Location great, nicely modernised, good quality bed,good communication with host.

Proper blinds for windows could easily be installed and keep out the light during the night and allow it in during the day. For first time entry, explain that the key symbol has to be pressed before and after the number!

Perfect size for 2 people. Enough space, everything was very clean

There is no lift and the apartment is in the third floor. But its not bad at all, good for cardio ;)

Direi che tutto è stato perfetto! Una mansarda graziosissima e completamente ristrutturata, con un piccolo angolo cottura organizzato per tutto il necessario. Vicinissimo alla zona Europarlamento ed alla fermata del treno Bruxelles Luxembourg con cui si può raggiungere anche il centro della città. :)

Es un apartamento muy bien equipado y muy limpio. Hay q tener en cuenta q son 30 minutos al centro

Gut gelegen zum EU Viertel, sauber, modern. Eigentümer antworten sehr schnell und sind sehr hilfsbereit!

Studio propre spacieux et fonctionnel, calme et bien équipé

Les toiles noires fixées sur les velux par des ventouses ne sont pas pratiques du tout, elle sont impossibles à enlever toutes, donc le studio manque de lumière la journée

C’était très propre et nous n’avons manqué de rien

Le lit (trop mou) et les oreillers ne sont pas confortables. Nous avons eu mal aux dos et aux cervicales

It was a bit of a climb up the stairs especially with luggage. But worth it once I got to the floor.

The location is perfect for anyone eager to explore Brussels from a non-touris point of view. Lots of bars and restaurants close by while the place itself is in a quiet street. Accessing the place was super easy and contact before arrival was really friendly and helpful! I really appreciated her help. The apartment itself is very cozy and perfect for a stay if you are, like me, interested in having a fridge and a small kitchen for buying some local products at the market and keeping your own drinks etc. in a fridge. We didn't cook but it would definitely be equipped to make a simple meal! Cuttlery, etc. was available and clean. The bathroom and bed, etc. was all really nice and there were small details like candles and matches.

There was nothing to not like. The stairs are indeed steep and might be hard to climb with a big luggage. For us it was no problem and having lived in a similar house in Brussels some years ago, it brought back memories :-)

El apartamento estaba impecable, con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy cómoda.

Se encuentra en un tercer piso sin ascensor. Las escaleras son muy estrechas y sobre todo para subir y bajar con maletas escaleras muy incómodo.

Nice cosy apartment, perfect for people who want to be in calm space, not too far from the center. New, clean, nice, everything very fine.

We came in May during the only weekend in weeks with low temperatures & rain. So it felt a bit cold; also water in shower was a bit cold.

It's super clean, very cosy, brand new. The space is used very well to provide a great feeling of spaciousness, even if it is relatively small. The location is great for nice small restaurants and cafes.

Easy communication with host. Comfortable beds. A lot of space. Good connection to city center (we walked by foot from the Central Station to the place for about 30 minutes). Also, we enjoyed the top floor studio.

The room was super cozy and the bathroom was really spacious. I saw lots of reviews regarding the bed, I actually had a comfy experience and I slept well every night. The place is close to the bus stations and you can get to various places pretty fast.

The stairs were a bit hard to climb, we tripped many times, so that would be a thing to be careful with. Maybe adding a small TV on a wall in the room with Netflix would complete this room perfectly. After a full day in Bruxelles I really wanted to chill with my boyfriend and watch some Gilmore girls, overall a nice place still.

The apartment is conveniant, good location, close to EP.

The studio is very nice, with all the basic stuff you might need. The bathroom was very spacious and it seems to be renovated recently. Overall, I think the studio is great.

There are two things I did not like. The first one is that the bed was no very comfortable. The mattress is a bit too soft and has some body holes already on it (I woke up with a mild back pain from the second night) . The second thing I did not like are the stair. The apartment is in the third floor and there is no lift. I had a hard time carrying my two 23kg suitcase.

The steep stairs up to the apartment are hard to get up with your luggage.

The bed was comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, grocery store around the corner, close to the bus station and you could also go by foot to the center of the city if you want to explore a little.
