Aqua Degla Group 5 stars Garden View

Nothing

I booked this apartment a couple of months in advance, but after booking the same day of arrival there were no clear check-in instructions and the contact person was outside Egypt and difficult to reach. Because of the uncertainty, I cancelled the reservation and booked another place to avoid any issues on arrival. Before cancelling, the property owner indicated that it would not be a problem if Booking approved the cancellation. However, after the cancellation, the property refused the refund and I was charged the full price of the stay. Very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of transparency.

I really liked how the place had little details that matters a lot , i liked the vibe and that it feels so warm and cozy , I also liked how friendly the owner was and they were always offering help and assistance

Excellent communication with the host. Great location. Spacious rooms.

I did like the location as it had lots of greenery

The apartment was not same as listed. Some rooms werent even there that were in the listing . It was quite dirty and in bad need for maintanance. Wifi did not work also. Host's response to this was that he had "just" tooken down a wall and changed some furniture and that was his explanation. Worse part was host's reaction to our complaints: "what do you expect at this price point? Its not 5 stars hotel". Undermining our complaint and acting like we should not complain about anything left us with a bad taste in mouth. Other weird things include rubber in our bed, rice on kitchen table, balcony was in horrible condition to use, not an actual garden if front of the balcony but just couple of small plants.

Great location, good value and extremely friendly and helpful owner, the apartment was very comfortable and overall our stay was pleasant.

The fridge doesn’t work and the heater in the living room wasn’t working, but regardless of those two things everything else was good.

I loved the place, the apartment was so nice and clean, the host was very helpful and nice(as I did my booking 2 hrs before the checking in and the host had everything ready), and the apartment is located close to the downtown of cairo, so every place was 20 mins drive from the apartment. I'd definitely recommend it

Everything is very good so clean, friendly and relaxed place

Nothing, everything was perfect

Very spacious. The owner was very communicative and friendly. Easy to work with.
