Si volviera a Venecia sin duda repetiría en este hotel. El personal de recepción, limpieza y cafetería extraordinario. Estaba todo muy limpio. El desayuno correcto. La ubicación inmejorable, cogimos el Alilaguna desde el aeropuerto para llegar al hotel y nos bajamos en una parada que se ubica a 1 minuto del hotel. A 3 minutos de San Marcos. Una elección perfecta.

Mi experiencia en el alojamiento fue excelente. Todo estuvo muy bien, desde la ubicación y la limpieza hasta la atención del personal. La habitación era cómoda y estaba todo muy cuidado. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia y sin duda repetiríamos.

The room I was assigned is most definitely not the room which I booked via the Booking.com platform. As soon as I arrived and saw the room, I went to the reception to show them the room type I had booked (and the stark difference in photos of what was listed online and the photos I took of the room they’d placed us in) and ask if they could move us. The man on the front desk was rude and dismissive and told me nothing could be done till the next day (manager would be on in the morning). I called Booking.com to notify them - they have still not done anything about it, citing they have gotten no response from the Hotel. It is essentially fraudulently to misrepresent a product or service. The difference was so stark there can be no room for interpretation. I would not have booked this room if I had seen it listed online. I would not have written such a scathing comment if the hotel has listened to my complain and been more receptive in person (the manager was also quite rude) and refused to acknowledge that the room was not shown at all in any of the 50+ photos on Booking.com for the Deluxe Double. They will not offer a partial refund. Included are: 1. photo is the room they provided 2. photos of examples of the Deluxe Double listing on Booking.com 3. photo is the room I eventually had them deign to move us into (which matched the listing on the website and was very nice) I would have appreciated and likely moved on from the issue should the hotel have acknowledged and apologised for the misrepresentation as an honest mistake, and I frankly don’t appreciate them patronising me. Booking.com’s customer service has also been beyond acceptable given we’re supposed to have ‘Genius 3 VIP’ servicing. As a platform, you should be able to engage with providers on their behalf should there be a reasonable issue.

I loved the location, the staff were nice and overall enjoyed my stay with no issues. I did like even small rooms have balconies. Also, the breakfast was great, a good variety.

Odamız harikaydı. Otel çok temiz ve ambiyansı çok güzeldi. Klima sistemi çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımseverdi.

Ubicación perfecta , cama cómodo sima y amplia, techos altos y buena climatización . Si volvemos repetimos. El único pero , el precio alto, pero para unos pocos días merece la pena.

L’emplacement est idéal, la décoration est bien agencée. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Peut être pour émettre une critique c’est le fait que l’ascenseur est au premier étage et qu’il faut monter un escalier et faire un parcours pour arriver jusqu’à l’ascenseur. Ce n’est pas évident pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

M'he allotjat a molts llocs, i puc dir que és dels millors hotels que m'he allotjat en molts aspectes: relació qualitat-preu, ubicació, simpatia dels treballadors, etc.

Si he de posar un "però", seria que les habitacions no estan 100% ben aïllades.

В номере мошкара от каналов видимо, а таблетка например всего одна от комаров и ее недостаточно для всего помещения, в помещении влажность. Не было биде в номере! Наверху с 5 утра были громкие движения, как будто переставляли мебель либо там находится хозяйственное помещение, в котором с раннего утра начинается движение, которое мешало моему полноценному отдыху

Lovely comfortable room with a canal view. Located in a quiet area where you could explore the whole island. Close to vaparetto stops making getting to other islands or the airport very easy. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast pleasant.

While the building has a lift it doesn’t access the 1st floor meaning we had to ‘tip’ for our bags to be taken up and down

The location is perfect and the staff are amazing! Our room was air conditioned, which was very much needed. Location was within easy reach of boat stop, and we had a private water taxi for our return to the airport - all arranged by the hotel.

The shower cubicle is pretty small - but still a great shower!

Localização excelente, muito perto da Praça de S. Marcos e ainda mais da paragem do barco que faz a carreira entre o aeroporto e o local do hotel. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Alojamento sempre muito asseado.

O único contratempo foi a falta de água e de eletricidade na manhã da saída do hotel, embora se compreenda que tenha sido uma situação que não é nada habitual acontecer.

We enjoyed an excellent breakfast, husband vegan diet and plenty of choice. Staff extremely accommodating and helpful. Location was superb boat to hotel no bridges to cross, perfect short distance. 10 minutes walk from St Mark's Square.

The staff at this hotel are not helpful at all. When we returned from a day trip we noticed housekeeping had been in our room despite leaving a do not disturb sign on the door. The housekeeper had left the door actually open so anybody could’ve got in the room. She ran past my partner and was speaking at us in Italian knowing we did not understand her. We went to reception to inform them about the situation to which they called housekeeping who said that we had asked her for clean towels which is a blatant lie as we had been out from 8am-2pm which is when we seen our open door. The do not disturb sign was on the floor which the housekeeper picked up and put back on the handle. The hotel staff never mentioned this incident again, they didn’t apologise. I reached out to booking.com and hotel are denying. Please be careful with your stuff here, don’t keep anything out keep everything locked away

The shower room, I’m tiny and I struggled in the shower! My partner hardly fitted and banged his head a lot as the slope / ceiling so low.

A localização do hotel é espetacular, tem uma parada do vaporetto do lado! O café da manhã era muito bom, no bar do hotel que é no estilo veneziano, super gostoso. As camas muito confortáveis. Localização tranquila sem barulho.

Location, service, comfortable stay. I felt safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast was worth it.

No elevator from lobby to 1st floor but this is minor. It was just one flight of stairs. There was a elevator from 1st floor up.

Air condition was quoted as part of the room, but it was highly insufficiant and would shut off for 2-4 hours at a time after working for only about an hour at a time. The control board on the wall was useless as the air came on only birefly and on it's own schedule. Room temp at night reached 86 degrees

Great location and comfortable room. Quite spacious with a good bathroom.

Safe was battery powered and out of power when we arrived. Fridge did not work. Told reception about the fridge and they assured us it would cool down after a few hours of being in the room. It didn’t, it was still warm, and our groceries were spoiled in the morning.

Wir hatten ein sehr großes, schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Vorplatz! Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem typischen venezianischem Hotel, mit sehr guter Lage! Die Zufahrt mit dem Boot direkt zum Hoteleingang war ein Highlight! Das nächstemal wieder!

Great location, there was also a complimentary glass blowing session in Murano with free water taxi to the island that we really enjoyed the entire experience

Only some of the staff seemed a litte impatient when asking questions about the glass blowing trip and other times didnt seem welcoming when approaching the desk

Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt für Fußwege zu wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in alle Richtungen optimal, auch zum Vaporetto geht man nur eine Minute! Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut.

J’avais choisi une chambre deluxe et j’ai demandé une vue sur campo (place devant l’hôtel). Superbe chambre pour un prix très raisonnable. Avec une chambre deluxe on est dans l’équivalent d’un 4*. Je vous recommande cet hôtel très bien en situé dans un endroit assez calme et à proximité du grand canal et de la station de vaporeto qui est aussi la station de la navette vers l’aéroport

とにかくロケーションが良いです。ベネチアには過去4回訪問していますが、全てこのホテルを利用しています。設備に多少不満があっても、立地条件だけで選択する価値ありです。

シャワーが取り外し不可で、ちょっと不便でした。バスタブは無くてもいいので、シャワーが取り外せると良いです。部屋によって違うのかもしれませんが…。

Very easy to get to hotel by the public water taxi. No stairs or rough terrain to drag luggage thru -very easy to maneuver. Location was good and if you like to shop at high end stores it is a perfect spot. They were a 1 minute walk from hotel.
