The venue was in a perfect location and the facilities suited my family. The courtyard was perfectly laid out as we had the children in full sight at all times while they relaxed in the spa pool. We will be returning 🥰

The location was excellent. Plenty of restaurants to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of places to walk and good to keep car in garage. Did the mountain walk. So conveniently located.

My daughter struggles with sleep when it is noisy with the boy racer cars driving around most of the night. I think because she has always lived on a farm. She did notice there were earmuffs provided though. I am used to traffic as grew up on Chelsea Sugar Refinery road and trucks always on the move.

We loved the location and how spotless clean it was. Communication was excellent.

Property very central and fully equipped with everything you need.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare during the day as limited on street parking in peak times.

Beautifully laid out beach house. Location was perfect for our needs. The little touches that made a huge difference ...quality shower gels/shampoos/handwash. ....decent coffee...salt and pepper. Usually it's something we pack with us as it's not provided. Beach towels...bath towels. Throws...cushions...beautifully decorated for comfort, ease and relaxation.

Everything! The location, the views, the attention to detail, cleanliness, the comfortable beds/pillows/couch, the spa, the amount of sunlight throughout the home, the incredible host.

This place is amazing, the host was very friendly and responsive when I had a question and everything was there that we needed. You couldn't ask for more for a better host and place to stay, I would definitely stay again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Everything was amazing. The location was perfect. You can walk everywhere. Bus service runs regularly, numerous restaurants, hot pools are only 1 minute away, the surf beach is 2-3 minutes walk, the child friendly beach is across the road, the views are awesome, the apartment was gorgeous, and so well equipped. It had a lovely spacious courtyard with plenty of outdoor furniture and large spa. Absolutely perfect. Awesome host. Great communication!

I loved everything about this apartment. It is two storey so the stairs may be an issue for some.

The location, the suitability for two couples to explore the environment and enjoy the towns many fun things to do. The apartment had everything we needed.

Stunning location: view of both the mount and the beach. Facilities were top-notch with those special touches. Easy walk to cafes, resto and happenings in the Mount. The beds were very comfortable and have all the facilities we need.

The parking was too tight for our van but we managed. Off-street parking was always full being there on a weekend. No sounds coming out from one of the TVs in the bedroom- couldn't figure out how to make it work.

Our overseas friends were so impressed with this location right under The Mt. They had easy access around the space and said the beds were comfortable. Better quality toilet tissue for longer staying guests would have been preferred. More tea towels and handy towels as multi day guests have dishes to do :) Families with young children may have a noise issue from car park across the road..although a busy corner,if on holiday it helps with the atmosphere and if lucky you get to watch the large ships come in.

Loved the proximity to the Mount, the beaches and the restaurants in town. The accommodation was very well equipped and a good size with plenty of space both inside and out.

Such a beautiful accomodation had everything you needed and more. The courtyard was great and spacious with bbq facilities outdoor furniture and not to mention the spa. Perfect getaway loved everything about our stay

Great place to stay for the my wife and I and our two small kids. Great location within walking distance to the beach and main eating/shopping street. Host was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Garage is small so our 4wd didn’t fit but managed with parking ok in surrounding area. As others have mentioned there is a bit of street racing which is a little distracting but normally quieten down around midnight. Hopefully can make it here again one day!

We loved this property had everything you could want . Was so lovely and clean well presented and location was fabulous so handy to cafes beach and even climbed the Mount.

The detail in knowing what one would need when staying has been thoughtfully planned and provided for. The location is excellent. Three toilets are awesome.

This isn’t the owner of the property’s responsibility: the loud cars that like to drive around the boat ramp, but I guess that would only happen on a Friday/Saturday.

Location amazing, the spa, bbq, comfortable beds and linens, sky tv for the rugby. Well equipped kitchen.

Dryer for towels would be a bonus. Garage too small for our vehicle

Great location with a view of Pilot Bay harbour out one side and out the other way to the Mt with just the road & campsite in between. Apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. The only down side was the teenagers gathering in car park across the road playing music and driving noisily. The spa was awesome which we used everyday & the hot pools are just across the road too.

The location, it was clean and a nice apartment

The heat pump wasn’t working - the heaters did not help in the evenings downstairs. The cameras - it said they were non operational but the cameras infra red lights were triggered by movement and no one wants to be watched. It’s unfortunate that it’s so noisy in the evenings with vehicles racing around (obviously aware this is out of your control)

The spa was perfect with Mauao backdrop. The facilities were of a good standard and communication from Fleur was brilliant. Such a perfect location!

Nothing - minor was the tight garage and the pavers outside the back door need an ant extermination - a bit of paving sand was moved in and out.

Fabulous location. Beautiful property. So well presented. Just lovely. Friendly host with great communication.

Not the hosts fault but the Mount needs to sort out the boy racer problem. On Friday night they were screaming up and down the road till about 2 in the morning- doing burnouts etc. The community needs to get together with the council and Police and find a solution. Speed humps down the harbour road would be a start - and Police presence.
