I love the hostess and the location. Food nearby, mall nearby, taxi easily found.

This apartment could be so much better it you would update the bathroom. It's discolored and needs a thorough cleaning. In addition, you need a larger trash can in the kitchen.

It was in a good location, the bed was super comfy and the aircon in the bedroom worked well.

There was a kettle but no tea, coffee, sugar or milk provided. There was no aircon in the living room / dining room so it was quite warm. You had to pay to use the pool but had to take the towel from your room. The main reception staff were pretty useless as far as information.

I booked a different hotel the first night we were there

Ew. Yuck. Gross. Do NOT stay here. To start, we paid and got confirmation of early check in. Upon arrival someone else was in the room. We had to wait somewhere else for over an hour. The manager asked if my wife was pregnant; she isn’t. When we came into the room people were still cleaning it. They left behind garbage and a dirty mop bucket. Sheets were not changed (see pictures). Almost everything in the place was broken. Cracked flooring throughout the house. Shower was broke. Light was broke. Door hinge broke. TV stand cracked. Air conditioner is as loud as a plane engine. We took pictures of everything. Property manager explained the owner knows but refuses to reinvest in the property. This place should not be allowed on Booking.com! They gave us used, stained, sheets and pillows. See the pictures!!! It gets worse! The dog barking at the end of the hall will keep you up all night. Vagrants outside the building are so aggressive that one slapped my arm and another tried to pick a fight with the security guard. Strip clubs and working women everywhere. Not kidding. We booked another hotel and left the next day. We forfeited several days at the property. I wish Booking.com sent an inspector to this place. I wish I could add all the photos I took. Deplorable.

Nice and cozy apartment, with a spectacular view, comfortable bed, an minibar. The staff was kind and helpful, and communication was very good. The check-in/check-out was easy and quick. It is in the Korean part of the city, we used grab to reach the city center, it was about a 10 minutes ride.

The apartment could use some renovation, but it was just fine for a couple of nights. The neighborhood isn't the best part of the city. Maybe as a woman, I wouldn't go for a walk alone, but we didn't have any weird situations.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was quite large, but one window unit for the entire space is out of touch with their pricing. I lost an item and housekeeping was kind enough to store it for a few days.

The girl at reception smiled a lot. The boys that fixed the WIFI and security box issues were lovely.

False advertising and we didn't get what we paid for. There was no balcony and no matter how much documentation I provided for the booking, management simply would not budge. The elevators broke down three times and the beds were very lumpy and hard.

I would not recommend this place. I booked a two-bedroom unit for my family of 4, advertised as having one king bed and two extra-large double beds. Instead, we were given two separate rooms, both with king beds only. When I raised this with the host, I was told that the lounge room sofa folded out. However, the sofa bed was not prepared, and it was not an extra-large double as advertised. Fortunately, we were able to swap units with someone we were travelling with. Even then, my son had to sleep in the lounge room on a fold-out bed with no blind, which was far from suitable. The apartment itself was very noisy. One bedroom had a motor directly outside the window that made it impossible to sleep. The floors were filthy—our feet were black after walking around—and the sheets did not feel clean or fresh. We also felt unsafe. There was no physical key, only a code, and no key or code required for the lift, which was concerning. The surrounding area felt uncomfortable and unsafe, with people loitering and staring whenever we left the building. We arrived at 10pm on Thursday and were meant to stay until Monday, but due to these issues, we left on Saturday. Overall, this accommodation did not match its listing and did not provide a clean, quiet, or safe environment for a family stay.

1.浴室水壓很小，水溫忽冷忽熱，感覺很不好。浴室排水也不好。 2.住了四晚，僅提供一次(一天份)的衛浴用品，跟飯店要還被拒絕。四天都沒有提供打掃清潔的服務。 3.床單看起來不太乾淨，不確定是否有按時清洗? 4.雖在高樓層22樓，但早上還是被街道喇叭聲吵醒。也會被隔壁開關門聲音吵醒。

The views from the Balcony to the Bay, WIFI works well however the first night didn't work. There is a Mall (Robinson) 10 minutes on walk....

The Apartment doesn't have washing machine, it is loud outside (cars day and night) even from the 36th floor, my floor. Furniture old and simple and location is nothing special. Intramuros for people who like culture like me, it's not near but also not far (45 minutes on walk if You are fast like me).

Nice lady at the front, easy communication

Extremely expensive (260€/night!!!!!) for an old, smelly apartment. So dirty and old that we did not dare to go see the swimming pool that we initially wanted to use. The pictures are Extremely misleading. The bed is an open sofa, not a real bed. The ammenities bottles were half used! The floor mat in the bathroom was stained and the shower curtain was probably not cleaned nor changed in the past 20 years. The fridge and the AC were sooooo noisy it drove us crazy. The only recent thing in the appartement was the microwave. Worst apartment of my entire stay in the Philippines. For this price we were expecting such a nice apartment. This is a shame. I hope these people are ashamed of the fake misleading pictures and description they put online.

The furnishings were old and falling apart. The sofa looks miserable. The floor was oily. The balcony is noisy and hot from the aircon exhaust. Not suitable for relaxing. There is a big step between the bathroom and the living room.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great experience. The only thing we missed was a walis tambo to sweep once in a while. You can have an every day cleaning service for additional charge, but that was not necessary for us. The toiletries was good for 2 days stay, but we had everything with us. So that was not a problem as well. Melanie does a great job and is really approachable. They provide a full service (cleaning, laundry, …) if you would like that at additional charge.

Only negative point for us was if you want to use the swimming pool. You have to pay 150PHP per day/per head. And that’s too much for somebody that is already paying there to stay. If you want to swim 30 min or the whole day, the price stays the same. Never experienced in all the hotels and condo’s I stayed, that a paying guest needs to pay extra to use the swimming pool

Great apartment. Very modern. It has all the commodities you usually don’t have in Philippines. Bed is really comfortable and great bathroom as well. It’s on a nice location but 20-30 minutes away from Intramuros (the center of the city)

The property was perfect for a great view of the ocean and Birdseye view of part of Manila. The apartment was all we needed and with extras in the fridge should we need them. Mel was a big plus for us, she was very attentive right from pick up at the airport.
