Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Tutto. La camera è ristrutturata con gusto, abbiamo apprezzato gli arredi di design presenti sia in camera che negli spazi comuni. Tutti gli interni sono eleganti. Apprezzata anche la presenza di libri di vario genere e i prodotti da bagno artigianali. La posizione è strategica, vicino al centro, al porto e alla stazione.
Nulla. Purtroppo, data la posizione centrale, non è disponibile un parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Sono disponibili grandi parcheggi coperti a pagamento a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Ich bin mit meinem Sohn (14) gereist. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und zu Fuss 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof Centrale entfernt. Die Zimmer sind hell, geräumig und hoch. Das BAdezimmer geräumig und sogar mit einer Badewanne zusätzlich. Die Klimaanlage reagiert sehr schnell. Die zusätzlichen Räume für alle Gäste sind ein Essplatz und ein Wohnzimmer, welche sehr schön renoviert sind. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026La ubicació és excepcional. Just a tocar del Gran Canal. Amb restauració al mateix carrer i al voltant. Lloc ideal per a conéixer Trieste. La Bomboneria per a fer un cafè a l'altra banda del carrer, per exemple. El personal super amable. Ens van deixar lloc per a posar maletes i poder fer una última visita ans d'agafar avió. I vam accedir-hi a l'edifici sense problemes. Comunicació més que fluïda. Gràcies Èlias, per les teues recomanacions i per la teua bona predisposició!
No és un aspecte negatiu, però només cal tenir en compte que és un apartament sense cuina. Hi ha una nevera i per a fer un cafè (la qual cosa és d'agrair), però no hi ha cuina. La qual cosa tampoc no va ser un inconvenient en cap moment

The shared space is actually a great addition and goves you the feeling of space. Everything you need for a relaxing comfortable stay.

I can only recommend this place, in the charming Borgo Teresiano, at a walking distance from all the main landmarks, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We arrived by car and parked at a public parking (24 Euros/24 hours) which was al walking distance. Easy check-in and check-out.

Dem Kühlschrank im Zimmer muss man leider den Stecker ziehen, Zimmertür in der Wohnung ist nicht isoliert, Lärm hängt von den anderen Gästen ab. Bei uns war alles okay.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Il Viandante sta dentro la Trieste più viva, a due passi dalla Chiesa di Sant’Antonio Taumaturgo, tra pasticcerie, caffè e negozi sempre animati. Si respira davvero il gusto conviviale e il buon vivere dei triestini. La palazzina è molto curata e le camere hanno uno stile da viaggiatore ottocentesco in chiave moderna, elegante e accogliente, con un tocco di buon lusso mai ostentato. Non abbiamo sentito la mancanza dell’hotel, e l’attenzione alla pulizia non viene meno. Questo è importante e ci auguriamo resti un punto di forza cosí da poter tornare. Elias è gentile, preparato e genuino e ci ha fornito consigli preziosi per vivere al meglio il quartiere.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten hat uns an dem Appartement alles sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schöne Wohnung. It großem Loungraum wo die verschiedenen Apartments untergebracht sind. Das Apartment ist sehr modern und sauber. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt sehr gut. Geparkt haben wir in der nahen Parkgarage San Giusto 24€ für 24 Stunden. Zu unserer Zeit war es notwendig zu heizen, die funktionierte auch wirklich top, der Raum war im nu warm. Wer mit den Nachteilen leben kann, dem kann ich die Wohnung bestens empfehlen.
Samstags Abend war es von der Straße her wirklich sehr laut. Ich spreche hier von einer Zeit von 2 Uhr, 3 Uhr in der Nacht. Da gingen immer wieder schreiende Gruppen vorbei, so etwas wäre bei uns undenkbar. Warum die Leute mitten in der Nacht derartig laut herum brüllen müssen muss ich nicht verstehen. Also das muss man wissen. Die Unterkunft wirbt mit High Speed Internet, das stimmte nicht, wenn ich mal 30 Mbit Download hatte war es viel, zeitweise waren es nur 3 Mbit, konnte dann nicht mal mehr normale Seiten laden. Leider wie so oft in Italien kein einziger deutscher Sender. Was uns auch etwas verwundert hat: es gibt ein Backrohr, aber kein Backblech, nur einen Rost, was echt blöd ist, denn für manche Dinge braucht es ein Backblech.
