Good location.

There were moulds and cockroach. We requested it to be cleaned which was dealt with but after few days the insects are back.

It was good, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again

We stayed here in 2024 and again this time, the cockroach issue is still there

I loved my stay because it was very comfortable and truly felt like home. The place was also very quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The host was very accommodating, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. Everything was clean and well-prepared, making our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

We did notice a small cockroach during our stay, but it's understandable since this can sometimes happen in condominium buildings even when a unit is kept very clean, especially if neighboring units have pest issues. Overall, it didn't affect our experience.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very kind, responsive, and accommodating, especially with my requests. The location was convenient and close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten einige Probleme während unseres Aufenthalts: In der Wohnung waren zahlreiche Insekten (Schaben und anderes Ungeziefer) in der Küche, im Wohnbereich und im Bad. Der Geruch im Bad wirkte etwas modrig. Außerdem mussten wir 15 Minuten warten, bis wir einchecken konnten, da die Unterkunft noch nicht fertig gereinigt war (Check-in war ab 14 Uhr möglich, wir konnten erst um 14:30 Uhr hinein).

The host made it very easy! They gave me a code for the door so there was no key.

The toaster pumped out smoke and the building security had to come and check on me 😅

Amenities are good and super affordable.

Medyo matagal lang lumalamig, pwedeng mag add din efan sa sala or upgrade lang sa aircon but the rest is good. We slept comfortably.

Air-conditioner not working very well. There’s this smell (onion-like) that triggered migraines. Leak in the water tubings of the washer which wets the toilet floor. Bed soft with no adequate back support.

The location is great. The place is good with thoughtful freebies. I must say the honesty pantry store idea is superb. The host is very responsive. As for the areas for improvement, hope the bidet has its dedicated holder and hope the squeaky bed frame will be fixed. Overall, our stay is great and will surely book this again for another trip this June. Thank you.

We're satisfied with our overall stay. Simple but elegant room. Free usage of appliances and utensils. The guards are approachable.

The door lock code was automatically reset without our knowledge on the last day of our stay, prior to our check-out time. I had difficulty connecting with the host at that time since our mobile network signal was too weak in the area. I panicked when the door alarmed due to multiple incorrect attempts. We waited for 30-40 minutes until the host was able to provide the updated door code via Booking.com message. It would have been easier if the host had provided a phone number to reach her for urgent matters. There was also a small cockroach that messed up our food during our second night. 😔

Accessibility of the place was great, a lot of food stalls downstairs and a very comfy lobby, condo unit was very close to the elevator and easy to find. Bed was comfy, there was an extra mattress you could use, room smelled nice, air-conditioning worked great, comfort room was also very decent except that the bidet did not have a handle/holder which isn't really a bad thing, we just found it funny. Price was okay for the stay and considering it was really close to where we needed to be.

NOT the properties fault, but the building's elevators smelled like dirty laundry almost all of the time we stayed there, and the mobile signal in the lobby was very bad. there were also tiny cockroaches in the property but it wasn't that much of a bother. Also I wish the property managers would be more proactive with communication and/or provide a more convenient way of communication asides from booking/.com.

The owner is very accomadating in replying all my questions in the first day of stay. The unit is clean, very homy vibes. It feels like a home away from home. Very convenient in buying things i need because there are many resto and convenience store just within the area.

The size is perfect for 3 people. We used every corner fully.

There’s no netflix account for the guests and there’s a battery issue of the remote control.

The room was beautiful well kept and had everything a traveler could need. The host was very accommodating as well as the staff. Despite bus delays, we could still easily check in and enjoyed a good night of rest. The view is wonderful.

The host is very accommodating, she always answers our questions and inquiries, and her unit is very nice, modern design, it is really a great value for money. Also her unit has a balcony and a view of the swimming pool. They also gave us complimentary tissue and bottled water. There are also appliances you can use for cooking and an iron.

When we enter the lobby it takes us long to accept our bookings in that unit. The guard on duty said that they need to confirm it first to the admin. I contacted the host and she apologized for the inconvenience that's why she allowed us to stay until 2pm the next day.
