Pulizie non all'altezza. Molta polvere. Tende non funzionanti. Giardino non utilizzabile.

de locatie was heel fijn, zo dicht bij het station en je loopt zo het centrum in. de bedden in de slaapkamers waren netjes opgemaakt. ook fijn dat je de deuren open kon zetten naar de tuin. de schoonmaak viel wat tegen, maar daar hadden we goed contact over gehad met de host.

de bekers waren raar genoeg van een soort poreus materiaal, waardoor ze thee lekten. de hele uitzet was wat karig - bijvoorbeeld maar 3 normale wijnglazen, maar dat was voor ons gelukkig overkomelijk. de badkamer had geen afzuiger (of deze was stuk), dus dat bracht met 7 dames wat stoom en vochtigheid in huis. gelukkig was het lekker weer en kon de tuindeur open. Wat ik een minpunt vond: de registratie vooraf met o.a. id-registratie en selfie; je denkt dat je via booking iets boekt en dan klaar bent, maar dan komt er daarna nog een soort platform-hoepel waar je doorheen moet.

Wspaniały obiekt. Bardzo polecam. Świetna lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo dużo miejsca i pięknie urządzony apartament. Sypialnia na górze bardzo przestronna i jasna. Sypialnia na dole mniejsza, ale wygodna.

Sypialnia na piętrze ma dość strome schody, co może być utrudnieniem.

no laundry soap or garbage bags. The bed sheets and pillow cases were terribly wrinkled which made for a sleepless night.

Location, comfortable furniture, spacious and light, clean house

Cigarettes in the garden, you could smell it when you opened the downstairs bedroom window. No salt/pepper/oil in the kitchen. No soap or small towel in the toilet and kitchen, no soap to handwash dishes, only one big bread knife and no other knives which was inconvenient for cooking. For that price we expected some small things to make the stay extra comfortable. This was quite the minimum.

The style was amazing and the host was beyond kind.

Casa molto spaziosa e accogliente, avevamo anche l'albero di Natale! Posizione comodissima vicino al centro e alla stazione, in un'area molto tranquilla.

All'inizio la casa era un po' fredda (soprattutto al piano superiore) e ci siamo dovuti abituare ai gradini così ripidi, ma per il resto un'ottima esperienza

We misten peper, zout, olijfolie en een extra pan Douchekop van de regendouche lekte een beetje, ook veel kalk Vrijdagnacht veel lawaai van de bovenburen (tot 3u 's nachts) Host antwoordde niet onmiddellijk op een vraag, maar de gevraagde informatie was wel online beschikbaar.

Superb location near the station, but still good walking distance to the City Center. Very spacious for 6 people! Nice big shower.

Most everything was great, and when the sink wasn’t draining well they had someone come fix it immediately.

Toegangscode doorgeven. Er zou een storing zijn geweest waardoor we de code niet kregen. bellen en mailen met host werden niet beantwoord. Pas na lange wachttijd bij telefonisch contact met Booking zelf leidde tot sleutelcode verkrijgen. Koffiezet apparaat werkt niet. Zeep-dispencer is leeg. Er zit was in de wasmachines.

De locatie is top! Tegenover het station, 5 min lopen van het park en als je door het park heen loopt ben je binnen 10 min midden op de markt met leuke restaurants van het centrum (aanrader Con fuego). Bedden lagen fijn (bedbank niet gebruikt), grote ruimte met alle gemakken voorzien in het huis (prettig als je van plan bent om langer te blijven).

- De communicatie was soms wat traag, maar wel verder wel vriendelijk ! - De douche (vooral bij het putje) was niet heel schoon, mag wel even een grondige schoonmaak gebruiken. - De tuin was ook niet echt uitnodigend en daarnaast geen privacy. - Het huis is gehorig, je hoort de buren goed (stofzuigen etc). - In de zomer is het niet te doen, ramen kunnen niet open om te luchten (alleen een deur beneden), er is geen airco gelukkig waren er wel 2 kleine ventilators.

Breda is beautiful! So handy to the station. Main center is a little walk. Definitely get bikes and cycle out of town as recommended by host. It’s not far and lovely countryside.

The courtyard is not very nice, weeds and leaves, not tended to. Also the apartment is overlooked by others so wouldn’t sit out there. But still recommend this place!

The place is perfect, very comfortable and well located. The only thing that I would suggest they improve is the black out and isolation of the windows for sound.

Everything was fine and met our expectations. Communication was perfect. Amenities, cleanliness and location were excellent - train station, food, beer and Albert Heijn are within walking distance.

We faced an issue with radiator on the second floor, but was solved with temporary heater on the morning.

Folding out couch to a bed was very difficult because of the extra bolts that have been added.

Good location and quite near to the central station. Easy shopping and dinner! Nice DIY coffee and yards behind the house. Perfect for family and couples, also for two travellers.

Ventilation seems not that good when you in the sleeping room, so I felt a little muggy inside. In summer, cannot open the window due to mosquito...
