Ruim app. met grote garage

The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully presented — truly a pleasure to stay in. The host was exceptionally responsive and communicative throughout our visit. I would absolutely recommend this property without hesitation.

Large comfortable apartment with secure storage for bicycles within walking distance of the centre of Ypres.

Nothing

Bright and airy - although on a main road, noise was not an issue since there were ample windows at the rear which could be opened for fresh air at the rear of the apartment, but no noise. Parking V good indeed. Very comfortable - hosts responded V quickly to any questions. I'd be delighted to stay there again.

Stairs were quite steep - OK for me but my colleague found them too difficult (he uses a walking stick) and hence slept on the sofa (a good nights sleep)

Location just outside the main part of town within walking distance. Quite area and parking available

Nothing

cleanliness and location

steep stairs

Very comfortable and modern. Easy walk to centre of town.

This was a very spacious and well located apartment. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a great stay.

Lots of space. Clean and owner provided all the access information before we arrived

Steep narrow steps up to apartment and second floor but this is typical of properties in this area

Short walk into town. Easy parking Quite area Had everything you needed

Nothing

Convenient to the town, clean and well maintained.

Having to go through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom.

Very modern

I liked everything about the place

Amazing property Loads of space Covered parking for car

Clean and practical . Parking was good .

Bedrooms were adjoined , very narrow stairs . Warm for sleeping

Perfect quiet and near the centre

Steps into the property are steep but manageable 🤷🏽‍♂️

Very clean

Nothing all good

Nice apartment a short (10-20 min) walk from Ypres centre. Great to have parking on site. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

As others have said there are steep steps and the apartment layout means that people in one bedroom need to walk through another to get out. In terms of layout, which might be useful to know beforehand, the garage is on the ground level, the main flat bathroom, kitchen and living area are on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second/attic floor.

Good location

Stairs to the bedroom were a little steep and narrow. Light switch in bedroom not obvious

A very spacious place. The interior is modern and the kitchen has everything you need. The place is very clean and the 2 bedrooms are both full-sized. It's also within walking distance of the train station and the main attractions. There's a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away from the place.

It has everything but body soap and shampoo. It's no big deal , just a little surprising given that everything else is so well equipped.

Easy access into property via code. Large garage for secure parking. Excellent facilities and not lacking for anything at all. 20 mins walk into centre. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing

Space, garage storage was ideal, place to take boots and helmets off was excellent. Plenty of sockets. Ideal location to walk into town centre

Only very slight issue was one bedroom was walk through for the other, due to the design of the building there is nothing the owner could do about that and let's be honest, it's not hard to wear pj's! Aside from that it's absolutely faultless

Great location. 10 minute walk in to Ypres Lovely and big This was our second stay here. We love it as it has parking right outside.

You have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the second bedroom. Be mindful when book the stairs are steep.

Location, layout and parking

Steep stairs which might cause problems for some people

It was a small walk to town centre. Loved the space. Very clean

No tea towels. Minor detail

Location was perfect. Immaculate, modern and clean.

Stairs to bedrooms would benefit from a handrail

Although parking the car did not seem an issue in Ypres, a closed garage was the perfect fit for us, to have peace of mind. The flat could host more than 4 peoples easily, for two it was of course more than enough. All we needed for cooking was available, from the dishes to the utensils and condiments. We had free coffee for the morning routine also. Big bed in a big room, we had a very good night sleep as the street is very quiet at night, being slightly of-center. Slightly is the right word as we were at ~7 minutes walking distance from the old centre and ramparts, 15 minutes from the main square and beffroi.

No dislike as such. It would be a good idea to provide some oil and vinegar on top of the condiments, this would be a nice + for those willing to cook. The stairs to the rooms are quite steep and narrow - a rail would further impede the progress but some clever stuff to ensure an easier descent at night (when going to the toilets for example...) would be great. The exchanges with our host were swift and clear, I personally would have appreciated a quick meeting on arrival but my wife was content with it so it depends on the individuals.

The apartment was spacious and very well presented. We had everything we could have wanted for an overnight stay.

The access upstairs to the bedrooms would benefit from a handrail. We were one couple but if we had been 2 couples accessing the second bedroom through the first bedroom would have been a problem.

Really big and very comfortable!

Maybe one more toilet would have been great. Also, washing soap and handsoap could have been provided.

Nice, very spacious apartment, Clean kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds, secure parking inside your own garage, very close to the centre of Ypres and an absolute bargain.

The stairs from the Garage and up to the bedrooms are quite narrow and steep, not for those with mobility issues.

Wish that we'd been informed that it was necessary to go through one bedroom to get to the other in which case we would not have booked. Also stairs narrow and steep with no handrail, we found these quite dangerous.

Really spacious, light and clean. Great location and the garage was a definite plus! Comfy beds too!

This is not a criticism at all as we loved our stay but just be aware that the stairs are steep and the bathroom is on the floor below the bedrooms if coming with older people for example.

Location, price, cleanliness, amenities, access to garage. Communication with owner was excellent

Would have benefited from small heating appliance in the bedrooms. Stairs were fine for us, but may be an issue for guests with mobility issues.

The place was modern, clean and quiet. Brilliant having a garage. Walking distance to everything.

We couldn't work out how to turn heating on.

The location was perfect. We walked in twenty.minutes to the city.

The stairs to our bedrooms were to narrow. You cant change this we assume

A large apartment which is very clean and comfortable,. Perfect for our stay. Many thanks Xavier

Older people might find the staircase a little steep.

Parking was very convenient and location to access the centre of Ypres and shops meant all were walkable

The access to bedrooms with narrow steep staircases and no handrails

Large dining room/ kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Very spacious

Not much

Lovely stylish apartment

The stairs ware steep

Very large apartment with large bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Secure parking in private garage,. Very clean and quiet. Walking distance to city centre (about 15 mins)

Bedrooms upstairs were quite hot as we were traveling in mid summer. Steep stairs to access apartment which may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or large luggage.

Lovely appartment, beautifully clean , very friendly helpful and handsome host. Small walk into the centre, nice garage for the car and a space in the street also. The pillows were so comfortable , excellent

The only thing was the stairs. Very steep and small not really for older people,

spacious and a really good location! for two people there’s more than enough room and it was spotless

Wasn’t anything to fault at all! Stairs were very steep but that couldn’t be helped and we got used to them :)

lots of stairs - please mention before we book somewhere

Huge spacious property with very mod cons. Easy parking.

A little further out from the centre than anticipated but still within walking distance. Quite step stairs which may be an issue for those less mobile.
