Senior lady travelling with grandchild. I left. Ended up not getting to another place till after 9 pm, lost a day of my holiday. I couldn't believe in any country a hotel would have that kind of standard. I was out the extra 40$ can to get a cab to another available hotel (The Edge) which was less expensive but awesome although not on the beach. I never really got to see Pattaya beach besides from a roof top pool. Vacation went nothing like I planned. Made the best of it. The unrenovated rooms should be condemned, not rented. Booking.com did refund me. It was a disastrous experience.

All the female receptionist was so rude. I booked 3 rooms hotel. They were like not interested to speak nicely, no smile and very arrogant.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer und in beiden war der Fernseher unbrauchbar. Das Bad war in einem Zimmer nicht abschließbar. Schimmel in der Dusche und der Wasserdruck war wechselhaft. Das Bad war sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Location was handy for the night markets and central Pattaya. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great mid range budget hotel. We really enjoyed the bowling alley.

The first rooms we stayed in in the old block were very damp and we had to ask to move rooms. The new rooms we were allocated in the ‘newer’ block were a lot better. Hotel felt a little dated and in need of modernising.

Magnifique hôtel. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir l’une des chambres qui ont été rénovées. Chambre très belle spacieuse pour un couple et un enfant. Ménage et serviettes sont changées tous les jours. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant, il est au petit soin pour vous.

Les piscines sont très grandes et agréables mais elles manque d’entretien.

We had a room with a pool which we were very happy that we booked because the majority of the main pool was closed. Cleaners and "on the ground staff" were lovely.

We were not made aware that the majority of the main pool was closed until we arrived at the hotel. Front desk staff including the duty manager were extremely rude. Restaurant was very unorganized, cold food was served and orders were incorrect. There was no value for money. The air conditioning unit leaked water over our luggage and clothes. This had been an exsisting issue as the cabinet under the air conditioning unit was mouldy and the wood skirting was soaking wet. We would not stay here again.

Location is great, but can’t think of anything else .

It’s an old Hotel, and the rooms show it. We had problems with ants and other bugs, and was changed room a few times. But each time to another issue with the room, and I don’t expect that from a 4 star hotel. They are geared up for Indian tourists with a massive Indian restaurant inside the hotel, so at night it smells like India. The hotel is geared toward Indian and Chinese tourists and somewhere I wouldn’t stay again. The rooms are falling apart and need investment, but I don’t think the Indians complain. Paint falling off walls, door which just need a coat of paint. And bathrooms not fitted correctly and don’t work. Think before you stay at this Hotel. Also check Google for its history, 30 years ago there was a massive fire there, and plenty of people died.

Just for location and that’s about it

The whole hotel is good towards Indian and Chinese tourist and the hotel even has a massive Indian restaurant in the lobby which at night makes the whole hotel smell like Deli. The rooms are really poor quality needs paint needs updating just needs making so everything works. The swimming pool was full of green Algae and the whole two weeks stay we didn’t swim in it once because it was so filthy. be warned with this hotel because they’re obviously gearing towards the Indian and Chinese tourist who might not complain as much as western tourists. Also check the history of this hotel as 30 years ago there was a massive fire with over 100 people dying in this hotel so please do your checks.

Didn’t like everything about the hotel it’s not a five star I would argue it. It’s not even a four star hotel. It was dirty. The pool was dirty and full of Algae and it’s all geared towards the Indian tourist now. It’s not a cheap hotel and for a five star or four star in Thailand you can get much much better. Please do your due diligence before booking this hotel 30 years ago. There was a catastrophic fire at the hotel with over 100 people dying. Very disappointing and the owners really do need to do a reality check with our hotel.

מלון חמוד בחוף ג'ומטיין. זה איזור פחות מרכזי ומתוייר אבל נחמד. מול המלון יש חוף ים משגע! צמוד למלון יש 2 חנויות של 7/11 וסניף של מקדונלדס אז זה היה נוח מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר במלון ממש נחמדה, אין קפה נורמלי בארוחת בוקר אבל יש סניף פיצי ממש במלון של סטארבאקס שעובד בשעות מסוימות אז שתינו שם קפה. המלון גדול ונחמד היה לנו באולינג(בתשלום נפרד) בתוך המלון. החדרים גדולים ונחמדים מאוד, הצוות בקבלה מאוד לא נחמד. הבריכה של המלון מגעילה בטירוף המים רותחים והבריכה מלאה ירוקת.

Frokosten var bra men savnet bacon. Variert nok. Rommet hadde en god størrelse, bassengområdet hadde bra med liggestoler så det var alltid en plass til oss. Restauranten ved bassenget hadde ok utvalg slik at det var ikke nødvendig å dra vekk fra hotellet om man ønsket lunsj.

Tungvint ved kjøp av frokost. Det hadde vært mye enklere om man kunne sette det på rommet enn å måtte betale hver gang. Rund bassenget er det mye planter slik at det kommer blader og blomster ned i bassenget. Det så ut som om en del av det hadde ligget der lenge for det fløt mye rundt i bassenget som var litt uappetittelig. Det var også en del sand på bunnen av bassenget slik at litt oftere støvsuging og filtrering av vannet hadde vært fint. Det var dessuten mye støy fra bygging på nabotomt, noe som ødelegger noe, både på grunn av støy samt at det føltes som å bo på en byggeplass. Det kunne vært kompensert for i prisen. Når det gjelder både resepsjonsområde og rommene så var dette fint, men gangen i etasjen vi var i så ut som den var fra midten av 1980 tallet og kan virkelig trenge en oppdatering.

Ligger nær strand. Krysser vei til strand via trafikklys, men vær forsiktig ikke alle biler eller mopeder som stopper selv ved rødt lys. 7eleven i nærheten. Følg vei langs strand da kommer en til nightmarked. God frokost. Personale veldig serviceorientert.

Bowling, biljard og basseng stengte kl 19. absolutt ingenting å gjøre med barn/ ungdommer der etter dette. Området rundt Jomtien er ingen plass å gå ut med barn/ungdom på kveld. Kun for voksne med pub og festing. Hotellrom hadde svarte flekker i taket , mistenkte mugg. Fuktråte. Heisdører lukker seg fort igjen, ble klemt mellom dørerne der.

Litt dårlig støyisolert mellom rommene, hørte godt folk på naborommet, spesielt siste natten, hvor en indisk familie hadde party, med sang og musikk.

Other than the fact we could not really sit around the pool the hotel itself is a great location to restaurants and shops. The beach is directly across the road however is quite muddy and merky. The rooms are spacious,clean and well equipped. The staff are lovely and friendly. If wanting a sea view book the main wing sea view ( no balcony in any rooms) They had robes and flip flops in rooms. food and drink is cheap but more expensive in comparison to other places outside the hotel. plenty of lifts and a 7/11 just around the corner. It is a hotel I would stay in again just definitely not if construction work still going on. The pool is actually lovely and clean towels given every day. The view from the pool and beach bar would also be lovely when construction work finished. over all a great hotel all around but if your wanting a pool break then book somewhere else if construction work still happening. If your not bothered about the pool being noisy then this is a great hotel.

Before you book.. This is actually a lovely hotel so I want to be fair in our review however we were not happy with our stay. We arrived on the 5th July to the 8th July as the 1st part of holiday in thialand so we were wanting to relax around the pool before moving to next place. We had not been informed that there was serious construction work happening around the pool which had only just started. The view from the pool to the beach was completely screened off and every day was endless hammering and drilling. It was awful and we were unable to relax around the pool. We were never notified of this prior to booking or even after as we would not have booked and cancelled our stay at this hotel. when we asked the staff we were informed it was out of season and thats when they do work. We understand that however we would not have booked this hotel for our relaxing pool break had we known. We have since messaged them regarding this and still no response a week later. We had also messaged them prior to arriving about rooms which they also never responded to so there is a serious lack of communication with customers. from the staff in the hotel it would appear this work around the pool is going on for the next few months so if your wanting a relaxing pool stay I would not advise here unless you can check with hotel if work is still taking place although From our experience we had no response to any messages. we have also messaged booking.com since and they confirmed that they had also not been made aware of the work being done. we did have some videos of the noise ect... I wanted to upload to give people an idea of what to expect however it will only allow photos to be uploaded.

Nothing like what the photos promise. A giant masstourism hotel full to the brim with russian tourists. Breakfast is like a warzone with sooooo many people. Very loud and crowded. The location is Pattaya/Jomtien. Either you like it, or you hate it.

Amazing pool, the breakfast was delicious and extensive. We will definitely book here again if we come back to Pattaya.

The only thing I liked was the pool and the location

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was almost nonexistent, the room service was very poor, and the staff showed little respect or care for guests. Most of the employees were rude, irritated, and unhelpful. We stayed for around 10 days, and during that time the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, the room was not vacuumed, and the bed sheets were not changed despite repeated requests. They even asked us for tips, and after giving them tips, the room was still not cleaned properly and the sheets were not changed. The electricity kept cutting off repeatedly. The worst incident was when my mother was trapped in the elevator for around 30 minutes. After she was rescued, the hotel did not offer any proper apology, compensation, or concern for her condition, even though she was injured. This was completely unacceptable. On our last day, the hot water was also turned off. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the poor cleanliness, terrible service, rude staff, and lack of concern for guests’ safety and comfort.

We really enjoyed the majority of our stay here.The location is ideal it is right by the beach and close to a few decent eateries. The breakfast was of a good standard and they had a decent selection each morning. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. They also had some facilities like a bowling alley and snooker room

The hotel is in need of an update as it is starting to feel a little old. The Gym is very small for a hotel of this size and only had one treadmill working during our 10 day stay. The pool ladders need replacing as some were just hanging on and felt unsafe. However, the worst complaint is that the walls appeared to be paper thin and during the last two nights of our stay we were woken by noisy neighbours (laughing and shouting) between 1 and 2 am and I called reception who had no interest in doing anything about it

Nice spacious old hotel with very nice facilities including bowling inside the hotel. Plenty restaurants around, quiet area but close to nightlife . Fantastic staff always ready to assist.

As per all comments this is an old hotel that might have seen better days and surely will need some maintenance.

Jeg har bodd flere ganger på dette hotellet. Blue Wing rommene er komfortable og store. Frokosten er kjedelig og er nok rustet for gjester som ikke tåler bacon. Hotellet har en flott bowling hall og et fint biljard rom. Trimrommet er under middels utstyrt og gammelt. Hotellet er under renovasjon, men det merker man lite til som gjest. Alt i alt et bra hotell for en god pris og beliggenhet 50 meter fra stranden i Jomtien.

Location at the top end of Beach Road Jomtien is exactly here you want to be. South facing room on a higher floor (14th plus) was a marvelous view from a large picture window. The room superior was a good size but the bathroom particularly needs a revamp. All worked perfectly fine. Breakfast was very good with brewed coffee rather than machine being the only real shortfall.
