15 minutes on FaceTime with the host trying to sort it out. The room was dirty, the shower only had cold water, and there were holes in the ceiling. The projector couldn’t be used either—there was a warning not to change the pre-signed-in Netflix account or language settings, or we’d be charged. We asked for help with this and got no reply. We ended up leaving after one night (we had booked two), and again received no response when we informed them or requested a refund for the second night. Overall, communication was appalling. If you’re looking for a relaxing, stress-free stay, avoid this place entirely. We wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

That it was hidden above a hairdresser and access was through shop which wasn't a problem at all and helpedake it quiet and secure. Also some free niknaks like Sweety's,noodle pots water etc. a massive stone bath which never got chance to use and a wee balcony which was funky

The room is comfortable enough with a nice layout. The location is a good point coz the accomodation is in the centre, close to almost everything. There're also several convenient stores and restaurants in the area, making it so convenient .

There's not always hot water in the room although the staff did try to help. It seems like there's a water insufficience that creates the problems at times. Besides, it would be nicer if there's a hanger stand/ hanging hooks in the room and/ or in the bathroom for those who wanna stay for a few days. Sometimes, there's bad odour coming from the bathroom as well.

This was my first couple of nights in Vietnam, the host was contactable on WhatsApp and you pay through the link she sends via WhatsApp before arriving, when you do get there it’s a couple of codes to input and your in a hairdressers, don’t be alarmed find the stairs at the back and take the stairs to this really cute room, all clean, fresh bed, bathtub in the room with hot water so you can watch something on the really cool projector, bathroom was clean with toiletries and the air con was great with a powerful fan too, great location shops and restaurants nearby I would 100% stay here again, I’m on my own with an 8 year old too and felt very safe, thanks so much for a great introduction to Saigon, the host is really nice she checked on us the first morning that we were okay via whatsapp and suggested lots of nice places to visit and eat

The owner instructed me to add their what’s app even though I don’t have the account. I asked my friend to help. And they confirmed me that I have to pay with another link, it’s weird and no assurance . When I get there I can’t contact the owner and couldn’t get into the room.

I don’t know what’s the problem for Wabi Sabi customers management. First time other customers keep pulling my door handle and pushed door when I was sleeping. Second time other customers try to again open my door with a password, and even the staff here went knocked my door twice and asked me to provide the booking information to check if it’s correct room number at even 3:46AM !.WTF IF THEY LET ME IN IF I DIDNT PAY AND GET THE INSTRUCTION BECAUSE THIS STUPID HOMESTAY WAS SELF-CHECKIN ! PERIOD!!! I couldn’t sleep for whole night. I’VE TEXTED THEM AND THEY EVENT JUST SEEN AND GHOST ME ! YOU GUYS OWN ME AN APOLOGIZES ! I won’t book Wabi Sabi third time, it was the worst homestay experience !!!!!!

The location was good

As soon as we paid for the accomodation our host completely ghosted us. No further communication on their end despite multiple attempts to message or call, we had paid for a room with a balcony and purposefully looked for a place that was noted as having wifi for work purposes and came to find the room had neither. The apartment was not serviced at all and is actually just an air bnb host. Even after 6 days of staying here we did not receive any fresh bedding or towels at all, there is no reception and the apartment is on top of a salon. Had we known the assistance would have been so poor we would not have booked in the first place. Extremely disappointing stay for our last week in Vietnam.

The room is big and comfortable. Cushion materials is nice. They have a fully equipped kitchen. There are scented candle ( but empty), scented essential oil lamp but no essential oil inside so we used as a sleeping lamp. The bathtub in the room, haven't used it but it's a nice idea to try next time.
