Odlicna lokacija, lepo uredjen apartman, odlicna zvucna izolacija i ako ste u samom centru grada u apartmanu se ne cuje buka! Jednostavan ulaz u smestaj sa dve sifre na vratima, i komunikacija sa vlasnikom je dobra. Sve preporuke za ovaj smestaj!!!

Beautiful place and very comfortable. Staff was so helpful in helping me with transportation as well as luggage storage at a neighbor restaurant.

The stairway was very dark both during the day and at night would be nice to add some lights.

Sehr zentrale Lage mit einer öffentlichen Parkgarage in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Hübsch und modern eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Bett. Top 👍🏼.

Die Unterkunft ist top sauber, hervorragend gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein sehr modernes Appartement mit tollem Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber hat perfekt funktioniert!

Der Straßenlärm ist leider stark zu hören, ich hatte aber mit 🙂

Großartige Unterkunft, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, tolle Lage und Atmosphäre!

Top-Lage, mit etwas Glück Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, ästhetisch, praktisch. Ich verbringe seit mehr als 20 Jahren mehrmals jährlich ein paar Tage in Triest und diese Wohnung zählt zu den besten am Markt. Ich habe schon mehr als 60 Appartements im Zentrum genutzt (es gibt sicherlich hunderte). Die Fenster waren super schalldicht - öffnen war bei der Sommerhitze ohnehin kein Thema. Bad klein und fein, kuschelige „duftfreie“ Handtücher, alles top.

Die Klimaanlage schaffte im Dauerbetrieb maximal 25-26 Grad, aber ins reichte die Kühlleistung. Aussen 33 Grad, troppo humido 🔆

We enjoyed the stay. Very close to the City Centre and the Port with some nice bars there. Appartment has a nice and modern style and furniture.

Posizione perfetta a due passi dal centro storico e dal parcheggio S.Giusto, convenzionato con la struttura. L’arredamento della stanza, il design (solo l’illuminazione andrebbe un po’ migliorata) , la grandezza e il balconcino privato sono stati un plus molto gradito.

Consiglio di migliorare su: pulizia dell’aeratore del bagno poiché risultava sporco, controllo del frigobar in quanto non raffreddava e il letto che scricchiolava ad ogni movimento. Mancanza di shampoo e altre amenities (era presente solo il bagnoschiuma), oltre che del portasapone in doccia che costringeva a poggiare tutto in terra.

Die angegebene Klima hat nicht funktioniert. Dies wurde ebenso gemeldet jedoch hatten wir 28-30 Grad im Zimmer und es war kaum zum aushalten

unkomplizierte und sehr nette Kommunikation, Lage top!! Zimmer Top! War ein perfekter Aufenthalt - wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

A lemezjátszó nem működött, de ez nem igazán nagy hiba (máshol nincs is ilyen)

Bliskość centrum, zadbane mieszkanie. Wygodne łóżko. Zestaw kosmetyków w łazience i ręczniki. Działająca klimatyzacja która ratowała nas w nieznośny upał. Zestaw do kawy na kapsułki i herbaty. Suszarka do włosów. Mini lodówka.

Mieszkanie przy dość ruchliwej ulicy, trzeba brać pod uwagę osobom nieprzyzwyczajonym. Otwarta kabina prysznicowa w sypialni, brak prywatności. Brak: mikrofalówki, pralki, żelazka, zastawy kuchennej i najprostszych sztućców, a nawet drugiego krzesła żeby we dwie osoby usiąść przy stoliku. Z miłych dodatków: gramofon, ale uszkodzony i nie działa. Mieszkanie przyjemne ale raczej nie nadaje się na dłuższy pobyt i dla więcej niż jednej osoby

We loved our stay at S1 Luxury Suites! The central location made it easy to reach any part of the local restaurants and shops, as well as the landmarks like Piazza Unità for its beauty, sights, and for the famous Caffè degli Specchi. (Breakfast there is a must!) Veering to the left from Piazza Unità easily takes you to via Cavana - great for restaurants and shopping, and back to the right, to Il Canal Grande, for great restaurant dining by the canal. A supermarket also is very close by, just across Corso Italia - very handy! The apartment seemed recently modernised, so all appointments worked really well, particularly the bathroom. It is spacious, too! (This seems typical of many restored apartments in Trieste...) We had to contact the owner for entry codes - she was extremely helpful with such processes as verifying passports and paying the city day tax - and with anything else! (The keyless code system was extremely convenient, too!) Everything flowed well during our stay. There was no need to put up with any difficulties or idiosynchracies, as virtually everything was well thought-out. The lift worked well, too. So, yes, thank you - we would stay there again!!

We liked virtually everything, but one point of possible concern: the stair-step outside our first floor apartment was made up of two slightly different types of stone, of slightly different colour. This made it look like two steps, so it could constitute a tripping hazard. We suggest some kind of yellow tape to highlight the step, as one possible solution. Otherwise all good!

Die zentrale Lage und die komunikation. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Entfernung zu Garage 5 Minuten.

Leider fehlt eine Möglichkeit um kurze Zeit im Zimmer zu verbringen. Keine sessel und tisch obwohl Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer vorhanden ist. Es sind leider auch keine hacken für Handtücher??? Wenig abstell Platz für Hygiene Artikel. Es gibt einen Haarföhn im Vorraum aber beim Waschbecken (Bad) keine Steckdose.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'emplacement est parfait, proche de tout. Apparemment très confortable, bien équipé, nous reviendrons.

Keine Kästen oder Ablagen für Kleidung - es war ein leben aus dem Koffer Badebereich zu finster zum Rasieren sehr laut (Verkehrslärm) nahezu rund um die Uhr

Lage, Grösse, Sauberkeit, Check In und Out waren sehr unkompliziert

Kleiner Mangel war vielleicht die Klimaanlage, diese wollte einfach nicht runter kühlen. Aber eventuell war das auch ein Anwenderfehler unserseits.

Die Lage war super und die Zimmer waren sehr schön und neu

Wir haben einen Tag vor Ankuft den Code für unser Zimmer bekommen als wir vor Ort waren funktionierte der Code nicht wir haben zwei Stunden vorm Zimmer gewartet und dauerhaft angerufen jedoch hat niemand abgehoben auch Whatsapp und Mail haben wir probiert jedoch konnten wir niemanden erreichen und wollten uns schon ein anderes Hotel buchen

Extrem laut an einer Straße durch die nachts Motorräder rasen. Balkon unbrauchbar auf Straße raus Kein Schrank vorhanden

The suite is very stylish, offers a big bathroom, sort of a kitchenette and an amazing floating bed. It was pristine when we arrived, clean to the highest standards. Arguably just as important, it is located in the center of Trieste - not too far away from Piazza Unità d'Italia and near a 3 story garage, to which the host also offered meaningful discount, which makes it getting there quite easy.

We stayed for one night and we haven't come across anything, that we were either missing or would have disliked.

Central, modern and clean. Tea & coffee facilities. Fridge. Very comfortable bed.

Nothing but maybe some storage drawers.

Air conditioning wasn't working during our stay. Couldn't get the towel rail working either.

Loved the room, the balcony in suite 4 was amazing and a real highlight of our trip. We really enjoyed people watching from there. We were central to everything and had a great view of the Roman ruins and the castle from the balcony. The room was very clean and the decor was lovely and modern. Very good communication from hosts and was easy to enter the building, and room, using code. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you.

When we arrived there was no parking available in the local car park, it was so busy. Parking is a problem in Trieste. We spent a lot of time looking for parking. This has nothing to do with the apartment but just something to think about when visiting Trieste.

The location, size of the room and amenities were fabulous. Very clean and spacious.

The outside noise during the night made sleep a little difficult especially as we like to sleep with the windows open.

Der erste Eindruck und auf Anhieb: WOW!!! Es ist natürlich immer eine Frage des Geschmacks, aber unseren hat dieses tolle Apartment voll und ganz getroffen. Ein großzügiger, lichtdurchfluteter, hoher Raum, mit hochwertiger Ausstattung (Massivholzmöbel und –parkett, bodentiefe Leinenvorhänge, Dreifachverglasung mit Shuttern etc.) designorientiert, stilsicher und stimmig eingerichtet, ein großes, komfortables Bett, ein bequemes Sofa … alles minimalistisch und modern, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Auch das Badezimmer mit hohem Gestaltungsanspruch, dunkle großflächige Fliesen, eine geräumige Dusche … nur beim tollen Design-„Waschtisch“ wurde übers Ziel hinausgeschossen … es ist kaum möglich, sich zu waschen, ohne rundherum alles und die eigenen Accessoires vollzuspritzen. Aber leider: wo Licht ist, ist auch Schatten … hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit gibt es – ohne hier ins Detail gehen zu wollen - noch viel Potenzial, und schade, dass es doch die eine oder andere Unvollkommenheit in Form von halbfertigen und teilweise oder ganz unbrauchbaren Details gibt: beim Plattenspieler hängt der Tonabnehmer herunter, die teilweise defekten Leuchtstoffröhren in der Designerleuchte schlackern herum, aus Löchern in der Zimmerdecke schauen ungenutzte Kabel heraus, die Toilettenbrille ist gebrochen und die Abdeckung des Badezimmerlüfters fehlt. Klingt alles schlimmer als es wirklich ist und ist auch kaum geeignet, den Genuß über das insgesamt gelungene, anspruchsvolle Einrichtungskonzept zu trüben. Die Top-Lage dieser „Luxury Suite“ quasi mitten im quirligen Zentrum der Stadt - alles Sehenswerte in relativ kurzer Laufweite - bringt aber natürlich auch akustische Nebenwirkungen mit sich. Für geräuschempfindliche Menschen empfehlen sich Ohrstöpsel, die nicht unbedingt zu einer 100%-igen „noise reduction“ führen oder die Entscheidung für ein weniger verkehrsexponiertes Feriendomizil. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und sind allabendlich gerne in unsere Suite heimgekehrt.

Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, leider ein paar halbfertige Ausstattungsdetails. Top-Lage, aber auch verkehrsbedingt recht laut.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, bequeme Betten, zentral gelegen...

Hauptsächlich Schöne Einrichtung, an Funktionalität nicht viel gedacht! Ein Paar praktische Dinge die den Aufenthalt verschönern wären sehr willkommen...zB Gläser, Teller, Besteck, stabilen Tisch...eine Decke mehr für kühlere Tage, wenig Möglichkeiten zum Badetücher aufhängen im Bad...eine Rolle Toilettenpapier mehr wäre auch kein Fehler gewesen.
