I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and service provided throughout the trip. Every member of the crew was attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring that guests had an enjoyable and memorable stay.

Everything was well organized from the moment we checked in until the end of the cruise, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Watching the sunrise from the sundeck was one of the highlights of the trip, creating a peaceful and unforgettable atmosphere.

Notre expérience à bord de cette croisière restera sans aucun doute l'un des plus beaux souvenirs de notre voyage au Vietnam. Les paysages étaient tout simplement spectaculaires, avec des panoramas à couper le souffle à chaque instant. Le confort de la cabine nous a permis de nous détendre pleinement tout au long du séjour. Chaque détail semblait avoir été soigneusement pensé, créant une ambiance paisible et agréable. Nous avons ainsi pu profiter pleinement de la beauté exceptionnelle de la baie et vivre une expérience aussi relaxante que mémorable.

Entre les paysages magnifiques et l'excellent service à bord, chaque instant du voyage a été un vrai bonheur. Un grand merci également à Jade, toujours réactive et atttentive, qui nous a apporté son aide avec efficacité chaque fois que nous en avions besoin.

Nous avons énormément apprécié cette croisière. Les paysages étaient absolument magnifiques et le confort de l’hébergement a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Tout était parfaitement organisé, ce qui nous a permis de nous détendre et de profiter pleinement de la beauté du voyage.

The room was cozy and comfortable, and having a private balcony made it even more special as we could fully appreciate the beautiful views. The food was also very good and exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable trip, with a welcoming atmosphere throughout the cruise that made us feel at ease from start to finish.

The Hera Classic Boutique cruise stood out immediately thanks to its beautiful wooden structure, it feels classic, cozy, and full of character. Exploring Ha Long Bay on such a special boat made the trip even more memorable. I also appreciated the variety of activities, the tasty meals, and the friendly, attentive service from the staff.

We had a very memorable trip. They organized a birthday celebration for my wife during dinner and beautifully decorated the room when we checked in. The staff on the cruise were very friendly and enthusiastic.

The traditional wooden design made it stand out and added a warm, intimate feel to the experience. Cruising through the stunning landscapes of Ha Long Bay on such a unique boat was unforgettable.

Its not actually a cruise .the ship parks for the entire time with day trips. The drinks are charged in American dollars at 4-8 times the cost of normal Vietnam prices. You lose first morning and last afternoon counted as 2 days

Tout était bien surtout le dîner du nouvel an vriament très bien. Sauf peut être l’odeur dégage par le moteur du bateau.

Las excursiones, la puntualidad, la comida muy buena y abundante. Pero lo que fue sobresaliente es la comunicación previa al viaje y durante con Jade, que nos dio soporte todo el tiempo, hasta nos consiguió taxi después del check out. Realmente un lujo

A la habitación con balcón le falta un poco de privacidad por estar orientada hacia la proa del barco donde el personal hace maniobras y además tiene acceso al público en general y eso obliga a cerrar tus cortinas

Mi estancia con HERA Cruise en Vietnam fue profundamente decepcionante. Durante el viaje experimenté un trato inapropiado y discriminatorio, con actitudes que percibí como xenófobas y sexistas, relacionadas con el hecho de ser una mujer occidental viajando sola. Esta situación afectó gravemente mi experiencia y arruinó mis vacaciones de Navidad. Tras lo ocurrido, solicité la devolución del dinero, la cual aún no ha sido realizada, pese a múltiples correos intercambiados con la empresa. No he recibido una solución justa ni responsable. Considero muy preocupante la falta de profesionalismo, empatía y responsabilidad mostrada. No recomiendo este crucero a quienes busquen respeto, seguridad y un servicio acorde a estándares internacionales.

We were upgraded to the Hera Grand Luxury Cruise due to a cabin issue with our boat The food was outstanding and there was never a shortage of food. The room was spacious for a boat and bathroom very nice. Dining room and top deck entertaining area also good The additional services of ensuring transfers to and from the boat were great. The staff were very accommodating to facilitate us and our luggage.

The communication about the activities was not always clear. If you do the 2 night tour (highly recommend as you get to actually get lost in the rock formations, swim and kayak without others around) you spend the day on a separate boat (not the boat you sleep on) before returning to the usual boat, so make sure to pack a day bag Only one of the staff members spoke English, which meant communication was somewhat difficult when he was unavailable. The 1st day trip to the caves / Titop beach is just full of tourists. Felt like cattle lining up for 20-30 minutes just to access the attractions. The middle day of the 2 night stay was way better with way less tourists Bathroom sink was blocked and wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay.

El guía y la tripulación se esfuerzan en hacerte sentir agusto. Lo mejor es el día 2 de 3 (si haces 3D 2N), en el que te juntan con otros clientes de varios barcos para nadar en 3 peach beach, cayak 15min hasta una cueva con playa privada y fábrica de perlas. Te dejan toalla y te incluye la comida. Este barco, aunque no tenía camarotes estaba en mejor estado que el nuestro principal. Te escriben por whatsapp para preguntarte en todo momento si estás bien. La relación calidad precio esta bien, porque viendo el resto de barcos todos hacen lo mismo, por lo que es, en el fondo, una buena elección.

Ya habíamos leído que a veces te cambian de barco alegando problemas en el contratado. Y así fue. Nos movieron del "Boutique al Luxury", supuestamente era mejor. Pero la calidad es justita. Son instalaciones que se usan mucho a diario y están gastadas. Sales del puerto n• 12, te llevan con el barco grande hasta la bahía principal, llena de barcos, amarras y de ahí con una barca pequeña a las actividades. El barco grande no se mueve de ahí. Recomiendo encarecidamente 2 noches ya que el primer y último día (equivalente a 1 noche) es una turistada total. Subir al ti top y la cueva, asi como la laguna de kayak son actividades repletas de gente. La comida te la sirven como "de lujo" y en realidad no es deliciosa. Y no es mucha cantidad. No hay agua caliente en la ducha. Imposible conectarse al Wifi en toda la travesía.

Habitaciones espaciosas, el personal muy atento y comida muy buena. Están pendientes de todo, hay excursiones como Kayak, visita a una playa, clase de cocina.... no te aburres y merece la pena la experiencia.

No cumplir lo acordado, no hubo masaje de pies, ni 7 comidas, nos llevaron a puerto antes de tiempo por tormentas y nos quitaron una comida que no nos compensaron con nada, bebidas cara y el café del desayuno malísimo

The cruise was full of activities. So we were never bored. Dan as cruise manager was very nice and interactive. We visited caves, an island for swimming, had tai chi and some sunset party. We are vegetarian, and we had informed them. So they made special arrangements for us for food.

Oltre alla crociera, siamo riusciti a fare una escursione nelle isole, un bagno sulla spiaggia, e una gita in Kayak per vedere le scimmie. Il cibo a bordo è ottimo e incluso nel prezzo. Bevande escluse. Il personale di bordo molto efficiente, con un po’ di difficoltà a parlare l’inglese.

Le personnel est au petit soin, très souriant et arrangeant, les transferts avant et après ont été très bien organisés avec une communication constante et rassurante. Le bateau est bien équipé et le dîner sur la baie d’Halong était juste magique et splendide.

Il faut être préparé au fait que l’endroit est vraiment très touristique et que tout le mode fait les mêmes activités au même moment…

The restaurant team, waiters, bar staff, and kitchen crew were all friendly, attentive, and truly did their best to deliver good service within their area. The location of the ship, especially during sunrise and sunset, was beautiful. The room itself was spacious and nicely designed – and we did enjoy the kayaking despite the environmental issues.

Ha Long bay is beautiful and definitely worth the visit. The trips were lots of fun. The views from the deck from dinner were fantastic. The only reason I am not giving a low score rating is because I know the staff were trying to make up for how disappointed we were with booking experience.

Very difficult to write this review as even though I booked Hera cruise, my review is of the cruise they changed us to without our permission or consent: Amanda cruise. The booking was a terrible experience for me. First of all I made the booking after few weeks of thorough search of different cruises looking for the best option for us. We wanted a small cruise experience and the fact it stated it was “all inclusive” was also nice. Then with less than 24 hours notice we get a message from the booking company on WhatsApp to let us know our cruise will not be going ahead because the boat can’t leave the dock but they will be transferring our booking to a different cruise from their parent company. They kept repeating how we should be grateful because they aren’t making us pay extra for the change! I have never experienced such lack of professionalism, as they didn’t even ask us for our opinion, didn’t give us an option to cancel and I had to ask a couple of times for them to even send us the link to the new cruise!! And we never would have opted for the bigger cruise. And finally they told us that their interpretation of “all inclusive” is complementary water bottles. No other country I have ever been to has had such interpretation and according to Vietnamese websites, no other hotel or cruise in Vietnam has this interpretation. Therefore, I would not recommend booking with this company unless you are flexible to change and you don’t care about your opinion being taken into consideration.

The actual cruise was excellent. The staff, the food and the facilities were all very, very good. Unfortunately, many other companies are providing / completing the same tour. Therefore, whenever you get off the boat, you're in lines and it's very crowded. Whilst this is not something the cruise company can really control, it did, however, distract from the overall experience. I was surprised that when the trip booked included all the food, that there was no water provided during meals. And no tea or coffee with breakfast. Each of these needed to be purchased at additional cost. Whilst I would expect and happily pay for alcohol, soft drinks and any special coffees etc., I would have thought that water and basic tea or coffee with breakfast would be provided.

I also booked transfers. With the company to and from the hotels I was staying at. These were not handled as well as the cruise. My main concern was with the transfer after the cruise, where we waited nearly an hour before the transfer showed up (after the scheduled arrival time. Then, after an hour or so. - we stopped at a tourist shopping center. This was purely designed for us to spend more money. We were shunted off the bus for half an hour. The vast majority of the passengers were very surprised and annoyed. I expect this when travelling on cheap tours around Asia. However, it was totally unexpected on a transfer between a cruise finishing and the hotel that we were staying at. I would have booked a private transfer if this was known from the start. Over 5 hours from the time the boat docked to arriving at our hotel, rather than 2.5 hours is ridiculous.

Dan our ship captain was amazing and very friendly. My entire group enjoyed our stay and I will certainly recommend this cruise to my friends. The activity planned on the cruise was very interesting and we got to explore HaLong Bay area in a great way.

Dan le Man is amazing. He is so helpful and caring. He helped us with all we needed. Made us feel comfortable and really ensure this trip was successful. The staffs was absolutely fantastic. You guys rock. I will be coming back and for sure will recommend Amanda Cruise to friends and families.

Very beautiful, intimate boat. Very professional staff Very good organization which allows you to have a very good overview of the bay and to do a variety of activities.

Our cruise director Hieu (Andy) was really lovely and very attentive to our needs, as we’re all the crew. The cabins are well presented and the beds very comfortable. Air conditioner works very well. The food is 5 star and presented so beautifully. There was way more food than we could possibly eat. The quality of the food was incredible and so very tasty. The drinks menu was comprehensive and Nghia and Antony mix a great cocktail and Gin & Tonic! Our trips to visit fishing villages, caves and to swim on a private sandy beach were just the perfect way to explore this amazing area of Vietnam. Having the whole ship to ourselves was such a pleasure and made the whole experience even better.

Excellent hospitality by Manager Dan and team. Amazing ambience and great effort at making vegetarian food available.. other activities which included Vietnamese fashion show and bamboo dance and singing made it more interesting. Keeping us all involved during our stay was great.

Our cruise director Andy oversaw every last detail ,he organised off boat tours looking at caves , cooking classes and tia chi in on the top deck in the morning. Anthony and Nghia attended to us leaving us wanting for nothing. There care was absolutely first class. Relaxing in room massage. The food was absolute fine dining. Way more than we could eat. Full bar with good range of cocktails. Amazing relaxing first class, you would not be disappointed!

Had an amazing trip aboard the Amanda Legends cruise. The boat has just 5 cabins which provides a more homely, cozy feeling for those seeking a more personal experience. Andy, our cruise manager was instrumental in ensuring our trip was a memorable one. He spoke fluently in English and was attentive to our every needs.

I joined with 5 years old kid. I was afraid of seasick or the activities going inside cave, riding canoe might be too difficult for him, but ended having so much fun！Andy and all the staffs had been friendly and kind. Good was tasty and there was enough.

My family and I have visited the bay 3 times, and it never disappoints me. Especially with our guide Dan, the best guide, he is attentive to everything, always taking care of all the details, he is fantastic, he helps us with everything, he has the patience to explain things as many times as necessary, especially when your level of English is low like mine. It's incredible.

We took two cruises to see Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay. Both boats are very comfortable and have everything you need to have a good experience. Our guide Dan was very kind and attentive to everything.

Wish we could have stayed for 2 nights instead of 1! The room on the cruise was extremely beautiful and the activities were well managed. Shout out to Mr Lee for taking good care of us while aboard.
