בארוחת הבוקר ביום הראשון היו דבורים, קיבלנו פתרון לשבת בחדר סגור וממוזג למרות שלא היה נראה שבימים אחרי היו דבורים. מבחינתנו הפתרון שקיבלנו היה מעולה.

De swim up kamers zijn ideaal. Zwembaden zijn lux. Voldoende ruimte.

Wel een scam als je taxi gaat bestellen via het hotel. Ze doen er hun eigen toeslag op maar dat is al gauw 300 baht voor een ritje van 5 minuten Hotel is vooral gericht op Indiase mensen.o

התארחנו זוג ו 3 ילדים בחדר, היה מאוד נוח ומרווח. בחדר חיכה לנו בארון תיק לבריכה, מוכן עם מגבות ייעודיות לבריכה ולידו כפכפים לכל האורחים, ממש חשבו על הכל! בנוסף בחדר יש מרפסת פונה לבריכה ואף אוהל משחק קטן לילדים. המלון מודרני ומקסים, בריכה ענקית ומפנקת, בעומק 1.2 מטר, כך שמתאימה מאוד לילדים. צוות המלון נכון לענות לכל בקשה ומביא עד החדר כל דבר שתזמינו בנוסף, תמיד מוכנים לעזור וליעץ בכל נושא. ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומגוונת. המלון ממוקם כ 15 דקות הליכה משוק הלילה ומרכז העניינים.

חדר האוכל פתוח כך שציפורים נכנסות כל הזמן, אוכלות פרורים ואף ראיתי ציפור אחת יושבת במחבת בטרם נדלקה האש והוכנו בה חביתות, ממש מזל שלא בנתה שם קן והטילה ביצים. בנוסף, דבורים רבות מגיעות לעמדת המיצים מה שמונע מילדים להתקרב אליה וכך אתה מוצא את עצמך כל רגע מטורטר להביא מיצים. כמו כן, עלול להיות מאוד מסוכן לבעלי אלרגיה לדבורים.

De swimuproom is echt zalig! Leuk dat alles hotelblokken verbonden zijn via een zwembad. Er stond een glijbaan en speelhuisje in het water, dit werd af en toe verplaatst wat wel leuk was als ouder. Ook een toffe kidsclub aanwezig. Heel erg lekker ontbijt!

Je moet een klein stukje wandelen naar het rustige gedeelte van het strand. Op zicht vonden wij dit helemaal niet erg.

Väskkillarna var glada och leende. Vi tvingades byta rum eftersom det var helt outhärdligt i det första, men det andra luktade i alla fall inte fukt

Jag är enormt besviken på min vistelse. Det kändes inte alls som att vara på semester. Personalen var extremt otrevlig. Speciellt managern, som höll en helt oacceptabel och oprofessionell ton i sin kommunikation. Hit kommer jag aldrig att återvända och jag rekommenderar ingen att bo här

Oui nous avons aimé notre séjour, piscines agréables et peu de monde à la période où nous étions. Le kids club et la salle de sport sont très bien équipés. Le personnel est agréable et souriant.

L’insonorisation, nous entendons les bruits de pas de l’étage au dessus. Peu de place dans la salle de bain pour les rangements

Ranajky výborne, teply a studený bufet. Vyberie si i vegetarián. Kava však nic moc.

Puch z klimatizácie a vlhké obliečky v 1 izbe z 5. Obliečky hned vymenili,puch ostal. Ostatné izby v nasej skupine boli ok.

essen ist sehr sehr gut für thai verhältnisse, lage ist gut, man ist schnell beim ao nang landmark nightmarket in die eine richtung und schnell zum monkey trail oder richtung railey wenn man links geht. viele tuk tuks, massage salons und ein seven eleven sind direkt um die ecke. auch exchange, frisör und alles ist gut zu erreichen.

Zimmer waren leicht muffig und alles war dauer feucht wenn man die klima anlage ausschaltet. wir waren 3 mal da, und 2 mal hatten wir schon das hotel voller indischer gäste, die haben leider kein benehmen im restaurant und schreien den ganzen tag am pool, sonst alles in ordnung

The culture and spirit among the staff. Amazing. People are the most important for us, when travelling with kids

The reasons I give a 8 and not 10, is based on the kids playroom. The trampoline is very unsafe, the 2 cars are broken, and I think the kids safety in a place where parents should be able to play and rest is key.

This is the second time i stayed here, 6 years ago was the first time. I knew i wanted to go back there. The location was wonderful, personele super friendly, excellent service. Pool access rooms excellent. Food is good, breakfast alot of choice.

Good location, a little bit out of the main bustle. Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of options. Nicely laid out pool area with sun loungers spread out in different pockets.

Bathroom products (shower gel) weren’t the best. Pool could have a few more loungers.

Abbiamo prenotato per caso pensando di fermarci una sola notte, alla fine siamo rimasti per 5 notti. La struttura è molto curata con camere ampie e silenziose. Colazione favolosa. Abbiamo cenato una sola volta a buffet in occasione del Songran e l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. La struttura si trova in posizione leggermente defilata dalla via principale il che garantisce tranquillità e poco traffico.

I liked the staff, we had a warm welcoming, the hotel has everything we need, amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms, excellent pool, massage, tourism agency for island trips at the hotel, excellent location, we had a dream holidays.

Très bel hotel, avec très grande piscine, accueil de luxe et personnelnrees aimable. La.litterie était confortable. Le petit déjeuner enorme avec plein de choix très bons ! Et il.y a également salle de sport, salle de activité pour les enfants : trop top !! L 'hébergement est de plus très bien situé. Plages et restaurants ok à pied.

Super limpo, quarto confortável, excelente pequeno almoço, espaços exteriores bem amplos e confortáveis.

Piscina mais linda que já vi. Quarto ótimo. Gentileza da bolsa de praia com toalhas no quarto achei muito legal. Café grande . Restaurante com muitas opções. Happy hour legal. Ofereceu possibilidades de transfer.

The territory was nice. The staff was kind and polite.

No power outlets in the bathroom. No potty available for toddlers. A little bit noisy at some moments (depends on guests). The beds and curtains need cleaning.

Absolutely Beautiful hotel, the best we’ve stayed in as a family. From arriving until we left the Staff couldn’t do enough for us, all so friendly & happy. Great location, food & drinks really nice, we was sad to leave this hotel.

We took the room with pool access in front of the Sunbird Bar. The pool was nice, the room was clean but very dated. The breakfast buffet was not worth the money paid. Very basic. The shuttles were constantly unavailable despite having a board with timing. The staff were consistently refusing requests, such as extra towels, spare keys, I had to go through an ordeal about asking for simple things like a spare room card. (I spent $1500 for this 5 day stay) At checkout, I was told to “leave room now” over the phone despite having asked for a bellboy to pick up my bags. I was barely 5 mins past check out time. We took a video of brown dirty water coming out of the shower (I can upload this where possible) and showed this to the receptionist and was dismissed with a “thank you for letting me know”. We chose to run the water till it cleared and then dealt with it considering we were going to spend a lot of time at the beaches. I can imagine that they’ve had some shitty tourists but you can’t treat everyone like they’re going to steal something from the room at checkout. The way we were spoken to throughout the stay was quite rubbish. I’m Malaysian and we come to Thailand regularly and this is quite absurd, the level of hospitality. Not worth the money at all. For the price I paid I should’ve taken the Holiday Inn I thank them for bringing a birthday cake when asked. That was well done. The travel counter next to the reception was very expensive compared to the agents nearer to ao nang beach and were forcing us to take their set packages only. Unattractive, and we got much better deals from the counter next to REEVE cafe at ao nang.

We had pool access room and was absolutely amazing , everything about the hotel was amazing . The staff , the location , the set up of hotel , the breakfast . Everything was perfect . Thankyou , would come back in a heartbeat .

Soba nam je bila blizu kanalizacije, pa se neugodan miris osjecao vecinu vremena. Dobilj smo sobu iznad djecjeg bazena, pa je bila buka vecinu vremena. Osoblje ne barata engleskim jezikom najbolje.

Nous venons tout les ans depuis 3 ans, jamais déçu. Nous prenons la chambre avec accès piscine pour notre petite fille , nous sommes toujours installée du côté de la patogeoire… chambre propre, personnel de chambre très agréable. Petit déjeuner plus que correcte

Personnel agressif, arnaque car j’ai réservé une chambre avec balcon , on me demande 4000 baht dès mon arrivée. L’hôtel est extrêmement sale. Il y a des cafards dans la salle de bain. On nous me dit : si vous n'êtes pas content, partez maintenant !

L'hotel est magnifique, au calme, bien entretenu, vraiment j y retournerais avec plaisir. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées, balcon ou terrasse, il ne manque rien. une navette peut vous deposer à la plage à certaines heures, un plus.

L'accueil est bien mais sans plus. je ne dirais pas non plus que je n'ai pas apprécié, mais c'est plutôt "froid" pour la Thailande, un peu surprenant, sauf pour le personnel d'entretien. Cela n'a en rien entaché notre séjour et toute demande est prise en compte et honorée rapidement.

Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und kinderlieb. Die Poolanlage war super, der Kids Club auch. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielseitig und ausreichend.

Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen hellhörig.

Nagyon csendes utcaban van a szalloda. A szobakhoz tartozo teraszrol egyenesen a medencebe lehetett menni. Tisztasag volt a szobakban es a parkban is.

Az etteremben a reggelizes alkalmaval az asztalokat higenikusabban kellene letisztitani, -ezt nagyon hianyoltam. Siman letoroltek a foldre a morzsat, es a szeket is azzal torolte mint az asztalt. Ilyenkor egy fertotlenito spray sokat segitene!

Super hôtel, très bonne atmosphère, la piscine qui traverse l'hôtel est géniale, la salle de sport est suffisante pour s'entretenir, salle de jeux pour les enfants. La chambre était spacieuse alors que nous avions un 3eme lit d'appoint. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Loin de la foule de ao nang beach, il a tout a proximité 7-eleven, restaurants, location de scooter.

The hotel was very welcoming and the staff were always polite and helpful. We enjoyed the very large choice of food at breakfast and the quality of meals from the restaurant. The hotel was located just a few minutes from the beach and long tail booking booths. A 7eleven, bars etc were just around the corner.

Il y avait tout ce qu’il faut, piscine, salle de sport, lit immense, balcon, panier avec serviettes de plage ce qui est exceptionnel dans un hôtel et vraiment pratique.

Je n’ai pas trouvé le sol bien lavé et je soupçonne les femmes de ménage de ne pas changer mes tasses de thé et petites cuillères (mais je n’en suis pas sûre). Il manquait de transat devant la piscine, mais ce n’est pas très grave. Dommage que la navette qui nous emmène à Ao nang beach, ne nous re dépose pas à l’hôtel.
