Một trải nghiệm khá dễ chịu. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, dịch vụ chu đáo và mọi thứ đều được chuẩn bị rất tốt. Mình đặc biệt thích vị trí vì khá thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, nhất là trong những ngày bận rộn với công việc. Mình rất hài lòng với lần lưu trú này và chắc chắn sẽ lựa chọn cho chuyến công tác dài ngày sắp tới. Cảm ơn Yu Stay đã mang đến một nơi ở thoải mái và thuận tiện nhé!

Mình vừa có chuyến công tác tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh và đã nghỉ 1 đêm tại đây. Mọi thứ rất tốt, phòng sạch sẽ, dịch vụ tốt và cực kỳ chu đáo. Đặc biệt, vị trí thuận tiện nên việc di chuyển trong thời gian công tác rất dễ dàng. Mình khá hài lòng với trải nghiệm ở đây và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại Yu Stay trong chuyến công tác dài ngày tiếp theo. 這家住宿很不錯，有機會下次還會住。入住前用 WhatsApp 聯繫回覆超快，辦理入住也很迅速。房間設施沒什麼大問題，而且附近就有 7-11，補給超方便！是現金付款，記得要多換錢。

المكان عباره عن شقه غرفتين وصاله ومطبخ وشرفه وطاولة اكل وحمام اكرمكم الله في برج يتكون من اكثر من 30 طابق بس للامانه نظيف جداً وفيه أمن وموقعه ممتاز قريب من الخدمات مثل سفن أليفن و فاملي ماركت والعديد من البقالات والمطاعم الحلال يصلح للعوئل الصغيره صراحه اقامة ممتعه

The property was light and spacious. Well equipped

The beds were rock hard. Even after another topper been dropped off. We didn’t sleep for 4 days. Also there is a whole tower block being constructed opposite the balcony.

Close to Central Market with plenty of street food and shops within walking distance. The bed was big and comfortable. The host responded quickly when we called for the door code. Cutlery and crockery were provided, which was helpful. The AC worked really well, very cold and great for the weather. It was also quiet at night.

There’s no daily housekeeping unless you pay extra. For a similar price, another 2-bedroom apartment we stayed at near Ben Thanh included daily housekeeping and bottled water, so this felt a bit lacking. Only one bathroom was available too and it was inconvenient for 4 people. There were quite a lot of ants, especially on the first day, we had to clean some up in the living room and bedroom. Some parts of the apartment also need maintenance (e.g. a bedroom light switch coming off the wall and a wobbly shower head). The washing machine seemed clogged with leftover detergent from previous guests, we tried using it but our clothes didn’t smell clean, so we ended up using a nearby laundry instead (which was very cheap).

Location was good

It smelt of smoke and had mouldy walls from the aircon leaking. There was only 1 towel per person for 4 nights stay. It would have been helpful if the was laundry detergent to do our washing. We left a day early as we could not handle the smell / mould on walls unfortunately. Also in some of the reviews of this place it states that there was a rooftop pool - this is not the case

Very good location

Everything is within my expectation.

Host did not inform me that he need to collect cash for the stay and cannot accept the credit card that I used to book my stay. We could not enjoy our stay as we need to waste time to find ways to make cash payment. We were worried that we will be kick out of the property if the payment was not made. The host should inform us no to worry and in the worse case, he would accept credit card.

Die Lage und der anfängliche Empfang waren in Ordnung.

Direkt nach der Ankunft wurde das Geld in Cash verlangt. Nach der Bezahlung wurde unsere Reservierung auf Booking storniert von Seiten des Vermieters. Auf meine Anfrage warum, hat er gesagt, dass es ein Versehen war von seinem Kollegen. In der letzten Nacht wurden wir dann noch beraubt. 2200€ und 1100$ wurden aus unseren Portemonnaies geklaut. Wir hatten alles eine Nacht vor der Abreise vorbereitet, so dass wir morgens nur raus müssen. Unsere Sachen lagen im Wohnzimmer. Morgens im Taxi ist uns dann aufgefallen, dass unser Geld weg war, was wir abends noch hatten. Das Soho Management hat angeblich Video Aufnahmen sich angeschaut. Leider wurden uns nur 2 Videos von morgens 7:19am gezeigt. Die ganze Nacht fehlt. Angeblich hätten sie sich das Video zu dritt angeschaut. Der Vermieter Yu Fee ist definitiv ein Lügner. Er kann mir angeblich das Video nicht schicken, er dürfe es nicht. Dann wiederum hat er mir Videos geschickt, aber nur von der Zeit als wir das Zimmer verlassen haben. Angeblich hat er es der Polizei gemeldet. Aber er behauptet die Polizei unternehme nichts. Er wurde auch direkt aggressiv und hat alles direkt verneint, er behauptet wir hätten es woanders verloren. Dann wiederum hat er gesagt, dass er schon öfter sowas erlebt hätte. Ganz fiese Nummer die dieser Besitzer mit dem Soho Management abzieht. Danke für Betrug und Ausbeutung. Wir wollen unser Geld zurück! Booking!

Good location and convenient to the main area.

The place is going downhill in facilities. It seems like they don’t really care about doing renovations or maintenance at all. Bathroom and bedroom are dirty, bedsheets colours even have odour and yellow marks.

The apartment was nice and clean. If was in a superb location in sunset town. Rooftop pool and being able to view the fireworks 9.30pm daily.

Daily towel replacement was not done.

Goede locatie, dichtbij de drukte, maar wel rustig. Lekker ruim en schoon. Goed contact met de host.

De eerste twee dagen hadden we lauw water bij de douche. Dit was de derde dag wel lekker warm. Bedden waren voor Nederlandse maatstaven wat hard.

De locatie en het uitzicht van het appartement zijn echt perfect! De host is makkelijk om mee te communiceren en reageert snel. Alles op loopafstand.

De bedden zijn erg hard, en ook al hou ik van harde matrassen vond ik dit bed wel erg hard.

An extremely neat and beautifully maintained apartment with a stunning view. Located in a prime area, it’s within walking distance to all major attractions and conveniences. Daily essentials are easily accessible with 7-Eleven, K-Mart, and Family Mart just around the corner.

It was clean and very comfortable. Superb location for all the City attractions and an amazing view of Ho Chi Minh City skyline. The restaraunt on the ground floor is really nice and comfortable.

Our 2 Bedroom apartment was on the 34th floor. We had a fantastic view of the city, and it was reasonably close to most things. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay.

The mattresses were a futon style, which we found a little firm for our liking, but this was just a personal preference.

It was lovely and clean and so close to everything. Checking was very easy and Yu was great to interact with. Definite stay here again.

Very good location, we could explore the city very easily. Nice view from windows, we were staying on 32 floor. Apartment has washing machine so we could use it, Netflix- everything you need for short stay

It was in a great location - about 15 mins walk to the covered market and other tourist attractions of the city. The views from our floor were amazing. Good contact throughout the stay. Very hassle free. The view from 26th floor is astonishing and the apartment is in great condition. Pictures are views taken from the apartment. Truly recommended!

The beds are harder than what we are used too, but we all slept well.

The location was excellent. We were interested in staying in District 1 and this apartment worked out very well for us. Most of the sights we were interested in were easily accessed on the Grab app, like the War Remnants Museum, The Opera House, The Saigon Post Office, Book Street, the markets.... The owner was in touch with us and was very accessible with help and information. The washing machine came in handy and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery.

Since we are light sleepers and we were two adults sharing a bed, it would had made it more comfortable to have two duvets instead of one. We did ask for an extra one but they couldn't provide it. Since we stayed for 4 nights, a change of towels would have been a welcome addition along with a bath mat .

Responsive host. Clear and prompt communication. Good size apartment. Nice city view. Location is convenient for visiting key attractions. Lots of food stalls nearby.

Small maintenance issues - toilet drain smells. Only 1 toilet roll for 2 night stay. Re-decoration after ceiling leak not completed.

The apartment itself was very nice. The owner was easy to deal with on Whatsapp.

If you don't have internet access then contacting the owner is nearly impossible. There is no concierge or help desk. When someone finally brought the elevator key and he was extremely rude.

Absolutely amazing host. Super clean, well kept, great location, very comfortable room.
