One bathroom shower the water is very hot even with low pressure. We end up using another bathroom. 2 lifts is not sufficient to go up n down especially peak period. Easily one hr just to get into the lift.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026katil double decker dalam bilik besar..kanak2 suka..bilik master pun seronok, boleh ajar anak2 cuba tidur sendri..ada disediakan telekung, sjadah, xtra bantal dan tilam..ada mesin basuh, iron, hair dryer sabun pun ada disediakan..kerusi banyak..kt luar ada, kt dalam ada..ade additional buai tu pun anak2 sye suke..
1. wifi problem - dia ade bg alternatif wifi, tp slow..last2 pkai hotspot sndri je.. 2. patutnya kena la kids friendly, tp semua pinggan mangkuk cawan kaca..nasib ada bawak pinggan disposible sendri.. 3. maintainance rumah mcm xjaga, penyangkut pun xda, dalam semua bilik xde cermin, kne guna cermin dalam toilet.. 4. sabun basuh pinggan yg disediakan xfunction..minyak pun xilang..sye kne bli pncuci pinggan sndri.. 5. toilet drain sumbat..xtaula sumbat ke xbukak ke, tp air bertakung..lantai licin berlumut.. 6. tent dgn rocking chair kt luar da jahanam..koyak2 reput..ptot kluarkan la, nti kang tiba2 kata kita yg buat, kne gnti rugi pulak.. 7.kalau kt luar tu kne bertudung, sbb org lalu lalang boleh nampk kita buat apa kt rumah.. 8. gambar dlm 40% xsama dgn yg dapat..dlm gmbar ada rice cooker, bole masak semua..tp rice cooker xde, stove pn rosak..xleh guna pun..instruction cara guna pn xde..pandai2 la sndri nk idup.. 9. air tapisan tu, xtaula mmg dia xde air sejuk ke, atau mesin tu rosak..(sebab xde label.dan instruction)..kita tgh pns sbb cuaca panas, nk mnum sejuk xde, dah kne manual tadah air dan sejukkn dlm peti..nsb cpt jugak sejuknye.. 10. xde tong sampah besar yg disediakan..jd smpah trpksa kumpul je dlm rumah..nk buang pn xde tong.. overall : boleh laa..kalau dia jaga maintainance, buat penambah baikan..innshaa Allah lg berbaloi dgn harga..

The whole apartment smell moldy from the moment we entered. Bathroom door has mold on the inside and bathroom wall is moldy. My kids refused to shower in it.

Wifi is very slow. TV could not connect to wifi hence couldn’t watch anything on tv as well. Aircon in one of the rooms couldn’t turn on. Sensor on automatic door lock is no longer sensitive - had to press multiple times to key in the password.

Facilities for kids were broken (repaired with cable ties, not safe for kids. My kid fell down while going up the stairs of the play house. Luckily no serious injury. The rooms were not very clean.

Not enough powerpoints, wifi was terrible, provided tv box but license for box has expired hence no tv time at all, sewer stench in the whole apartment on and off and worst of all had to kill small roaches in the apartment ..found 2 in the toilet and 1 at the kitchen.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026The property was not clean, especially the washroom. We also experienced issues with the stove and water dispenser. Although we requested assistance, the staff only attended to the problems the following day, just before our checkout. Another major concern was the lift service. The lifts were extremely slow, and at one point we waited nearly 45 minutes without being able to get in. Eventually, we had to use the stairs instead. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026非常不好的体验，我们出门晚上回去HomeStay进不到门，电子门锁没发应按不到密码进去，第一次遇到这样的情况，打给那边management 完全没人接听，我们一家人傻傻在外面等，去楼下security 问什么都不知道，只会叫我们打电话，过后我们怀疑电子门锁应该是没电了，摸到有USB充口出就拿powerbank充一下，万幸有电了按到密码进去，进去了门完全关不到。。因为电子门锁没电了，我们还要把电子门锁充一下电，隔天早上完全不敢出门吃早餐，怕出去进不来，只能叫grab food了。。这是我们家人非常难忘旅程

Yang tidak suka seperti tiada sabun pinggang disediakan..wifi kurang memuasakan untuk di atas tingkat 13A agak kurang ya dan paling penting yang sangat memerlukan tv agak tidak baik dan tidak memuaskan hati kerana tiada channel siaran langsung untuk toton oleh orang2 tua yang agak kurang gajed telefon masa perlukan tv tiada aktiviti itu saja harap perbaikki memilih untuk adakan recorde mytv terima kasih
