Therefore upon arrival you feel very welcomed . Easy to communicate with the host as well . The disposable toothpaste provided are good
The property is a little old . With some ants on the woods crawling around the toilet . The red color dish drainer is quite worn out .

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Spotlessly clean and tidy. The apartment is very spacious and in a lovely location overlooking the river and pool area. The riverfront property is a close walk to all the main areas, but in a quieter location. The large beds were comfortable. The owner communicated everything well. Check in was easy. The gate staff are very friendly. The property is very secure.
Not the owners fault at all… but there are only 4 pool loungers and one selfish guest left his towel on one of them whilst he left the pool area for a couple of hours, so nobody else would use it. Pool towels are not provided.

No safe place to store luggage after check-out. Water drainage at the master bedroom bathroom sink was slow. Should provide hooks in the 2nd bathroom. No teabags I couldn’t figure out how to switch off the aircon in the living room.

The host was very proactive, and key pickup was smooth and crystal clear. Also, the air conditioning was nice and cold, which was a huge plus! Would definitely book again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026The apartment is located superbly. Easy access to Jonker but not quite in its madness. It's also lovely- the layout of the apartment was great. Self check-in was easy.
Maybe the sofa and the armchair. Both of these looked a little cheap in the apartment- everything else looked good. They were also the least comfy, which was disappointing and they didn't look inviting to sit on. The cushions also looked a bit old and dirty.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026We arrived and a gentleman was there at the key collection area. He helped us explained the collection process. We went up and the house was so clean. Everything was well maintained and equipped. Will highly recommend to everyone.
The master bedroom toilet was so clean but second toilet was mouldy and not so clean. Otherwise everything is perfect.

The host was super responsive and gave so many details prior to our arrival to the property, so it was super easy to get our keys. The swimming pool was lovely, the location was amazing with amazing views. Lovely living room, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, comfortable beds, easy to use washer. It was a perfect stay. Withdrawn absolutely want to stay here again if I'm visiting Melaka.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Had such a pleasant stay here! The unit was very spacious and easy to access. Parking was also available, which made everything more convenient. The room and mattress were super comfortable — had a really good rest throughout the stay. Loved that the shampoo and body wash smelled so nice too ✨ The 24-hour swimming pool was definitely a plus, and the washer/dryer functioned perfectly well. The balcony was also really nice, with a beautiful river view and cruise scenery that made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience!
One thing that could be improved is the bathroom cleanliness. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty and slippery, possibly due to not being cleaned thoroughly. Other than that, the stay was comfortable overall.

Loved this apartment so much I wanted this as my retirement apartment. Close to Jonker street with shops, cafes and restaurants . Would certainly book again if I was in this part of the world again.

Reviewed May 1, 2026オランダ広場にも徒歩圏内で、近くにコンビニもありロケーションがとても良かった。 お部屋内も、少し古さは感じられるものの、その分、清潔で、重厚でレトロな雰囲気がとても良かった。お昼間は外が暑いので、途中シャワーを浴びたり、荷物を置きに来たりして、すぐにホテルに戻れるので、とても良かったです。また来たいです。

Host superb with communication and directions for all aspects of the apartment. Great value for money. Exceptional communication with host, clear and thoughtful directions for checking in and management of the apartment.
Suggest mosquito lotion if you want to sit on the balcony in the evening. This applies to everywhere in the area, not only the apartment.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Location is definitely a good choice as it just walking distance to Jonker street. The design of the apartment is vintage with enough sockets, WiFi speed is good enough for meeting, spacious rooms and hall and full set of kitchen utensils made available.
The designated parking for my booking is very narrow. Luckily the guard suggest us to park at anther available lot.

Fräsct, snyggt. Vi träffade ingen personal men hade kontakt över nätet. Varje fråga besvarades inom en minut. Obs! Detta är inget hotell utan några lägenheter i ett bostadshus.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Location was great. Self contained unit with cooking facilities. Apartment was clean and comfortable, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (only 1 ensuite) Close to Jonker Street and great view of Malacca River.
The microwave was a bit difficult to use given its position. Unit 88A 3-8 Would be nice if bathrooms had hooks for clothing. Nevertheless we had a great stay and will definitely recommend others.
