Reviewed Sep 13, 2026De locatie was top! Midden in de stad echt gezellig. Auto parkeren vlakbij in een garage box is goed geregeld.
Veel lampen en snoeren, waarvan een aantal het niet deden of geen idee hoe ze aan moesten. Kleine reparatie ronde is aan te raden (dimknop slaapkamer valt eraf/ wc-rol houder hangt los/ kleerhangers stuk/ schapenvacht die uit elkaar valt, drinkglazen aanvullen, etc.) Gezellige sfeervolle ruimtes met veel accessoires helemaal in stijl, maar daardoor ook erg vol (bijv; op en rond de tafel weinig ruimte, matrassen onder het bed?) Er lag veel stof overal op (last hebbende van huismijt allergie niet echt prettig). Sanitair was wel netjes schoon.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Lokacija objekta i ideja da se apartman uredi u baroknom stilu. Lokacija je top. Hladnjak je pun vina i vode koja se placaju, s tim da je jedno vino gratis. Nismo mogli popit koliko je bilo loše. Ima kave čaja i sl.
Prljavo, jako prljavo. Kad smo ušli pitali smo.gđu koja je čistila kad možemo ući u app, rekla je da možemo odmah iako je još neko vrijeme spremala..posteljina jw bila na podu i tqko ju je navlačila. Na balkonu mokre sjedalice tako da nismo mogli koristiti. Sva starinska ogledala s prstom prašine, kao i komode i ostali namještaj. Odvodi začepljeni nw možeš zube oprati, odšarafiš čep život ti se zgadi. Najgore od svega što je gđa koja je čistila bez da nam je rekla u kuhinji posula pod i prozorsku dasku sa srwdstvom protiv mrava. Mene su isti dan počele peći oči a ostale sutradan..na naš zajtjev vlasnik je bez ikakve isprikw poslap nekoga tkp je očiszio čep odvoda i uklonio taj rozi prah..a u odvodu talog dlaka od ko zna kad. Bljak.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Mooi pand op geweldige locatie. Ook gebruik van garage tegen betaling was handig en de communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot.
Er lag heel veel stof en rommel (bv nog kerstversiering in juli, panelen op de grond die eigenlijk voor de boiler in het toilet moesten hangen, vuile kussens in de zetel,...). Er was gepoetst maar precies enkel op de grond,toen we de ventilator aanzette vloog het stof in het rond. Buiten was men aan het werk (wij zaten tussen de stellingen en het lawaai van de plastic die heen en weer wapperde). Daardoor was op het mooie terras zitten niet aangenaam (jammer dat dit niet op voorhand werd meegedeeld).

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Location location location! Quiet pedestrian street in the heart of city central. We walked from the train station- no need for a car. Restaurants are everywhere and there is a great gelato place just up the street. Close to the grocery for provisions too. We walked to all the places we wanted to go. Our teenager slept on the couch and the divided bathroom was handy. Gorgeous decor felt very decadent. The water pressure in the shower is amazing and the tap water is delicious. For exploring Breda you can’t find any place better. Luc was very helpful with the keys.
They are doing construction on the building but it was always while we were out and about. Not really a problem at all.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026De locatie en aankleding zijn super. Na de verbouwing en het updaten van het appartement, zou het een 10 krijgen.
De keukenkastjes waren verouderd, met luchtbellen. Patio was gevuld met afdekzeilen wat geluid gaf. De badkamer was niet schoon en had veel kalkaanslag op de vloer en deuren.

We didn’t get to meet the host since we only stayed for 1 night, but Luc was very communicative and gave us clear instructions on everything. It was also nice that we could park our car for a bit longer than our check-out. And Luc also offered us a bottle of cava on the house which was very appreciated. Thank you Luc!
At midnight there were some loud noises coming from people on the street, but it was actually very okay for staying in such a vivid city centre.

Over het parkeren, waar je de sleutel kan vinden, de plek in het centrum...enz. de slaapbank slaapt goed het bed ook douche is warm. handdoeken en beddegoed zijn schoon. de inrichting geweldig! tee en koffie aanwezig. en binnen 3 stappen zit je op een van de tientallen terassen van breda. de keuze is reuze. voor families ook goed, want er is een groot park op 200 meter loopafstand. we komen weer terug.

Het was wat stoffig. En in douche ruimte hing een onaangename geur. Dat zal wellicht niet aan de accommodatie liggen.

Very nice gesture of the host offering us a bottle of prosecco. Is these small gestures that mater. The good will that people show.
A little too crowded with personal items and memorabilia. This creates the impression of clutter.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026It's a charming, elegant, and beautifully decorated place. It's very centrally located, with several restaurants nearby. The host was very attentive. 100% recommended. We had some initial doubts since it was a private host, but honestly, it exceeded our expectations as a family (Mom, Dad, and an 8-year-old).
Picking up the keys from the box confused me a little—it was my first time using the system, and I didn't know I had to press “C” before entering the code. But the host helped us out right away and friendly.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Die Lage ist einfach genial. Auch von der angemieteten Garage ist die Wohnung in kürzester Zeit schnell erreichbar. Die wundervolle Altbauwohnung mit der fantastischen Einrichtung ist ein Traum! Man fühlt sich königlich und ist mitten in der Stadt. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse, die durch das Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist. Auch bei diesem etwas ungemütlichen Wetter ein Gewinn, wenn der morgendliche Kaffe/Tee dort getrunken werden kann. WC und Dusche sind in 2 separaten Räumen untergebracht. Sehr praktisch. WC befindet sich im Flur und die Dusche ist vom Schlafzimmer aus erreichbar. Es ist alles vorhanden von Gasherd/Backofen, Kühlschrank mit kleinem 3 Sterne Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und sogar Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen. Einfach ein wundervolles Ambiente. Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich etliche Lokalitäten und der Supermarkt AH ist in 4 Gehminuten unkompliziert erreichbar. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Leider haben wir Luc nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber der online Kontakt war sehr sehr freundlich! Wir würden wieder kommen ❤️😊 .

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026Ontbijt was niet van toepassing. De locatie was prachtig. Zeer dicht tegen het centrum en uitgaansgebied aan. De kamer is zeer sfeervol ingericht. Ook parkeren was goed geregeld. Dichtbij en goed gecomunniceerd.
De keuken is goed ingericht en compleet. Echter is deze wel aan renovatie (vochtschade) toe De slaapbank hebben we ook gebruikt. Deze is echter wel heer hard. Misschien een topper aanschaffen?

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Zeer leuke en gezellige stijl van appartement. Echt de moeite! Het attente flesje cava bij aankomst en de huiselijke sfeer die er hangt: kerstboom deze tijd van het jaar. Zalig :) En de locatie op en top! Parkeerplaats die je erbij kan huren ook super.
De open parkeerplaats (niet in een garagebox) was bezet door een andere auto, nochtans hadden we gemeld dat we een zeer grote auto hebben en dit wss onmogelijk paste in een garagebox. Natuurlijk weten we niet van wie de geparkeerd auto was

Reviewed Oct 29, 2024Charming somewhat quirky place in an interesting neighborhood. We were only there for one night. The kitchen seemed well equipped but we were only there for breakfast. Coffee was provided.
The instructions for getting in were a little complicated or just didn’t translate well so that process was kind of stressful. No parking near the location and the process/instructions for the parking were also confusing. There is a nice deck at the back of the unit but it was rainy so we didn’t use that space. We were a party of three so someone was sleeping in the living room. The toilet could only be accessed from the bedroom by walking through the living room. There is a sink and shower off the bedroom but the only toilet is in another room entirely. The unit is up a flight of stairs.

Some of the main lights could be a bit brighter. Cozy though. It was too cold in winter to use the outside patio, which should be another nice feature in summer their seasons.

The fridge was stocked with wine, beer and soft drinks at an absolutely bargain price on a total honesty system. Communication with Luc the owner was easy and very prompt!!
