Ce que nous avons le plus aimé et qui était au delà de nos attentes c'est les repas sur le bateau, bravo au chef qui a fait un travail incroyable. Le personnel aussi a été toujours au petit soin pour que l'on soit bien, merci a eux et surtout Mr Winter. La chambre était confortable bien qu'un peu vieillissante mais rien de gênant. Toutes les activités étaient bien et les timing respectés grâce à une bonne organisation.

Vi havde oprindeligt booket på Hera men blev kontaktet et par dage før fordi båden havde haft vandskade og at de kunne tilbyde os en opgradering på en anden båd "Le journey elegance" uden merbetaling. Her ville vi få både større og bedre værelse med badekar og balkon hvilket vi ikke havde bestilt. Det var et super fint tilbud og alt var velorganiseret ned til mindste detalje. Det var skønt at sejle rundt og vi nød både bådens pool og de luksiøse omgivelser.

Maden kunne være bedre. Der var alt for meget fisk og skaldyr og ikke ret meget vores børn kunne li. Da vi fik at vide at vi skulle spise brunch var der en forventning om brød, æg, bacon og lign men ingen af delene var der noget af.

Loved this Halong Bay cruise! From start to finish the service was second to none. To start.. my balcony room was amazing with all hardwoods and old world charm, way better than brand new ships! The five course dinners are excellent and flavorful and the dining room staff who serve you are so attentive to your every request. Cruise manager Mr. Minh made sure everyone was well informed everyday on what our agenda was each morning and throughout the day. There was not any moment during the cruise that I didnt feel important as we made our way to each cave or adventure. And a highlight was waking up each morning to the beauty and serenity of Halong Bay!! I highly recommend booking the 2 night cruise because 1 night will leave you longing for more. Check Hera cruises out because the ship, the service and views can't be beat for the reasonable price!

Outstanding service. Our guide, Minh, was friendly and very knowledgeable. We had cookery lessons each evening, Thai Chi in the morning, great days exploring caves, hiking up the limestone islands, saw Monkeys in the wild. The boat was well equipped. There was sooo much delicious food. The boat occupied maximum 25 guests, it was perfect to get to know others in the group if you wanted. Highly recommend the 2 night trip because 1 night is too busy and rushed and you dont see the best of Ha Long Bay. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming too. You get to know a lot about the Country with this great guide Minh. Our shower room was lovely. Great views from the room. I think the bigger boats would be less friendly. This one was great. Excellent communication with the team and bookings. We needed transfer from our hotel and at the end to the airport and the staff couldn't have been more thorough and helpful. Thank you team. Roxanne was helpful with the transfers.

The boat was a little tired, but most other boats were i think. There was too much food, it just kept coming, 5 course meals, felt a bit wasteful as you just couldn't eat it all. Albeit delicious! Our linen didn't fit the bed as we had 2 singles put together, but not a problem for us. We had very early starts, but then it meant we had full days and made the most of the experience.

My water wasn't replaced on a 2 night stay and water with dinner had to be paid for Whilst I appreciate everything has to be taken on the boat, water is a basic requirement and I think you shouldn't have to pay for it with a meal, the cruise is expensive enough to afford a glass or 2 of water It was unusually cold during our stay and there was no heat in the dining room making it unpleasant for passengers and staff For a 'luxury' cruise with such beautiful food it was a disappointment

Fue una gran experiencia. Desde antes de comenzar con el soporte de Ms Jade para cualquier duda que tuviera y coordinando todo. Por otro lado destacar a Minh nuestro manager a bordo y todo terreno que nos explicó cada actividad y siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades. La comida excelente, soy vegana y adaptaron todos los platos lo cual se agradece mucho. Recomendable!

The boat is unique , authentic cruising in a grand manner . Our room was spacious , well appointed with great views of Halong Bay. The room had a large private viewing deck to sit out . The. Cruise Manager Mr Minh was impeccable always there to assist and make our cruise memorable . Jade at Hera cruises was always available to assist in our logistics and ensure the cruise was successful . The food on board was fresh and delicious . And the tours provided and entertainment kept us interested . Thoroughly recommend the 2 day cruise .

Ogni persona che lavora per questa struttura mette anima e cuore nel proprio lavoro, partendo da Jade che ha preso contatti con noi già da una settimana prima del nostro arrivo, organizzando anche il trasporto dal nostro appartamento al porto, e viceversa, passando per William che si è preso cura di tutti durante il soggiorno, tutto lo staff a bordo, e infine anche una nota di merito al ragazzo sull’autobus del ritorno che ci ha riportato il passaporto dimenticato, grazie La struttura è pulita e molto bella, le uscite sono ben organizzate e si mangia anche bene, sono attenti anche alle diete, la nostra amica celiaca non ha avuto alcun problema, esperienza sicuramente positiva e consigliata

We loved our time on the boat. Lovely staff. Tony was a great cruise director. The activities included were also such a wonderful inclusion. Definitely do the two nights. Ye on the day tour was fantastic. Lovely room with an ever changing view.

The rooms were very pretty - classic wood paneling - pretty flooring and windows. The dining room was well laid out - like a Michelin star restaurant. The food was delicious

Everything was peefect

Vi endte ikke med denne cruise, da vi i sidste øjeblik skiftede til en der tog til Lan Ha Bay. Rigtig god service fra Jade som hjalp med skiftet og at opgradere vores værelse, sørge for transport osv. tak for din service! På turen var James især meget imødekommende, og hjalp os med at tilrettelægge en vietnamesisk menu til aftensmaden. Mange tak for din service!

Det er lydt mellem værelserne og ud til gangen. Så vær opmærksom på det hvis du sover let, da der kan være støj om aftenen.

A tripulação muito amigável, a comida muito boa, principalmente a vietnamita. O quarto muito confortável e o manager Minh sempre atencioso na organização das atividades. Além disso, eles são bem cuidadosos com toda comunicação antes da chegada até o momento de deixar no hotel, ótima experiência.

Acredito que pode ter mais oportunidade para comer da comida vietnamita, como no café da manhã e nos lanches.

Minh was absolutely amazing in his job. The staff on board was very nice and really good at their jobs. All recommendations for meals on board, as they were absolutely amazing. Loved every meal! The activities and set times were communicated clearly. The boat is very nice, and the rooms are more than spacious and comfortable.

De hele strakke organisatie met heel strikte timings. Wat mij bijzonder stoorde was de beoordeling via Tripadvisor die door de gids eventjes vlug op mijn gsm werd ingetikt waarna ik moest tonen dit te hebben verzonden. Ik kon natuurlijk ook weigeren maar het voelde allemaal wat dwingend.

The staff took care of food allergies for all the customers. The staff were very sweet and helpful.

The food was a little cold specially the dinner which is very uncommon for me.

Location is wonderful

Our first room was small on the lower deck. We thought we going to have a room with a balcony, as seen on the Bookings website. We had to pay to upgrade to the room we thought we were getting in the first place. The second night we stayed was really lovely with plenty of room for our things and a lovely deck. This was the best room on the ship, and felt like a luxury cruise.

Nous avons eu un problème avec le bain à remous qui n’a jamais fonctionné alors que nous l’avons signalé 2 fois à l’établissement et que surtout nous avons effectué une croisière de 2 nuits sur le bateau, c’est dommage. En dehors du guide, personne ne parlait vraiment anglais. Nous avions booké le Hera Cruise grand luxury, nous avons fait notre croisière sur le Amanda halong bay, pas du tout le même standing.

Staff on board are very friendly. On our first day, the staff wore name badges so easy for us to recognized them. Lily @the restaurant and Dan the cruise master were very good. Staff on our second day didn't have name badges on them. A shame that we couldn't name any to thank them.

We were lucky with the weather and did all our activities. Kayaking and cave visits were good.

I had a beautiful cabin, balcony and a bath overlooking the ocean. Food was amazing. Minh, Tram and Huong along with the other staff were so helpful! Roxanne was always on hand via WhatsApp to help any needs I had.

Spontan da unser Schiff nicht mehr verfügbar war ein Upgrade auf ein anders mit besserem Zimmer . Super um den Transfer von Hotel zum Schiff und Schiff zum Flughafen gekümmert .Personal war super Freundlich und Hilfsbereite. Die Cave ,Kajak,Kochen waren auch sehr gut unser Guide war super.

Da kann der Veranstalter nichts dafür Tip Top Island total überlaufen .

There was some confusion at first about the booking because of the amenities description for a Junior Suite in Bookings.com that featured a balcony (not the case). Our coordinator Jade responded immediately and transferred us to another boat and upgraded us to a VIP suite. Thank you Jade! The staff on board coordinating the activities were also first class, especially Than Dan the Man with the Fan!

The staff were so nice, especially Ming. Day trip out on the second day was fantastic.

Comida muy bien. El problema fue que nos cancelaron la mitad de la reserva y nos quedamos sin actividades incluidas. Solo nos devolvieron menos de la mitad tras reclamar y llevarnos disgusto.

Nos quedamos sin hacer actividades el segundo día porque nos dejaron en el barco en vez de aprovechar otra salida programada antes. Si hay buen tiempo hay que hacer las actividades y no esperar a otros días que se cancelan y te quedas sin nada.

Najlepszy jest oczywiście największy i przestronny pokój z balkonem na dziobie statku. Wygodne łóżko i duża łazienka. Stary i klimatyczny drewniany statek. Pyszne jedzenie. Bardzo pracowita i miła obsługa. Bogaty program rozrywkowy i turystyczny, napewno wypełni wam całe dnie. Dwie noce to minimum. Dzięki temu zobaczyliśmy niezapomniany zachód słońca. Nie każdego dnia jest tak samo.

Ogromny rachunek za picie pomimo mnóstwa darmowych. Załoga jest zaangażowana w program artystyczny ale jest taki sam każdego wieczoru. Byliśmy dwie noce na statku więc drugą noc przeżyliśmy podczas kolacji podobnie oglądając ten sam pokaz. Myślę że nie potrzebnie. Wycieczki były intensywne ale operowane przez zewnętrzne firmy co nie było jasne i brakowało w ulotkach. Byliśmy niedoinformowani. Fajnie byłoby to lepiej przekazać podróżującym w postaci wydrukowanego programu.

Une météo extraordinaire et un splendide coucher de soleil sur la baie d'Halong : c'est ce qui a sauvé ce moment qui aurait dû être encore plus magique ! L'équipe du bateau tres agreabke, gentille et serviable Le confort des lits Les repas La réactivité et l'efficacité de Hana pour nous aider avant l'arrivée mais aussi pour les transferts et enfin pour régler le problème de l'erreur d'attribution de chambre car Monsieur Minh nous a dit ne rien pouvoir faire sans instructions de la part de Hana.

Le prix payé 10 fois supérieur à tous les autres hébergements fréquentés durant mes 3 semaines au Vietnam pour une croisière vraiment très décevante L'état vieillissant des équipements de surcroît mal entretenus : climatisation qui fuit, réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne pas, une porte d'un placard dégondée qui tombe quand on l'ouvre, la wi-fi inexistante dans les cabines, l'absence de pression voire d'eau chaude dans la douche, le lavabo bouché et qui fuit. L'erreur d'attribution de cabine à l'arrivée qui nous a obligées à beaucoup d'échanges pour pouvoir enfin bénéficier de celle prévue initialement. Le tarif exorbitant des boissons sur le bateau : 4 dollars pour un jus de mangues très tres dilué et plein de glaçons ! La visite de la grotte avec la montée de nombreux escaliers à 14h alors qu'il faisait extrêmement chaud et que toutes les bouteilles en plastique ont été confisquées y compris pour les familles avec des enfants, sans que l'information n'ait été fournie au préalable. Des bouteilles remplies d'eau dans les cabines sans qu'il soit possible de savoir s'il s'agit d'eau minérale ou pas. Le circuit extrêmement court fait dans la baie d'Halong Des activités identiques proposées par tous les organisateurs de croisière dans la baie d'Halong entraînant une surpopulation importante de touristes dans les mêmes endroits en même temps. Le moment plage et baignade dans une toute petite crique où une vingtaine de bateaux de croisière sont amarrés : impossible de poser un pied sur le sable sans marcher sur le voisin et je doute de la salubrité de l'eau de mer, sans doute polluée par les nombreux bateaux. Si cela continue comme ça, ce site magnifique va être définitivement abîmé par un tourisme de masse incontrôlé! Je ne sais pas ce que valent les autres croisières dans la même gamme de prix mais celle-ci ne vaut pas le coup!

The staff were phenomenal - friendly and accomodating. Ming was exceptional and kept everything easy. Hana did a great job with the transfers - really, all of the staff were warm and friendly, competent and helpful. Also, the food was very good. Most importantly, the scenery and area were beautiful. Simply stunning. So glad we went.

There are areas for improvement - the rest stop on the way between Hanoi and the cruise was crowded (mayhem really) and uncomfortable. Secondly, there were some issues in our cabin - wire sticking out of the mattress and a couple of either minor things. You should know that the "cruise" goes between port and the anchorage only. You really see things on the daily excursions. If you only go for one night you don't avoid the crowds and everything is really busy - go for 2 nights at least and see some of the outer bay - pretty and less crowded. Swimming off the boat to a beach in the bay was just magical.

Would highly recommend this cruise, exceptional staff and exceptional surroundings. The cabins were clean and comfortable and the food was delicious. Very well organised, we particularly enjoyed the kayaking. Minh was a very attentive host.

We had a perfect time on the Hera Grand Luxury Cruise. Our cruisemanager Mr. Minh is very considerate towards all his passengers and kept our group together on busy moments. The trips were well organised and very agreeable. The staff on the boat are very friendly. We've also had help from Ms. Hana for the travel arrangements to the cruise and onwards for the next part of our journey. She communicated very clearly, also with Mr. Minh on the boat, so everything was taken care of. It was very pleasant this way. We loved the fact that we were on a smaller boat, with more personal attention. The Hera Grand Luxury is a beautiful wooden boat. A perfect location for a wonderfull trip! We liked the fact that we choose for a 3 day cruise, cause then you get to visit Lan Ha Bay as well which is less touristic and gives you more relaxing atmosphere.

I had the absolute pleasure of taking a two-night cruise on the Hera Grand Cruise in Ha Long Bay, and it was truly a highlight of my trip to Vietnam. From start to finish, everything was seamless, thanks in large part to the wonderful Hana, my representative. Hana was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to arrange smooth and reliable transfers from the airport to the cruise, and even took care of organizing transportation for the next leg of my journey once the cruise ended. Her attention to detail made everything stress-free and enjoyable. The boat itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, luxurious, and comfortable. The room was equally impressive: spacious, elegant, and offering breathtaking views of the bay. The staff onboard were warm, friendly, and impressively attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and their dedication to service made a lasting impression. The food onboard was fabulous—each meal was a delightful mix of local flavors and international dishes, served with care and flair. Itinerary highlights included kayaking through peaceful waters, exploring fascinating caves, and visiting a floating pearl farm. Each activity gave us a deeper appreciation for the culture and natural beauty of the region. Ha Long Bay itself is simply spectacular—towering limestone karsts, emerald waters, and serene landscapes that seem almost unreal. I’m so glad I chose the two-night option; it provided enough time to truly relax and take in everything without feeling rushed. I think a one-night cruise might be a bit short to fully enjoy all the experiences on offer. Overall, this was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The Food was the most amazing, in flavour, presentation and in abundance. Full gourmet courses, that just kept coming. Our Host was fabulous and explained everything and every adventure so well. All Staff were very attentive. We chose this one for the small number of passengers and more interment and was pleased we did. Some boats are big and noisy.

The food was great. . The activities very good. I liked Sung Sot cave and Titop island. The cruise manager Mr Minh was excellent. . Smooth embarkation and disembarking. Hana assisted with our transportation, and communication was excellent. Although we were moved to a 2nd boat for our 2nd night, this was treated as an upgrade and we felt we benefitted from the 2 boat experience.

The prices of the drinks are quite high compared with Vietnam standards. The cruise is already expensive. However, there is a 2 hour long 'happy hour' and prices are still lower than UK prices. The boat was a little 'worn', but this didn't affect our enjoyment at all.

The 2 night stay was perfect. Gave you a chance to see the beautiful formations and sit amongst them. The crew couldn’t do enough for you. Minh the cruise leader was excellent.

To be a bit picky the finer details for cleaning but can imagine how difficult it would be to keep the ship in service all the time and to attend to the finer details. Overall cleaning was great.

From the time when a did booking through booking.com I was assisted by Hana ..so nice of her..she arranged all our transport from Ninh Binh to halong cruise then to city and to airport in nice luxury car for our big 7 persons family in time and with in touch on single click..that means a lot to us when we travelling with kids..thank you dear Hana. Every thing from checking boarding in cruise was easy and quick. Food served each time was tasty and looking very nice .kids enjoyed lot. Cruise has many nice places to take memorable photos. Rooms are clean with pleasant light and views.. Outdoor Activities also very well planned and relaxing guided by Tony very nice brother thanks to him lot from all of us. Very caring person guided all us in every place with all time management..and told us hystory culture and geography of all vietnam.. On board activities also nice planned with food and coffee happy hours that enjoyed by all tourists like a big family.. and specially that were arranged in manner that all age group peoples enjoy.. we dance together and celebrated every moment . After dinner fishing also enjoyed by kids making them familier with sea and it's environment. Overall Hera grand is must do experience with high luxury activities and making your all time beautiful memories.. Thank you again..

We had such a great time on the Hera Grand Lux Cruise—it honestly exceeded all our expectations. The boat is beautiful and feels luxurious and vintage vibes. Our cabin was super comfortable with big windows, so we could enjoy the views even when just relaxing in the room. The staff were incredibly friendly. The food was a big highlight—everything we ate was delicious (except for on the excursion) and beautifully presented. The activities were well-organized and fun, from kayaking and visiting caves to squid fishing. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. If you're thinking about booking this cruise—do it. It’s a fantastic way to experience the area, and we’d 100% do it again! If you want something more modern I highly suggest booking the Amanda luxury Cruise which we also got to try due to a booking error.

There is too many activities to do. Honestly if you practicipate in everything there is no need to book the more expensive room because you don't spend much time in it. Wifi is spotty at best but you really dont need the internet with so many things to do. Unfortunately weather was terrible however this is because we choose to come in the offpeak season as I dont like crowds. Definitely would come back in spring/summer despite crowds On the second day we had a day excursion on another provider with other day cruise customers the food wasnt as nice. The main thing for me is not having my own bathroom. Keep in mind drinks are not included. They are cheaper than in western countries but still more expensive than SEA. Its best to keep a tally yourself so you don't get sticker shock. I wasnt able to drink because of medication so it wasnt an issue for me however i did over hear another guest complaining about this when we had to pay at the end. There was a bit of a mix-up with the booking and we were accidentally double-booked for the second night. But the staff handled it really well—they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite on the Amanda Cruise for the next day, and it was incredible. The room was huge, with a private balcony and amazing views. It ended up being a really fun twist to experience both cruises! Please also bear in mind the shuttle only offers drop offs to old quarter. Me and my partner decided to change the last leg of our journey due to weather and upgraded our hotel to one in west lake. This meant the shuttle dropped us off in the middle of no where as we were not going to old quarter . The staff at hera cruise was very nice and even dropped off a little gift (vietnamese coffee and plunger) at our hotel in westlake

we liked the day tour to the village which included a bike tour ,kayaking and excellent food. The staff on the day trip were excellent.

The day trip also included a trip to a pearl farm. There was no mention of this visit from anyone that it was included in the day trip and we did not enjoy this part of it. In terms of the actual boat ,we did not like the fact that we got switched to a different boat last minute. We also did not believe the switch in boat was like for like in what we paid ( room size ,size of boat etc).The food on boat was very disappointing.

Unfortunately, I have to say that there was absolutely nothing enjoyable on this entire trip.

The Hera Grand Luxury Cruise did not live up to its description. My suite smelled heavily of kerosene, the interior was dated and damaged, and the so-called private terrace was not usable due to poor condition. The ship showed considerable signs of wear, lack of maintenance, and the overall atmosphere onboard was far from relaxing — including a missing enjoyable sun deck as there was no sun protection and very limited communication with the staff due to language barriers. Additionally, drinks were significantly overpriced compared to other luxury options in Vietnam. This cruise was an extremely disappointing experience overall, and I would not recommend it to travelers seeking a genuine luxury stay in Halong Bay.

Room, sightseeing tour, staff behavior , Cruise virtual co ordinator miss Hana was very nice and helpfull , she manage first to last all transfer and all the things for Cruise tour very well. Cruise manager Mr. Dan was very good to communicate ,knowledgeable and friendly behavior, manage our trip so well

Food, property was quite old, not maintained well.

Unfortunately, we did not get to stay this cruise as two days prior, we were told the boat was in dry dock & they offered a transfer to a different cruise. They sold this as an upgrade, so we agreed, but it was not as we had originally booked two king suites & were given a suite & standard room. We were not happy & eventually they did compensate a refund, 10% of cost. However, we would still have preferred to be on original cruise as the rooms looked much better. Positively though, Ms Hana, who we corresponded with from booking to the end, was brilliant & could not have tried to help any more for us to have a great experience. We went on the Le Journey Elegance Cruise and it was fabulous apart from the room situation. Staff were excellent. We had two cruise managers Dee & Tony, Tony was excellent & got the party started on the deck. We were overrwhelmed with the amount of food and quality. We had a range of dietary requirements & all were met without any problems. Overall, it was an excellent experience in a beautiful place. 9/10 for the change of cruise & room situation.

Hello , The food was really nice, the staff was very very gentle, everything was very clean! The location amazing. Mrs. Hana helped us so well during the whole journey. She was amazing. I would recommend her to everybody!!!!

The activities could be maybe a little bit more variable. But for the rest ...... our stay was perfect!

We had a wonderful time in Ha Long Bay, hosted by Tony (1 night) and Minh (2 nights) as managers of the cruise and their wonderful team. We really loved the the two day cruises we went on as they were different and had fun activities. Again, the staff was absolutely amazing!

The cruise was mainly catered to guests staying 2 days and 1 night (97% of guests, according to one guide) and not so much towards guests staying 2 nights or longer (3 nights in our case), which actually allows you to see way more of beautiful Ha Long Bay. It made the food and program on the cruise a bit repetitive, but can’t fault the staff. They were amazing and did their very best to switch things up.

The staff were excellent. The food was amazing. I thought we would have option of excursions but you get put on day boat for Day number two.

Slightly too much excursion time and entertainment. Some cabin chilled time would be good. The weather was bad which didn’t help. The crowds at caves and beach were awful.

Communication from this company is exceptionally good from start to finish. Very helpful.

When they charges for a glass of water with the meal is unfair cos a basic first glass of water is a necessity.

We loved our cruise with Hera Grand Lux. Our host Minh was fantastic and the other staff were lovely. The food was incredible! Recommend two nights! Loved our second day exploring the quieter areas.

The staff were great, views were breathtaking, food was amazing. I really can't fault the cruise, I'd happily come back with the same crew and ive recommended it to family and friends. 10/10

From planning and communication to organization and the experience on-site, everything was excellent. There was an issue with our original booking, but the team led by Ms. Hana proactively offered us an even better alternative. The trip was absolutely breathtaking. The staff on-site were very friendly and attentive, and their English was good. The food was delicious, and Mr. Lee, the cruise manager, ensured that everything was perfectly organized while genuinely caring for the guests’ well-being. The ship was great, an older period boat with a cabin that could have been a Victoria schooner. Very classy. The staff were great and the food excellent.

The trip for the first day was crowded with so many other boats, the landings at the caves and the viewpoint were heavily overcrowded. However, the second day was beautiful. Much quieter, we seemed to have the bay to ourselves and the stops were more atmospheric because of the solitude. I would recommend the extra day.

The WhatsApp communication and service from the team prior to embarking was great. The Sea Star super yacht was absolutely stunning. Very luxurious! The facilities on board were first class. Food, service and staff were all excellent. The trips to the Pearl farm and caves topped off our Halong Bay experience. A magical place to visit

We loved the floating scenery and the very helpful and sweet staff at the boat and the perfect guide, Ming for the tours. Food was outstanding! Hanna at the travel agency was accommodating and very helpful along the whole journey. Highly recommmendable!

Ha Long bay was totally beautiful, and transport to and from the cruise was easy and convenient. Staff were uniformly friendly.

The communication about which cruise we were on (the company changed name a few times!) and the itinerary to expect was poor. Our boat thought we were only there for one night when in fact it was two, and the activities that took place didn't match the website. We still had a good time but it was a little disorganised.

The second day boat was very good and we got away from the huge crowds

There were wood worm in the walls and ceilings and you could hear them munching away all night. The room had been “fixed” with gaffer tape in several areas and looked very tatty
